Mingi, lord of the Underworld, has been given the task of destroying a human soul per Yeosang's wishes, simply because the human is more beautiful than he is. Simple enough. Mingi tortures souls every day with the help of his loyal friends Yunho and San. But what he doesn't realize is that this human, this beautiful, charming human, will change his life forever.

Wooyoung thought he was happy. He had everything he needed in life and never knew of the existence of Gods. Until he's taken from his home and brought to the Underworld where he is tortured for reasons beyond his comprehension. Once there, he begins to remember things about himself that he'd never realized he'd forgotten... and the destiny the Fates had originally designed for him.
