(I always enjoyed the fact that the best friend would be a part of their adventures and not off on the side. It made it more real to me. Sure, they would want their friends safe, but I am more of a fan we ride or die together nonsense. Also, it is more enjoyable to have friends work together. Enjoy!)

                  "Hey! Cunningham!" Howard shouted from outside his best friend's townhome.

He and Randy made it a habit to walk to work together, even though Randy seemed to always be sleeping in. Truth be told, Randy took the nightshift for patrols and was tired. He was dressing himself in his red shirt and blue jeans. He grabbed his satchel and shouted goodbye to the Nomicon before running out.

"Sorry! Thanks for the wakeup call!" Randy said in relief to his best friend while rubbing the back of his neck in a nervous manner.

Howard was getting a little bit suspicious of his best friend. There was something not right about him. Howard just couldn't figure out what it was, but he would soon! Meanwhile, Kim was rushing to work herself. She did take the night watch with Randy and much like him, she slept in too. Now, she was rushing late to work!

"I really hope I am not missing anything important!" she whispered as she entered the building and dived to the elevator.

She sighed in relief until she noticed Vanessa was standing next to her! Although she did clean up the robots, Kim had a sneaky suspicion about her and the robots. Vanessa knew how to stop the robots which she doubts anyone would know so easily.

"Hey, running late?" Vanessa asked as she glanced at Kim.

"Y-yeah! My alarm didn't go off. Can't believe that" Kim said with a laugh as she smiled.

Vanessa turned her attention to the doors as Kim glanced at her. She wanted to learn more about the robots, but she also realized she was late for her meeting with Wade and Ron.

"Are you meeting with Wade?" Vanessa asked as she didn't bother to look at her.

"Oh! Yeah, he wanted me to go over a few ideas for the next product" Kim answered.

"Cool, I'll be joining you too" Vanessa said simply as Kim raised a brow at that statement.

That's it. Today, she's going to discover why Vanessa and Wade are working together. Star made her way to her library and was ready to search for any other documents for clues about the location of a seal.

"Where do you even start to find something like this?" she wondered aloud believing no one would ever hear her.

"Why not ask your mayor for some help?" Janna, the mayor and a good friend of Stars, asked with a smirk as Star jumped and closed her folder.

"Janna! What are you doing here?!" Star exclaimed in disbelief.

She has dark blue hair and brown eyes. She wore a fancy green jacket and fancy green shirt. She wore a yellow skirt and blue boots. She was sitting on her desk and grinned.

"Taking a break and looking over the people. Believe it or not, I do take my job as mayor seriously" she answered as she laid on the desk, "Don't bother hiding anything from me since I'm the reason you have this job. So, you're looking for a seal? Alright, so what does this seal look like?"

She took a few documents from Star to read it. Star sighed in relief as she leaned back in the chair.

"You know I am one of the heroines, don't you?" Stat asked in a knowing tone.

"Yeah, you guys are not subtle with those transformations. Also, those cost a lot of property damages. I'm surprised Kim never noticed the number of damages you do" Janna answered as she flipped another page of the document.

Star shifted her feet at the comments as Janna shook her head and gave back the document. She took a step down from the desk and held her phone.

"Nothing I don't mind cleaning up. Those tax dollars have to go somewhere, and you are giving people jobs too by destroying stuff. Oh, maybe you should destroy the food court next. I wanted to make a new restaurant appear there" Janna said in a chill manner until she noticed Star's concerned expression, "Relax. I never told your secret to Tom nor Marco. That would suck if both knew though I cannot tell which one would be worse to know"

Star then stood up, grabbed Janna's shoulders, and asked, "Wait, then you know stuff about the villains we are fighting?!"

Janna pulled herself back to reply, "I've tried, but I haven't found them. Whoever is working for them is very skilled with technology"

"Or magic" Star pointed out as she walked to a board and flipped it over to the cleaner side, "Magic is dangerous in the wrong hands. All my friends and I have elemental powers, but I wonder if we can use it to track the seal"

"I don't see why not" Janna replied as she thought about it, "It is a form of energy. Maybe the same energy that your powers come from?"

Star gasped as she got an idea. She pulled Janna after her until they arrived at Randy's townhome. She unlocked the door and rushed to the basement to grab Magical Instructions. She then went to lock the door as Janna looked at it.

