Hey guys Flame here. Today me have RWBY theory.
"What is the theory?" You May ask. Well this theory is actually about Neo.

Now it's actually a few things bout everyone's favorite murderous and mute Ice cream and by a few I mean three. These three theories are the following;
1: Where is Neo now and how will she appear?
2: Why did Neo run from Raven when they have no connection?
3: Why is Neo mute?

Let's begin!!!!!!

Theory 1: Where is Neo?
So near the end of RWBY volume 3 we see Neo fly off cause of Ruby.

Anyway so Neo flew off and her fate is unknown. Did she die or is she alive? Well it's safe to say she's alive. Although there are tons of grim Neo has her semblance. Her semblance doesn't have a name that I'm aware of but what it does is that with it Neo can create physical illusions that can be seen by everyone. Now it's unknown if this also works on The Grimm but Neo could have used it to save herself. Now as for where she is now. Well since in the future in either volume 6 or 7 our characters shall be in atlas it's safe to assume that's where Neo is. For 2 reasons kinda. First neos name is Neapolitan like the ice cream. Also in an episode of RWBY Chibi there's a snow Neo with a winter Maiden sign. So is Neo the winter Maiden? I don't know but if she ever shows up it may be in Atlas

Theory 2: Why was Neo afraid of Raven?
In Episode 11 of Volume 2 called "No Brakes" Neo and yang fought

See? But before Neo could kill Yang Raven appeared and Neo did this:

Why'd she run from Raven? Now before we found out who the real Spring Maiden was we thought it was Neo and Raven taught her. I have 2 ideas as to why Neo ran.
1: Neo was scared of Raven because she has heard stories of Raven and didn't wanna fight her.
Now option 1 isn't what this theory is mainly bout.
2: Raven is Neo's mom!!!!!!!
Now a lot of you are probs saying I'm stupid and that's ridiculous but you should think about it. What if Raven has had more than one marriage? Now there aren't any genetic similarities between Raven and Neo but Yang and Raven don't have Genetic similarities as well. Now Neo could mainly have traits of her dad while she also dyed her hair. Now Neo probably knows Yang is her step sister. Now remember these are theories to don't let them Ruin what you guys have to say about the shippings of Neo and Yang (aka Baked Alaska) But there are also people who ship Ruby and Yang as well as rwby characters with Zwei so yeah.

Theory 3: Why is Neo mute?
This is very simple. To make her semblance more powerful.
