"Trigon!"

What the hell?

Standing with my brothers outside in the garden. We were discussing Talons treacherous behavior. Not discussing actually we were arguing but it dwindled down to talking. Wondering how we were all going to fix this fucked up predicament Talon has placed us all in.

The last thing I ever thought would happen was seeing my brother walking freely with Miracles hand in his. I'm absolutely stunned if not overjoyed about this. I never thought Trigon should be punished the way he had. But I couldn't go against my family, especially my parents, when were weren't even the Kings yet. But here he stands, with Miracle by his side, tugging him along with determination. All thoughts of Talon and his devious actions were all swept aside immediately.

I run to Trigon, jump on him, wrapping my arms around him. Laughing and enjoying every second of this grand reunion. How I missed him! He wraps his arms around me also laughing. I couldn't ask for a better moment with him.

Looking to Miracle, she just smiles that smile with happy tears in her eyes. I can't help but release Trigon and envelope her into a huge bearing hug. I so owe her for this. I lean down to her ear.

"Thank you so much for this." She just nods her head. To emotional to say a word. Looking back at Trigon, I notice all my other brothers with the exception of Talon, hugging and laughing with him.

Talon hangs back not going to him. Trigon notices, walks over to Talon.

"We have a lot to discuss." He then looks at Miracle and I know she told him about Talons adultery. Talon just nods. Looking guilty but Trigon eventually hugs him. It's hard for a twin not to relate to each other. Just like with me and Malik. Sometimes I swear I think I can actually feel what he does.

Talon hugs him back, they start laughing finally and we all start talking catching Trigon up on everything. I didn't notice at the time but Miracle slipped off from us. Leaving us brothers alone to reunite.

The thoughtfulness she has for us makes me want to beat the living shit out of Talon. How could he be so damn stupid? Blocking it once again from my thoughts, I focus in on my brothers conversation.

"She's told me everything." Trigon informs Baron, I knew pretty soon we would get to discussing Miracle. I just didn't realize she has told him everything.

"Then you know about Arista, Priscilla, and Marcus?" I ask him. He nods his head there's anger in his eyes as he turns to Talon.

"We don't have to worry about Arista. I took care of that problem" Talon informs us. Through all his sadness I can see a little glint in his eyes.

"What did you do?" She's been nothing but a damn pain the ass. I'm shocked Talon took care of it. He's never been the type to resort to going at it alone.

"I erased her memories, I only left the memories of her father and her childhood. Among other things. Everything to do with us, I removed. So whoever her accomplice is, she won't remember them, nor will she remember her hatred for Miracle. I say it's a win win." Talon looks at Brack.

"I'm sorry, Brack but she won't remember anything about you either. It's the only way I could think of to solve the problem." Brack just shrugs his shoulders. I know now that he is completely over her. That's at least one obstacle down. There others will be tougher.

"It's just one way for me to try to mend things with Miracle. I know it's not much in the scheme of things but it's a start...I hope." Yea he has a long journey ahead. But I'm not the one who will be down on him. I'm positive Baron and now with Trigon back they will fill that roll.

"You, have a lot to answer for," thinking to myself, oh shit, this is it, Trigon instead surprises me "but it's not my place to judge. You need to talk to her. Hell brother you need to beg." Like we haven't heard someone tell him that before. It seems to do no good when it comes Marcus. It's like somehow he has trapped him in his web.

"I don't deserve her. I was thinking that I should leave. Give her some time. You know, to work through all of this." He looks so depressed but I don't think that's the way to go.

"She will think you abandon her. If you leave Talon, she will think that you don't care. You do care right?" I ask him. One minute he says he does then the next it's all about Marcus. The man is like a pendulum, always going back and forth.

"Yes Lucias I do care. I love her in fact." More confusion sets in me. How can you care and still cheat on her?

"Then why did you do it?" Trigon ask him. While he place s his hand on Talons shoulder.

"I don't know. I can say I got lost in the moment. In the passion. In my desires. But basically that would be a lie. Though I did get caught up in all of that. I still want Marcus. Like he told me, I crave him. He's like a drug." That is love to me.

"Brother I think you still love him," Talon goes to shake his head but Trigon cuts him off "you can deny that all you want, but what you just described to me is in fact, love." Talon goes to rebuttal his statement but Brack stops him.

"Do you feel that way with Miracle? Do you feel the same?" I truly want to hear his answer.

"Yes I do, exactly the same, we'll almost exactly. I don't feel the sparks with Marcus like I do with her. But yes, my heart feels the same," he sighs then turns to look at all of us "how can I love two people at once?" That I have no clue about. I don't think any of us does.

"You cannot be with them both. You must leave one behind. I fear, and you know it to be true, that Miracle will not stand by and wait. You must make your decision quickly and precisely. For there will be no going back." Malik instructs him. Dude has a way with words.

