Nandini is sitting in the Starbucks, stirring her coffee absent mindedly as her full attention is on the last week's conversation with Sahir.

"Manik Malhotra is looking for someone named as khawab"..

That one small statement has the tendency to shook her whole damn world, it's like that one statement has turned her whole world upside down. Although she is sitting calmly but there is hurricane building inside her soul and all she is able to do is a BIG NOTHING. So many questions running inside her heart, leaving galore conflict between her heart and mind which is only increasing her uneasiness and breaking all the belief she ever had.

She picked her phone from the table and dialed a number without giving much thoughts to the unnerving feelings brewing inside her.

Nandini : "Hi! I know it's late over there but something very important has come up which I want you to look personally................. Thanks! Keep me informed.."....she disconnected the call and placed her phone down on the table. Set back on the chair and closed her eyes after leaning her head on the rest of chair and sat in relaxing position.

Aahana : "Boo!"..she screamed in Nandini's ear, as Nandini was busy in her MacBook sitting on the bed.

Nandini : "Ha! It wasn't scary at all.."..she casually answered while her eyes were bored in the screen of MacBook only.

Aahana settled down beside her and exhaled a deep breath as she tried to peak in her work over Nandini's shoulder, Nandini instantly dropped the screen and looked at her sideways while Aahana gave her the most innocent look.

Nandini : "Why you are spying on me since I came back from New York?"..she finally asked her and now Aahana take away the MacBook from Nandini's lap and laid in her lap instead after keeping the MacBook aside.

Aahana : "After 6 months my dear darling baby sister has came back home and not for once she sat with me and talked like earlier days but she is busy in her so called work thus it's making me curious and jealous at the same time. And before you ask why jealous let me answer you, am jealous as I want to know who is gaining more attention than me?"..she told her honestly with a sad pout which made Nandini giggle silently.

Nandini : "In that case I should be super jealous as my dear darling sister is with someone from past 1 year and she told me today only. For this am suppose to be super angry on you my love.."..she answered very casually but with a pouty face and her statement made Aahana bite her tongue in embarrassment.

Her trance broke down suddenly with a sound of her phone, she instantly opened her eyes and looked all around as the soothing music of the Starbucks cafe is now being Disturbed by the annoying vibrating sound of her phone.

As she picked the phone she saw the screen with the name flashing "Mr. M "... As soon as she saw his name every bad thoughts ran out of window and her sanity came back to her.

Nandini : "Don't Tell me you called me just to check on me"..she answered in her nonchalant tone which irked Manik instantly.

Manik : "Why again you left the building without informing me?"..he snapped which seriously didn't affected her at all..

Nandini : "Two things, A. Am not your servant Mr. M so that I owe any explanation to you, B. I never obey rules so don't set any for me.."..her curt answer  made him frustrated and angry at the same time.

Manik : "Mrs. M you really need to learn how to behave."..he said with gritting his teeth which made her roll her eyes.

Nandini : "Mr. M if you've no work to do in your office then let me remind you am not one of your entertainment channel which you can switch on any time out of boredom. Good bye."..she disconnected the call after irking him totally while Manik is sulking badly.

Manik : "What the hell is wrong with this woman? Can't she talk normally with me without this mean tone?"..he threw his phone in anger and stormed outside his cabin but there is one person present in the cabin who look displeased by the sudden change of attitude in him.

Arjun : "This woman is seriously in his head and I guess it's quite risky now. It's time now..."..he took out his phone and dialed a number.

Arjun : "Have you reached?......... No! Mr. Malhotra don't know anything......... Okay I'll meet you on the airport directly, meet me at private taxi pick up area."..he disconnected the call and walked out of the office premises.

Miles away from India in Sydney, Australia. Navya is pacing back and fourth in the bedroom as she came to know Cabir left for India approx 6 hours back when she was with her ill mother. She can't believe that Cabir left without even informing her for once, but this isn't making her furious on him actually it's causing galore worry in her heart. Because she is well aware how responsible and understanding Cabir is but the way he behaved in the morning was totally un-him which clearly depicts the level of his anger and tension.

