She's there amidst of several machines, lying on the bed , with several needles plunged on her body. Her face covered with blood and a team of doctors trying their level best to get her back to conscious state.

Why would anyone will ever risk their life for the person they hate from bottom of their heart? Perhaps! They are only pretending to hate them because if you can risk your everything for a person then it's definitely not normal.

While doctors are trying there level best to safeguard her life, outside the operation theatre someone is impatiently walking to and fro as if his whole world has crashed down, he has never been this helpless in his entire life but today something has pierced his heart, something has tormented him badly.

Manik : "If anything happens to her, I won't be able to survive...".. he said helplessly while looking at the Jesus Christ statue nearby. He looks miserable today, someone who was always cautious of his appearance, today just don't care about anything, someone who never shedded a single tear for anyone apart from his dadi, today his eyes aren't drying for a second.

He fell down on the chair behind him, totally lost in his world he recalled her beautiful face, her arrogant rude behaviour, her tashan with him, how she never gave upon him, how she always stood in front of him looking eye in eye..

Manik : "Mrs. M ...please don't leave me.."..he murmured to himself after palming his face, his hands are shivering and he felt as if his heart will stop beating any moment ..

While inside, doctors are totally clueless of what's happening with her condition, it's deteriorating every passing moment, a lot of blood is already lost, and now her heart rate is also slowing down.

(Flashback 1 year back)

Nandini: "Care I am scared" ...she muttered while holding her phone and looking outside the window of her dorm..

Care: "Relax darling, am sure she must be busy somewhere that's why she isn't answering your calls or may be her phone is dead. She'll definitely give you a call back.."..she tried to comfort her but Nandini knows her sister far better than anyone could ever imagine.

Aahana is a kind of girl who can leave everything aside if it's about her family, for her only her family comes first and everything else is always secondary then how can a person like Aahana is not available to take any calls from past 2 days..

Nandini: "No care..it's something different, my heart is not able to accept this. She has never been careless, or irresponsible. The one person who used to chide me for not keeping my phone charge, how can she herself will forget to make any calls. And on top of all this, I don't trust that prince.. "... She muttered last line in utter disgust..

She recalled how after leaving India she went to meet Aahana and found her bruised again, though Aahana Cooked up a story of felling down but Nandini figured out it's not normal, she questioned Aahana too but Aahana didn't told her anything and from that day onwards she felt something isn't right in her personal life but Aahana never told anything.

Just when she was lost in her thoughts, her phone started ringing and the name which flashed on her screen brought her heartbeat back.. "Jerry Calling!" ..she answered the call in the first bell itself.

Care : "You talk, I take a leave..."..she went out with a smile while Nandini just nodded..

Nandini : "What the hell Di, do you have any idea how scared I was? Where the hell you are? And why you aren't answering my calls, who does this? How can you be so careless and irresponsible? Now speak up damn it..."..she literally shouted on her but even in anger, her concern and love for her sister is clearly visible..

Aahana: "Nan..nan..Di.."..she wasn't able to call her name in a proper frame, and this scared Nandini more..

Nandini: "Di..Di are you okay?"..she freaked out instantly but all she was able to hear Aahana's high breathing sound, as if she's struggling to breath.

Aahana: "Please..please save me.."..she said helplessly and what nandini heard was beyond her imagination, all her fears are meeting reality.

Nandini: "Di talk to me please. What happened? Am coming right away, nothing will happen to you. Am there, right there.."..she tried to cajole her but from inside she was shivering badly.

Aahana: "He'll kill me Nandini.."..she told her while weeping badly, fear and helplessness was clearly evident from her voice. But what nandini heard was enough to snatch her breath away, she felt someone has taken floor beneath her.

Nandini: "Di, what are you ...what ...wait! Di please talk to me.."..she wasn't able to frame a right sentence, her mind shut down instantly as she heard her and there Aahana is continuously crying..

Aahana: "Nandini! You'll tell dad na that I didn't cheated him. I always loved him, I wanna come back Nandini, please help me, I want to be with you, mom and dad. Please tell dad to forgive me, please save me..."..she weept in front of her and Nandini too is in tears but helplessness is what all she has in her hands, Aahana is sitting miles away from her and Nandini just cant do anything about it..

Nandini: "Shhhhhhh! Di just be quiet, nothing will happen to you. I'll talk with Dad, trust me I'll set things right. He's angry as of now, but he'll definitely forgive....."..she stopped in mid as she again heard that whistling sound of lag ja gale ...

Nandini: "Di whose there?"..she freaked out as that sound is becoming louder and she can hear clearly that Aahana is trying to keep her mouth shut, probably she has closed her mouth tightly and trying to catch her breath ..

Aahana: "ummm..ummmm"..she was struggling to shut her weeps..slowly that whistling sound faded away in the background but Nandini is not able to understand anything, her heart is beating at its fastest rate.. Something very major is going to happen today which perhaps will change every equation- her heart has warned her already.

Nandini : "Di! What's happening there? Please tell me Di.."..she shouted on phone, she has never been so helpless about anything..

Aahana: "He'll kill me Nandini. But I can't let my baby die, I want to give birth to this child, it's my child."..she cried in pain both physically and mentally but this information shocked Nandini to the core. But right now it's not the time to question anything, she wants to save Aahana but how?

Nandini: "Di whose there? Is this your prince?"..she asked her with surety in her tone and when Aahana verified it, Nandini felt even more helpless, she knew there was some issue with that person then why she did let her sister stayed in that relationship. She blamed herself in that moment.

