Backstory Overview ⋆ Park Sogun was born and raised in Jeju, South Korea, living in a spacious and bright yet cold house. His family consisted of his mother and father, but was raised entirely by his older sister, Soeun.

Born as Park Tae-hui and Park Sohee, the brother-sister duo were adults before the age of 10. Being born into a family ridden with trouble in a small town on an island, it wasn't easy. The Park parents, especially Mr. Park, cared a lot for his children, but was swept away by bigger issues. Mrs. Park cared just as much, but thought it made more sense to put distance between herself and the young kids. Tae-hui and Sohee would never know or understand this.

However, living in a small town had its benefits. Tae-hui and Sohee were practically raised by a few older mothers and grandmothers in their neighborhood. This would last for what felt like an hour, the Park parents had gotten into more trouble, creating a tsunami of it. Sohee had had enough, thanking all of the kind woman that cared for them and ran with Tae-hui next to her.

They made to Seoul, starting over by themselves. Sohee became Soeun, ridding herself of what was and made herself ready of what was to come. As Tae-hui grew older in Seoul, making it his home, he would slowly break out of his non-talkative shell, starting with singing.

As time went on, Tae-hui was returning from school one day and had seen an advertisement for auditions at a small yet stable company. With shaky hands but a small smile, he stepped through the doors. Tae-hui would go home a trainee and an idol-to-be that day.

The rest is where he is now.
