(A/N Just to make a few things clear, yes, I know that the day after the sports festival, they're supposed to be choosing hero names, but I'm going to be adding another day in between. I hope this doesn't bother too many people, thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy!)

The day went pretty smoothly and I was able to talk to Todoroki-kun quite a bit which makes me really happy.

I head to Endeavour's/ Todoroki's place and ring the doorbell. Someone that seems like Todoroki's sister opens the door.

"Hello, Endeavour's invited me to start training with him," I say.

"Dad's coaching you? Oh okay, follow me in then," she says.

"Thank you," I say.

"That's a UA uniform, do you know Shoto by any chance?"

"Oh yes! He's my classmate," I say.

"That's so cool!" she says, and then she stops. "Wait, that hair colour, do you have a fire quirk too?"

"Yes, I do. Endeavour's my favourite hero, he has been for the longest time," I respond.

"I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but are you (L/n)-san by any chance?" she asks.

"Have I introduced myself...?" I ask surprised at how she knows my name.

"Oh so you're the person S--" then she stops.

Fuyumi POV

'I almost said "you're the person Shoto was apologizing to in his sleep," but Shoto would probably kill me if I did-- that was close.' I think and giggle a little, 'And she's cute. Shoto's found himself a cute little crush,'

I knock on Dad's door, "Dad, (L/n)-san is here!"

(Y/n) POV

The door opens and Endeavour steps out.

"I brought my gym uniform, may I change into it?" I ask.

"Yeah, please do," he says, "use the guest room at the end of the hall,"

"Thank you so much," I say, run to the guest room and quickly change.

"Before we start the training, I want to make sure of a few things," he says, "how long are you available every day for training? Are you available every day?"

"I'd like to do as much as possible. I would like to use this opportunity to the fullest," I say.

"Okay, how about we try weekdays from 4 to 7 and 9 am to 7 pm on weekends where I'm available? We can always change it if it's too much or too little," he says.

'Wow, that's even more than I thought...' I think. "Yes, that would be perfect," I say, "Thank you so much for sparing your precious time for me,"

"I saw potential in you during the sports festival, I'm looking forward to this," he says.

"Um, I have one request, Endeavour," I say.

"Hmm? What is it?"

"Would you keep this a secret from Todoroki-kun, ah, Shoto-san?" I ask.

"From Shoto? Oh alright then, why though?"

"I'm just afraid it might be slightly awkward if he finds out... I'm sorry," I say.

"Okay then, well, without any more interruptions, let's start,"

"Yes!"

"Okay, I'm going to be training you in 2 main things. Your physical strength and your quirk, I can tell you don't need help in strengthening your mental strength," he says. "I can tell you've been bathed in a lot of love, that builds a good foundation. You must have good parents,"

"Yes, I do and I'm very lucky," I say. 'You know what you're talking about. You know how to raise a child and yet you did absolutely nothing close to it for Todoroki-kun. Couldn't you spare him a bit of your time and love?' I think, 'No, don't let this get to you. Pretend to be fine, pretend to be impressed at everything he says. You're doing this not only for yourself but also for Todoroki-kun. Don't forget,'

I take a few deep breaths and calm myself down.

"Everyday, we're going to do an hour of quirk training and 2 hours of physical training with a few breaks in between. How does that sound so far?" he asks.

"Sounds great, let's get started right away," I say.

"How long can you keep your quirk going for?" he asks

"The longest I can bathe myself in my biggest flame is 15 minutes, maybe 16. If it's only for 5 minutes, I can make an even bigger flame. If it's only my arm that I'm lighting up, I can keep it up for about half an hour, maybe more," I explain.

"Okay, can I see your largest flame?"

I concentrate and light my body on fire. I focus on how large I can make the flame. The flame grows to about 3 meters in height and 1 meter and a half in diameter.

Endeavour smiles and I stop my quirk. I can tell he's impressed and I'm glad.

"We're going to make sure you can last 30 minutes at that," he says.

'What? I just told him I can only keep that up for 5 minutes! Okay, I get it, this is going to be hard...' I think.

"Okay!" I say.

"Okay," he says, "take a 15-minute break, I think Fuyumi has some snacks prepared for you,"

I turn around to see Fuyumi with a tray filled with snacks and drinks. She smiles at me.

"Thank you so much," I say at both of them.

Endeavour walks back into his office and I sit down to talk to Fuyumi-san.

"How are you doing? Isn't his training brutal?" she asks.

"Yeah, I got that much," I say.

"I'm going to tell you a little about Shoto's childhood, maybe you'll want to stop the training," she says with worry in her eyes. Her eyes tell me that she's worried that another person will have to suffer like Todoroki-kun.

"It's fine, it won't change my mind. I'm here knowing it. I'm here because I heard of his back-story. If I can drag even a little attention away from Todoroki-kun and to me, I feel like the training Todoroki-kun does will lessen, even by a little. So for that sake, I hope you don't mention me to Todoroki-kun."

She gasps, "Why, why would you go so far for Shoto?"

I blush a little. "I like him. A lot. And I want to do something for him. I've only been telling him terrible things, but he's helped me multiple times. I feel like this is the least I can do for him,"

Fuyumi smiles a soft smile. Such a soft smile I feel like melting inside. "Okay, I won't tell him. Thank you so much (L/n)-chan," she says.

I smile. "No, not at all, please don't thank me. It's my fault for one-sidedly falling for him," I say.

"(L/n), we're starting again!" I hear Endeavour call out.

"Yes!" I say and get up, "Thank you for the tea, Fuyumi-san,"

"No problem at all," she says, "Please do call me if you need anything," Then she pulls me close and whispers to me so Endeavour can't hear, "don't overdo anything. If you feel tired, just says so, if you're at your limit, just say so,"

I smile, "Thank you Fuyumi-san, but I'm fine. I'm stronger than I look," I say.

"Okay," she says.

Halfway through the training, Todoroki-kun comes back. I flinch when I hear his voice. I think Endeavour notices because he asks me to follow him to an exercise room.

"Thank you," I say.

"Don't worry," he says and our training restarts yet again.

Todoroki POV

"Fuyumi, I'm home!" I call out.

"Oh, you're awfully late today," she says.

"Yeah, I was talking to some of my friends," I say.

After about an hour, I notice that my stupid father hasn't started to nag me yet. I leave my room and find Fuyumi in the kitchen.

"Hey, is Dad not here today?" I ask.

"No, he's here. He," she says, "he said that he has a lot of work to do, so you might not have to do much training tonight,"

"Really? Wow, today's lucky," I say and smile.

(Y/n) POV

"Thank you for the coaching," I say and bow, "I look forward to tomorrow,"

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow," he says and I leave the Todoroki residence.

I get home and go straight to the shower. I take a quick but comforting shower and run back downstairs to grab a meal.

"How was your first training with Endeavour?" my mom asks, smiling.

"Really great. I'm so happy I got this offer, it's still unbelievable," I say.

"I'm glad you seem happy," she says.

"Yeah," I smile.

She doesn't need to know that I'm doing this for Todoroki, nor does she need to know that the training is unbelievably hard. She just needs to stay reassured. She just needs to hear the good news.

I hope Todoroki's a little, even if it's just a little, happier. I hope he's able to live a little bit more of a life.

I smile. I look forward to seeing Todoroki tomorrow.

I think the few lines he actually says that I remember is"SSSSSHHHHHHOOOOOOOTTTTTTOOOOOOO" so... anyways, Yay!