"Why do we need an old book?" she asked unsure.

"Because this is the source of our powers. I am sure if I can get Danny's help, we can build a tracker and find the seal!" Star answered excitedly as Janna nodded her head in agreement to it.

"Sure, let's head over to Flynn Findings. Yes, I know where you and your friends work. That is just one of the many perks of being mayor and working with your royal family. Come on. Do not ask too many questions you do not want the answers to" Janna said as she pulled Star after her.

Star just shrugged and let it happen. They arrived at Danny's lab and found him building a hover craft of sorts. Star gasped at the site of it while Janna shrugged. Tucker blinked as he grabbed Danny's shoulder to point to them.

"What the? Star why are you with the mayor?!" Danny asked as he gestured to Janna, "Does she know about you know what?"

"Yeah, because I am the mayor. I know everything. Well, almost everything. As for your second question, cuz she and I are best pals. Better than you and nerd boy over there" Janna answered with a smirk as Danny's eyes were on the book.

"Star, why did you bring Ghost Arts here?!" Danny exclaimed as he took the book.

"Wait, that's what you call Magical Instructions? Man, I think I like Nomicon better" Star commented as Danny gestured to the book, "Oh, right! I got an idea with Janna's help. If we have to find the seal, then we should track it. So, why don't we built a tracker using the energy of the books to find it?"

Danny took the book and glanced it. He never thought about it.

"I could try. I don't know if it can work like that, but sure. Let's give it a try" Danny said as he gave the book to Tucker, "Be careful with it. That's a very old book with many lessons on how to control our powers. We need to scan and examine it to then building a tracker"

"I think we should be able to do something like that, but I have no idea how long this will take" Tucker answered as he examined it, "Are you sure about this? This is an old book"

Danny held his hand as he created some ice. The book began to shiver in Tucker's hands. He nearly dropped it, but he ended up placing it on the table.

"Ok, got it. So, what other elemental reactions should we be on the lookout for when we build this tracker?" Tucker asked as he held up a tablet and hovered it over the book.

"You can step out if you want. This might take a while. You should probably text Randy to know that the book is with me" Danny recommended.

Star took out her phone to text him. He was currently working a small animation piece as he felt his phone buzz. He continued to draw with his right hand and then picked up his phone with the left. He checked the message and nearly fell.

"They are doing what?!" he exclaimed until the door was kicked open by Howard.

"Yo, what is up with you?" he asked as Randy put his phone behind his back.

"Nothing! Wait, why are you here?" Randy asked confused, "I thought you had a podcast with your sister"

"Well, she got Debbi to do something on the legend of a bird and lizard" Howard explained as he sat next to him, "So, I thought I could keep you company, especially since we won't be sharing a place. My bad for that too, Cunningham"

Randy sighed internally in relief as he sat with his best friend.

"It is ok. You and Heidi did offer to help me. I am grateful for that. We are still best friends too. Nothing's going to change that" Randy reassured him as he glanced at his phone and put it away.

"Oh, that's a relief. I thought for sure you would've ditched me for Fowler" Howard said in relief as he took out his handheld console. "Not bad, but I know someone better"

Randy rolled his eyes as he continued to sketch the animation and asked, "Oh, really? She wouldn't be giving a podcast right now, would she? We should talk to her about it. See what she thinks about your crush?"

"Do that, and I will tell Fowler everything you did in high school! Including the field trip to the volcano!" Howard exclaimed as he nearly strangled his best friend.

They soon laughed at each other for their teasing and went back to their respective works. Though, Randy hoped his friends were not going to do anything reckless with the book. He couldn't prove it, but he had a feeling that no one should really mess with it. It would get angry if it was messed with.

Kim checked her phone for the message and was surprised but agreed with their idea. She hoped they would keep the book safe and not in the hands of their enemies.

"That's not a bad idea. If they can find the seal, that will make our jobs much easier" she whispered as she agreed to the idea as well.

"Uh, KP are you listening?" Ron asked as she quickly put her phone away and nodded her head, "You know, if you need to talk to someone, I am here to help. Sure, I am nothing like you, but we have been friends for years"

"I know, sorry Ron. My other friends have been chatty lately" Kim answered as she gave him her full attention.