"How do I decide this? How would you? Who the hell would you pick?"

"Miracle" we all say in unison. Even Trigon which surprised me.

"That's because your all in love with her, we'll not you Trigon, you've just met her."

"I can honestly say, that I, in fact do. The mate bond for a fae is indescribable, once we faes recognize our mate. There is and will be no other." Well I be damned! It was pretty much like that for all of us except Talon I guess, warlocks are so  different.

"Which room is Miracles?" Trigon ask. I can only guess what he has in mind. Boy, is he in for a treat!

"I'll show you." Trigon tells us all goodbye as Malik shows him to her room. Lucky bastard!

"I know what they're  gonna do!" Brack singsongs to us like a damn toddler. The guy will never grow up. Baron smacks him on the back of his head.

"Damn Baron!" He complains. The jackass!

While we're still chatting out walks Trey. Ugh! Will he go home already!

"Did I just see Trigon?" Like it's any of his damn business! Baron sees him and storms away. He hasn't talk to or even acknowledge Trey since the ball. Trey just ignores him. Guy take a hint!

"Yes, Miracle freed him!" Talon replies. Though I know he doesn't want to. He wants him gone as much as we do.

"Cool." What a moron!

"Did you want something Trey?" Brack ask him with a touch of sass in his tone.

"Uhm yea, I was wondering if I could take Miracle into the center?" The nerve of this guy!

The center is your basic city. There's storefronts, theaters, cafes, everything you could want. Why the hell does he want to take her there?

"What for?" It's exactly what I was thinking. Though Brack beat me to it.

"Well ya know, to shop, catch a movie, a day out. She's been coup here. I thought it would be nice." It's actually like a date. He wants to take Miracle on a date? Is he nuts?

"No!" Trey reels back from Bracks tone of voice. It's more like Flare wants to come out and play. I love Flare!

"Dude, I was just asking. It's not like you're her damn dad. You can't control what she does. I'll just ask her and see if she wants to go. What's the big deal?" Trey is pushing it.

"The big deal is she's our mate and if anyone takes her out it will be us. Not you!" I'm literally shocked Talon tells him this.

"Yea ok? Says the mate who cheated on her!" Trey scoffs. Talon is furious, he grabs Trey by his arm.

"Who told you that?" He demands of Trey. Trey rolls his damn eyes. The damn punk!

"Who the hell do you think? Marcus did. He's bragging about it to every one! Hell, the entire kingdom knows by now! Even his mate!" Talon is astonished! How could he possibly think that it would remain a secret? We're fucking Kings! Everyone is always up in our affairs; literally!

Talon drops his hand from Treys arm. He looks so defeated.

"Farrow knows?" Talon ask him.

"Of course he does. Marcus could never keep a secret. You should know this! Dudes always been a weasel," he looks to Talon, and sees how it's effecting him "dude I'm sorry, I know this shit must hurt. But hey it was only sex. It's not like you love him."

Talons eyes go side to side. Trey then realized that Talon actually does love Marcus.

"Oh shit dude, that's so fucked up! I bet Miracle is pissed!" Beyond pissed!

"Trey I think you should leave...NOW!" Brack actually barks at him or maybe it was Flare? Either way it's down right funny!

Trey steps back. He looks a little shaken.

"Ok, ok, I'll leave. I have to go ask Miracle something anyway?" Trey gives an evil smirk, turns and runs off. I mean the guy actually ran!

"What an asshole!" I so totally agree with Brack!

"Born and breed!" I tell him.

"Wait! He's going to ask Miracle something? Oh hell no!" Brack takes off running and yes again actually running, after Trey.

Glancing at Talon, I can see how miserable he is. Walking closer to him, placing my hand on his back.

"You going to be ok?" He shakes his head. In a way, I kind of feel sorry for him. The turmoil he must be going through has to be devastating.

"My entire life I've been screwing things up! I honestly thought Marcus was a better man than that! Boy was I damn fool! Miracle will never forgive me. I can't trust Marcus. Hell, I can't even trust myself. I have no clue what to do! I'm drowning in a heartache that I can't swim in. What would you do?" I have no answer to give him. I've never been in his shoes.

"I don't know, sorry. I wish I had the answers for you." Moving my hand from his back, I place it in my pockets. Not knowing what to do with them. This seems so awkward. 

"Me either. I don't think I can come back from this. It is basically being stuck between a rock and a hard place. I can't have them both. Damn, I don't even think I want Marcus anymore. I'm just so confused." Not knowing what else to do. I just hug him. He eventually hugs me back.

"What's going on here?" Fuck! Really bad timing mom! Breaking apart we both turn to look at her. She looks to me then to Talon. Today they were suppose to moving back to their own home. Now she may be here for a bit longer.

Turning to look to Talon.

"I'll let you two talk." Walking over to mom, I give her a kiss on the cheek then leave her with Talon.

This will not end well!
