Hey everyone Flame here. So with Sword and Shield coming up in November, now even though the evil team is now known as Team Yell today I will be sharing 2 ideas for an evil team I have exclusively for the Galar region. Now this all speculation and my own ideas. Also if you wanna use my ideas don't as I may use them in the future I don't know yet to be honest. Also I will mention at what parts in the game certain events will happen. Anyway let's begin!!!

Also also I forgot to mention that it's either one or the other. Like it's either the first one or the second one. Not both.

Now you see the Galar region is based off of the UK so that means that there could be a royal family. Now I wanna say this now Leon the champion of the Galar region is in no way related to the royal family but the King does make the champion officially the champion. Think of it like someone being knighted by the Queen of England or something. Anyway Team Royals is special as they don't seem evil. You see your first interaction with Team Royals is with the grunts but they call themselves the R Gang and are dressed similarly to Team Rocket Grunts making you the player think that they are Team rocket and you engage in battle as you find them trying to steal Pokémon after you get your second gym badge. Now soon the royal guards, which are the knights in the image I showed, appear and aid you in battle making you think they are good. As you travel you hear stories of how helpful the Royal Guards are as well as the Elite guards, the prince and princess as well as the King and Queen are. Also Team Royals has 5 ranks. The lowest rank are the grunts. After grunts are admins. After admins are the elite guards as well as the Prince and Princess which are on the right of the picture above. Finally the king and queen who are the heads of the organization.

Now after you get your fourth gym badge you encounter the International Police officer Looker as he is suspicious of the R Gang and the Royal Guards. Looker then asks you to sneak into a warehouse which will be a pretty cool stealth section. Now you eventually overhear an R Gang member talking to a Royal guard where you discover that they are all on the same team, Team Royals. Now allow me to go over the Pokémon the grunts use. The grunts, which are the R Gang members and the  Royal Guards. They use armored steel Pokémon as well as poison types. Anyway you engage in battle against both types of the grunts as there are two types, the guard grunts which use steel and armored like Pokémon while the R Gang Grunts which use poison types. Anyway after the battle you try to tell other people about the Royal Guards and Team Royals as you heard the name from the grunts. No one believes you though except for Looker as he saw everything but both of you didn't have any photo graphic or video evidence about the battle.

As you progress you fight both the R Gang Royals Grunts and the Royal Guard Team Royals Grunts as well as some admins and the elite guards. Elite guards look like the Grunts but with white armor while the four Admins each have individual armor, one admin uses fire Pokémon and has red armor, one admin has blue armor and uses water Pokémon, another admin has green armor and uses grass Pokémon and finally a yellow armored Admin with electric Pokémon.

Eventually you arrive at the seventh gym of the Galar region and you begin to do the puzzles and stuff to get to the gym Leader. Once your done however you won't be able to fight the gym leader. This is actually because two of the Elite guards of Team Royals show up before you battle the gym leader. This is actually because a lot of times in some Pokémon games you deal with the evil team after you get your seventh badge but I'm changing it to you deal with them before you get this badge. Anyway before your battle with the seventh gym leader starts the Elite guards of Team Royals arrive and say that you the player are under arrest for aiding the R Gang as they show photos they took that show you fighting Royal Guards, but you the player know the through behind these photos as you know they were taken at times you saw the Team Royals Grunts as Royal Guards doing illegal activities.

You then get thrown into a prison located at a Royal Guard station in the city the seventh gym is in. You cannot use your Pokémon to get out though as the cell you are in gives off a strange signal that prevents you from sending out any Pokémon. But there is one way you will be able to escape. If any of you didn't know in the Galar region your Pokédex is a feature in a new device called the Rotomphone meaning there's a rotom in your phone.

To get out you'll have to wait for there to be no guards watching your cell. You will then take control of Rotom as you go through the electrical system of the Team Royals/Royal Guard station to find the main computer. Once you find it as rotom you will have to complete a series of different puzzles. These puzzles include a circuit oats where you will have to connect certain colored dots in a certain way. Kinda like this:

Another puzzle would be something in Which you have to make the Team Royals emblem in a slide puzzle way. These puzzles are basically like those online puzzle games where you have to connect dots or make a pattern or something.

Anyway after Rotom frees you the player you have to sneak out and hide around. But even after you escape basically everyone in the region will be looking for you so you'll get a message from Professor Magnolia.

You then will have to use Corviknight, the replacement for fly in the Sword and Shield and head over to her lab. There you will find Sonia Hop and your mother there waiting for you with Looker. You and Looker tell your mom, the professor, Hop and Sonia the truth and they believe you both.

It's at this point where Professor Magnolia says how she knows the king of Galar as they were once friends. She explains how when they were younger the King had heard the story of the Great War And was a bit upset that the Galar region almost lost the war and felt like the kingdom of Galar should get their revenge on Kalos. Now I don't know a lot/remember the information on of the Pokémon war so don't be upset if I got anything wrong. Anyway the friendship between the king of Galar and Professor Magnolia soon began to weaken as the two stoped talking to each other.