Nandini: "Di nothing will happen to you. I'll call the cops, nothing will happen. Just have faith."..she was about to disconnect when Aahana stopped her.

Aahana: "No! No! Don't cut the call. Nandini I know I'll die today, please tell dad that I loved him always, his daughter loved him."..she cried badly but Nandini isn't ready to listen all this, tears cascading down from their eyes, they never thought that any day they'll be talking like this.

Nandini: "Di..who is he? Please tell me, I'll save you Di, am coming straight away, and meanwhile I'll send cops there. Nothing will happen to you.."..she tried to assure her, but Aahana has already lost her hope.

Aahana: "Nandini ..listen...Nandini..Manik malhotra....aaaaaaaaaa...."... And a loud scream from the other end shook Nandini's soul..

Nandini: "Diiiiiiiiii"..she shouted her lungs out but all in vain..she can hear the sound of breaking things..

Aahana: "Please leave me..please ... please leave me..aaaaaaaaaa"..Nandini heard her sister pleading, she can hear everything clearly but she can't do anything, her mind has stopped functioning, she fell down on the floor on her knees, holding phone tightly to her ears, crying her heart out..

Nandini : "Please leave her.. Please..."..she helplessly shouted on her phone...amidst of all this chaos, Nandini has not realized that her sister has taken a name which has become her lifeline till date "Manik Malhotra"..

Aahana: "Don't ..please..please I beg.. don't..please leave me..please ..aaaaaaaaaa"..and a loud scream of Aahana is the last thing, Nandini heard as the line got disconnected.

Nandini: "Di..di...Diiiiiiiiii"..she shouted her lungs out but all in vain..

Nandini instantly dialed sheriff's department number so that they can reach at Aahana's location before she could. Right after ages instructed them, she called Jack her pilot to take her straight to Sydney right away.

By the time, Nandini landed on the lands of Sydney, her world has already obliterated, everything has came to an end. Aahana's house was burning, according to the world and sheriff's a short circuit had caused fire which resulted in such immense fire that it burned down the whole house and her sister died in the accident but it was only and only Nandini who knew it wasn't an accident, it was a cold blooded murder.

Nandini fell down on the road while looking at the burning house, tears is continuously flowing out of her eyes but her face is vivid of any expression, as if it's not Aahana who is burning inside but it's Nandini's soul which burnt down in that fire.

Nandini closed her eyes but all she could see her sister's smiling face which turned into bruised and crying, she recalled her sister, her only support system, her life because of whom she felt safe, in some minutes she didn't only lost her sister but she also lost her own soul.

Nandini recalled one name which Aahana took before dying when she asked her about prince.

Nandini : "Manik Malhotra!".. she opened her eyes and took his name in utterly hatred tone, her swelled red puffy eyes didn't only depicted her level of pain but her tone also verified her venom for that particular name.

As her phone started ringing, she saw the name flashing on screen "Manik Malhotra Calling" ...she looked at the name and all she can recall is her sister's pleading tone, her pain, her agonies, her helplessness.

Nandini: "You killed her Manik Malhotra, you killed my sister. I won't leave you just like that, I'll walk in your life like a storm and will destroy you from inside. It's a promise of a sister. I won't kill you, but I won't let you live either. Manik Malhotra you have seen khawab's love till date but now you'll witness Nandini's hatred.".. she promised herself with determination while looking at the caller ID and threw the phone away.

(Back to present)

Manik is sitting with his head hung low outside the operation theatre, when he felt a hand on his shoulder, he raised his face to look at the owner of that hand and it's none other than Rihaan.

When everything came to an end, I realized how badly I need your hand..

Manik: "Rihaan!"..he cried and stood up, Rihaan instantly engulfed him in his arms, he knew Manik needed this.

Rihaan: "Nothing will happen to her, she'll be all fine."..he tried to comfort him but he knew his words can't call him down, Manik is weeping in his arms like a two year kid who just lost something very very precious.

Manik: "If anything happens to her Rihaan, I'll die. She has become my everything" ..he confessed which made Rihaan smile a bit as he already knew Manik's feeling but listening from his mouth is what gave him satisfaction.

Rihaan: "She isn't going anywhere, she'll be right here with us, with you."..he assured him whereas Manik held him more tightly now.

Meanwhile, doctors came out of the OT and called Manik which made him break the hug and ran straight to them.

Manik: "She's fine na doc? Can I meet her?"..he asked impatiently.

Doctor: "Mr. Malhotra, her condition is very critical, we have operated her wounds but she her system isn't responding well, her internal bleeding has not stopped yet. Am sorry but right now we can't comment on anything.".. he told him clearly and by listening this Manik took aback. Rihaan instantly held him when he felt Manik's feet ditched him.

Rihaan: "Manik! "..he held him by his shoulder and doctors walked out from there.

Manik: "You can't do this to me Nandini. You just can't. You can't leave me. No! You can't.."..he murmured to himself and walked towards the OT, he looked at her pale bruised face from circular glass on the door.

Tears made their way out from his eyes and he cried while standing there badly.

Manik: "Don't go. Please!".. he pleaded helplessly..

I know guys! And I've no explanation for your any question. Trust me I want to write but I hardly get any time for anything, my professional life is so so hectic that my hobbies has been impacted.

I can't leave my stories in mid, I respect all of you a lot, I don't wanna hurt your feelings but what should I do? Am not able to take any time out 😐😐..

Am trying to write and as soon as I complete writing, I'll update but by when I'll update I can't give any assurance to you all. Am not giving any false hopes, it's just a lot of things are happening around me, personally and professionally..and am require to keep a balance on both which am learning how to..

I'll try to update next at the earliest.
