Powers: electromagnetism. Can use his powers to float off the ground either using his shoes or a collapsible metal board in his jacket. Has a sword that can be used to amplify his magnetism and can be controlled with his magnetic powers. Has some electric powers. Also has a foldable metal boomerang.
Personality: Energetic,helpful to others. Protective to those who can't protect them selfs. Obsessed with star rider like how Mikoto is obsessed with Gekota
Short backstory: Xander is Misaka Mikoto's cousin from America. Him and his cousin get along but they don't see eye to eye with a lot of things. The main thing is which is better. Gekota or star rider.
Additional info: when writing Xander is right handed with everything else he's ambidextrous. His right eye turned red when he first discovered his esper ability.
