After the Reach invasion was stopped and they were forced to leave Earth, everything seemed to be getting back to normal. Though the lose of Kid Flash, Wally West, was still hurting the Team must move on, but does moving on mean forgetting? Something strange is happening. Slowly, little by little, everyone is starting to forget about the first Kid Flash. From his own family, to his best friend Dick Grayson, to even his love Artemis Crock. Everyone is starting to forget.

Luckily enough there are still two who still remember. Wally's uncle, Barry Allen and his cousin Bart Allen, they still remember the great Wally West. They can sense that Wally is trapped and that he's trying to get back to them, but something his stopping him from returning. Barry and Bart must find out who or what it is that's preventing Wally from returning to the ones who love him, and to see if this is the work of the Light.