After Professor Magnolia explains her past Hop asks what they could do. Looker explains that there isn't much they can do as even if they tried to confront the king it would only make them look evil for attacking the royal family. Your characters mom then suggests asking the champion and Elite four if they could help but Sonia dismisses the idea stating that since all of the Galar region saw those photos Team Royals took of you the player no one would want to help us.

Soon all TVs in the Galar region switch on to a special broadcasting network that the Royal family uses if they need to make an announcement to the entire region as the king and queen of Galar are seen.

In this announcement the king says that he is the leader of Team Royals, a secret organization. The king then goes on to explain that all of the R Gang attacks were done by Team Royals Grunts who were really the Royal Guards. The Queen then goes onto say that they will awaken the legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta to aid them in a battle against the Kalos region and then they will attack the rest of the regions of the world.

The broadcast ends with the king telling those who wish to fight to join him at his palace while those who wish not to fight should stay in their homes.

Seeing this as an opportune moment you and Hop head over to the castle and  sneak in putting on Team Royals Grunt uniforms. You both then have double battles against other Grunts as well as admins and even the Elite Guards.

You both eventually encounter the Prince and Princess and have a double battle. The Pokémon the Prince and Princess use are Pokémon that are Prince and Princess like and also  have obvious gender differences. After the battle you and Hop end up battling the king and queen. Their Pokémon are the evolved forms of the Pokémon the Prince and princess used.

After you and Hop win the battle the queen activates a machine that awakens either Zacian or Zamazenta, which ever legendary is awaken is based off of the version you got as Team Royals only found Zacian (sword version) or Zamazenta (Shield version).

The queen escapes leaving the king behind. Hop heals your Pokémon and then follows the queen leaving you to battle the legendary Pokémon. After you beat and then capture the legendary Pokémon of which ever game you have the king says he realizes what he has done was wrong. Now before you say that it doesn't make sense the King instantly apologizes I'll explain that bit later.

Anyway the king explains what he did was wrong he makes an announcement to all of Galar apologizing for his actions and even explains that he framed you the player so you won't be in his way.

With that you go back to the seventh gym to battle the gym leader but I'm not done yet.

After squiring all 8 gym badges of the Galar region you discover that the queen, the Prince, the Team Royals Elite Guard as well as some Team Royals admins and Grunts have taken over the Pokémon league and you have to battle them all.

After battling the grunts and admins you have to battle the elite guards. Think of it like an evil Pokémon league. After beating the elite guards you have to have a double battle against the queen and the Prince. But you will have help with this double battle. Leon the champion of the Pokémon league will fight with you. Now the Pokémon league is in an area where you can dynamax to there's that. But here's the thing Leon won't have his full team. He will only use 3 Pokémon as the queen and Prince will only have 3 Pokémon each.

After you and Leon beat the queen and Prince it is revealed that the queen used a psychic type Pokémon to put the king as well as the Prince and Princess once they were old enough to be trainers under her control. The queen is then arrested and you are celebrated as the hero of the Galar region.

After that you will be able to challenge the actual Pokémon league properly as well as the actual elite four and then Leon. After you beat Leon you become champion.

Now there will be an End credit game story thingy. Basically after you beat Leon and become Champion you meet up with Looker at your house. There he says that the elite guards escaped and are in Kalos. It's at this point that we will finally know the mystery of the Couriway Town train station mystery as well we take a train to Kalos and track down the elite guards, get some mega stones and mega Pokémon and do other stuff.

So here is a recap of my idea:
Team Royals is an evil team lead by the king who is mind controlled by the queen. They want to take over Kalos and all other regions with legendary Pokémon. You stop them.

The rankings for team Royals are like this:
Grunts/R Gang Grunt/Royal Guard: Bottom rank
Team Royals Admins: second to bottom rank
Elite guards: third highest rank
Prince and Princess: second highest rank
King and Queen: highest rank/leaders of Team Royals

Team Royals usually uses armored Pokémon or Pokémon that have a royalty based theming while the R Gang Grunts use poison or dark type Pokémon. The Prince and Princess use the same Pokémon as their parents just at a previous evolution.

Ok let's move onto my next evil team.

Well actually before I do explain my next caution evil team let me re-iterate some. These teams are not in the same game. Think of it like this:
In Pokémon omega ruby you battle team magma. In alpha sapphire you battle team aqua. Well technically my idea is that it's either one of these teams in both games.

Second custom evil team:

(Idk why I picked bombs)

Ok this is kinda gonna be quicker than team Royals as there won't be so much explanations needed and such.

Anyway Team Rebels is an evil team that has a 4 tier ranking system.

There are your standard grunts which wear black sports like training gear with their team emblem on it.

The Gym Crushers which wear Team Rebel versions of the outfits each gym leader has.

The Elite Destroyers which wear black and red armor.

Finally the leader of the team who wears an evil looking king outfit.

Basically this team is filled with people who wanted jobs and were rejected. The Gym crushers wanted to be gym leaders but failed. Same with the Elite Destroyers. Their leader is the evil brother of the King of Galar.

This makes a cool story like those times in media when the evil brother tries to take the throne from his brother the king.

The leader of team Rebels is to take over the Galar region using the legendaries.

So yea those are my evil teams. I mostly liked my Team royals idea.
