While Flame is training, he first started throwing energy blast at himself but as he outruns it, he was able to deflect those energy blast with no problem. Flame powers up again, the aura were silver (meaning God Power Increase). He then flew up to the sky, he was going to test out his speed but first.. he then teleport at his home planet San-Mob. 

Flame: Wow, I haven't been there for a while.

So as Flame went to the training room, it was 50 meters each side. Flame pounded his fist, he was prepared and ready to get training. 

Flame: Alright then, let's do this! But first.. should I do 20 times Gravity? 

Flame then thinks, should he do 20x gravity training?

Flame: Yes! 20x gravity will do!

Things gets more heavy, he was able to move a bit until he powers up for good, he then flew up and punched in the air to get his punches. Suddenly, it changed to 50x gravity. While he was punching in the air, he was spinning clockwise.

Meanwhile, we see Crash the Hedgehog, who was seen to be on top of the mountain, the air was windy. However, Crash made a little smile. 

Crash: Soon Flame, I will become stronger than you. You'll just wait and see!

Crash then looks down from the very tall mountain, he wasn't sure if going top of the mountain was the best idea.

Crash: You know, I started to think that this idea is really stupid.. but, that would give me a 5x boost increase only for 2 hours. 

Soon, we yet and see that in Flame's home planet, in the training room, it was still 50x gravity the last time we were here. Flame was still spinning clockwise while he is kicking in the air, he has done 100,000 times punches in the air and now's he is doing 100,000 kicked in the air. He was at 70,000 kicks. 

Flame: Work with the pain! 

As Flame continues to train in his training room, in a few seconds later, he ha finished 100,000 kicked in the air. As he lands on the ground safely, he then smile. 

Flame: Woah, I have gotten stronger, and... faster. Alright then, it's time for me to take a rest for a little while.

Flame then teleported at Madison house at accident, this caught got Flame's attention. 

Flame: No kidding! Madison house is soooo huge!

Suddenly, Lora, Madison, Flame and Crash(Pre-Arc) then saw Flame. 

Lora: Well well. 

Madison: Welcome to the party Flame.

Crash(Pre-Arc): Yep.

Flame(Pre-Arc): Welcome back me.

Flame: Heheh, sorry that I had to visit for a while, I need some rest after some trainig of 50x gravity. 

All(Expect for Flame): 50x GRAVITY!!!???

Madison: are you insane??

Flame: Sorry I had to carrying away but I had to gets stronger, remember, Black and Draco were very strong fighters, no wonder how many opponent there is around the universe. Which is why I had to train so I can get stronger then I was before. 

Lora: Make sense. 

Flame(Pre-Arc): Good point other me.

So as Flame walks to the living room and lays on the couch, he then relax for a while. 

Crash(Pre-Arc): So how was your training by the way?

Flame: Oh good, thanks for asking. 

Crash(Pre-Arc): Oh no problem other Flame.

So Crash(Pre-Arc) leaves Flame be, Flame was wondering what's going on right now. 

Flame: *sigh* Is it possible? Is it really possible that they might be a tournament. Well, looks like I had to find out soon..