Navya : "In the morning Cabir was talking with someone on phone when we were in garden, from that time only I sensed uneasiness in his body language. But with whom he was talking?".....she thought with sheer confusion and tons of worry.

She without any delay dialed Nandini's number but to her dismay it was unreachable which caused several frowns on her forehead.

Meanwhile, in Mumbai Nandini is quite upset with the turn of events in her life.

Nandini : "I can't sit like this, I need to find the reason anyhow. Why Manik is looking for khawab?"..she thought to herself and stood up after placing the money for the coffee she never drank. And left from the cafeteria.

(P.S : Khawab is a Urdu word of dream and as some of you are confused with the gender behind this name then let me clarify this name is specifically​ feminine.. )

Outside the cafeteria:

Nandini is walking totally lost in her thoughts, when she collided with a hard frame which startled her.

Nandini : "Am....".. before she could apologize, she found the person standing right there with a stern look.

Sahir : "Where the hell are you from past one week?, Do you have any idea you scared the hell out of me. And where is your god damn phone?.."..he snapped while Nandini is still quiet..

Nandini : "Sahir am...".. her voice trailed off as she tried to apologise to him and this time he is able to see her restlessness, her agitation which has taken all the peace from her.

Sahir : "Nandini what's wrong? Come with me. "..he took her with him as soon as he figured out her unstable state.

• Standing on the Cross road she chooses the path of destruction, but as she walked slowly on it she realized she met her salvation.. •

It's night by now as Sahir and Nandini is sitting together in the hallway of Sahir's apartment even after 10 hours 30 minutes Nandini didn't told anything to Sahir all she was doing calling here and there, dodging Manik's call and messages continuously all these hours.

Sahir : "Nandini, you should talk with Manik once. He has been calling you all day.."..he said to her in the calmest tone while Nandini is sitting on the couch with a pillow in her lap and frowns on her forehead..

Nandini : "And what am suppose to inform him? That hey! Manik am running away from you because I want to find some answers of those questions which has taken all my peace and sanity and the reason is you behind all of this.."..she snapped angrily but mostly frustratingly..

Sahir : "Nandini am still not able to get why have you married to him?, You haven't told anything to me apart from the fact about Aahana's death. You knew from start that Manik is a womanizer, he sleeps with every girl he meet, when it comes to him he is nothing but a bloody monster. Then why the hell you married him?"..he bombarded bunch of question on her with a reality she isn't ready to accept.

Nandini : "I married him because dad's business was in need of Malhotra's power. That's the reason.."..she answered while looking elsewhere but before Sahir can interrogate her, there is a loud thud on the door which startled both of them..

"That's the biggest lie you have ever said Nandini..".. they heard a loud anger filled tone which sent chills down her spine and next she found Cabir standing on the door looking at Nandini furiously..

• Some secrets when comes out of the buried coffin it not only breaks all the ties but it leaves a perpetual storm in the calm world.. •

On the other hand Manik is concerned beyond measures, someone has rightly said that the hard you try to push away something the more strongly it pull towards you. Even though Manik is denying all this while that he has no feelings for her but he can't deny the fact that there is something very strong building Inside him for her, she manages to evoke the good side of his which he has buried in the coffin years back.

Manik : "Where the hell she has gone now?". Although he shouted in utmost anger but deep down his heart is sinking in the ocean of tension and pain..

He is pacing back and forth in his building on the ground floor, he asked his security to trace her location but this time to his surprise he isn't able to track her location down..

"Sir we aren't able to locate her, it seems like in which ever area she is there is some strong anti tracking device but these anti tracking devices are available to only very secretive officials of government.."..one of the chief security officer told Manik which made Manik in a deep fix..

Manik : "What Nandini is doing in anti tracking area?"..he thought in bewilderment..

Hey! Pals! Look time isn't it? I know but can't help it as now am going to be preoccupied, well! Am back from Kashmir and my trip was extremely amazing there. And now from tomorrow am going to join my job so wish me luck, am hell excited for this new beginning 🙈🙈✌✌😅😅..

So here is one thing very important, update will be quite very slow but still I'll try to give not a very short update and one of Nandini's secret will be revealed in next update so stay tuned for it 😋😋..