"You have other friends too?!" Ron asked excitedly, "When can I meet them?!"

Kim blinked as she realized how dangerous it would be if Ron were to get mixed up in all of this. She had to think of something to protect her best friend.

"Soon! I have to ask them if it is ok! One of them has anxiety while the other two are a bit out of there" she explained to him.

It wasn't a total lie, but it wasn't the entire truth either. She glanced back to Wade and Vanessa. Vanessa was showing him something as he took notes on it. Kim wanted to speak with her more, but how was she going to do that?

"So, thanks to your friend testing out some of the inventions, I was able to find something new about it. You ok, Kim? You seem distracted" Wade asked as he noticed Kim staring at Vanessa.

"Sorry, I have a lot on my mind lately" she confessed as she laughed and went to help her friends.

Vanessa did notice Kim was eyeing her. Kim isn't an idiot and could find out what she is trying to do. Sooner or later, Vanessa has to tell Kim about her mission, but she wasn't sure when.

"Hello!" Gideon declared as he stepped into the lab with a firm expression, "We have a problem!"

"No, you have a problem, I have a young idiot who keeps causing it" Tom answered as he was filing the taxes of a home while burning another form in his hands.

Gideon snapped his fingers to teleport Tom out of his desk and in front of him. Tom grunted in annoyance as his hand was on fire. Julian arrived with Dr. Doof behind him. Gideon snapped his fingers again to make a screen appear between them. The screen displayed a blurry image of the book being held by a group of blurry people!

"The book!" Julian and Dr. Doof exclaimed until Tom pulled both back.

"It is the book" Tom said as he looked to Gideon, "So, what is the plan?"

"You and Dr. Doof should get the book. If we can get it that is. We just need to cause enough chaos for now" Gideon ordered them.

"Understood!" Dr. Doof said as Tom walked towards the elevator, "Hey, Tom, where are you going?"

"I am getting a head start as you get your robots ready. Make sure that self-destruct button isn't in an obvious place for anyone to access" Tom said as he stepped into the elevator and smirked.

Dr. Doof rolled his eyes as he went to his computer and booted up another invention of his. Meanwhile, Star, Danny, Janna, and Tucker were walking down the street. Danny and Tucker were able to build a tracker, but it wasn't properly working.

"Are you sure you built it right?" Star asked unsure at the site of it.

It was a remote with an antenna on it. It was black and hand a radar, but the radar was pointing to many different locations in their town.

"Don't blame me, blame Ghost Arts! Nothing is working with him!" Danny said as he gestured to the book in her hands.

"Magical Instructions is trying her best!" Star retorted as Danny rolled his eyes at her.

"Why don't you have a single name for it?" Tucker asked curiously but they were busy arguing with each other, "Or ignore us. That works too"

"Relax. I am sure if it could talk, it would tell them its name" Janna reassured him as she looked up from her phone and wrapped an arm around his shoulder, "But I should probably get back to doing mayor stuff and meeting with the royal family. Good luck! I'll let you know if I find anything on your seal!"

She turned to walk in the other direction as Star and Danny simply waved their hands and paid attention to the tracker. Janna held a deadpanned expression as she walked away. However, Tom was standing on top of a building as he looked at them. He didn't expect his girlfriend to have the book, but he also realized that she does work at a library. It made sense, but it bothered him how he would have to steal it from her.

"Well, better get this over and done with" he whispered as he snapped his fingers to cover himself in fire.

His hair changed from red to black as he gained a pair of black glasses. His suit changed into a different one. This time, the suit was ruby red as it had a tailcoat. He had a black tie hanging from his neck as a pair of golden horns appeared on the sides of his head. He gained a black top hat and fancy black shoes with matching ruby red dress pants. He has a pair of black gloves on. He adjusted his gloves and then created a fire ball. He casually threw it towards them, but he made sure it crashed near Danny, Tucker, and Janna! Luckily, Star and Danny reacted and pushed themselves and their friends away from the fire ball!

"What the heck?!" Tucker exclaimed as Danny groaned and looked to see a weird, devil like being hovering to the ground, "Why is Satan trying to kill us?!"

Danny sighed as he gave his friend the tracker and hid behind a garbage can to transform.

"Satan? Hello! Classic businessman aesthetic! Also, Satan's aesthetic is not terrible! And for your information, this outfit costs more than you make in a year!" Tom answered offended.

"And what is your name supposed to be?" Janna asked as she and Star helped each other up.

Tom took a graceful bow as he approached them, "I am the Inferno. I was sent to take the book. Please hand it over. This doesn't need to be a fight"

He held out his hand to Star and held a warm smile. Star blinked at him and felt oddly safe. She knew she should keep the book with her, but she felt she could trust him too. Oh, what could she do?

"And I thought Ninja was the only one who with hot headed attitude" Phantom asked as he blasted a wave of ice to him, "And since you want that book, you are either a hero or a villain, so which is it? Also, I am the Phantom. Who are you?"

Inferno jumped before the ice could freeze him. Inferno created a thick layer of fire to protect himself from the ice and sighed. He adjusted his collar and dusted himself off.

"Please, I was just asking her a question. You attacked me" Tom pointed out as he crossed his arms over his chest, "As for my name, I am the Inferno. Now, please, be civil. I was just asking this lovely, pretty lady if she would give it to me. Nothing more, nothing less"

Phantom glanced to Star who did nod her head. He wasn't sure what to do about this situation then. The book was theirs technically, but since Inferno was being reasonable, maybe they could talk this out.

"Ok, fine. I apologize for attacking you, but why do you want the book?" Phantom asked as he gently lowered himself to the ground and offered to just talk.

"Well, I need it to find something important to me and help a friend of mine" Inferno answered calmly, "That book has the power to lead me to it. So, please hand it to me, miss"

Inferno held his hand out to her again as she glanced to Phantom. Surely, something could help them get out of this situation. There was a loud thud as more robots appeared behind them! One of them grabbed Phantom as he struggled in its grasp!

"Hey! Let me go!" he shouted as Inferno glared at the scientist behind the robots.

"Ok, we were having a civil conversation! Why did you feel the need to cut in now?!" Inferno exclaimed to the mad scientist in the back of the robots.

"I'm sorry, but we needed the book and one of the heroes is here! You know, killed two birds with one stone! Well, actually, aren't you dead? You do call yourself a Phantom" the scientist asked as he glanced to Inferno and Phantom.

"No, I am not. I just have the powers of one along with ice" Phantom answered as he phased through a robot and kicked it away, "And who are you supposed to be?"

"The Scientist!" Dr. Doof answered as he gestured to himself.

He had a pair of mad scientist goggles over his eyes and wore a white lab coat, black pants, brown shoes, and a helmet.

Phantom looked at the scientist and tilted his head to the side and pointed out, "You look like a pharmacist, are you sure about this?"

"Yes! Is it the lab coat?" he asked as he glanced at it.

Inferno snapped his fingers to create a tornado of fire around Phantom! Phantom felt himself sweating and losing his powers!

"Ok, not fair..." he groaned in pain and tried to pick himself up.

"Phantom!" Star exclaimed as she and Janna got away from the fight, "Janna hang onto the book. I've got to help him!"

"Got it but be careful" Janna said as she hid from the fight.

Star tapped the bracelet, transformed, and swung her hammer strike against Inferno while he was distracted. However, he simply summoned a claymore and blocked her strike with ease! She was surprised as he held a smirk.

"Well, I didn't know a Witch would appear to help a Phantom, but maybe he won't last long. Ice doesn't do well against intense heat. If he runs out of strength, then he'll reveal his secret identity to us!" Inferno declared as Witch gasped and looked through the flames to see Phantom barely holding on!

Inferno smirked as he grabbed her wrist and burnt it! She yelped in pain as he then flipped her over his shoulder to slam her on the ground! She gasped in pain as Inferno chuckled and sent a wave of heat to drain her energy and make her sleepy.

"And they had trouble before? Pathetic" he said as the robots picked up Witch and held her unconscious form, "That was easy"

Meanwhile, Kim and Randy were finishing up their work until their friends were running to a tv screen to see the news.

"What's going on?" Randy asked as he saw Debbi holding her phone and notepad.

"There's a fight happening! It looks like the heroes are losing. Makes sense since there missing two of them" she answered as she held her phone to show him the news.

Randy gasped as he saw Phantom surrounded by fire and an unconscious Witch being held my robots! He had to get there!

"Typical. Never trust the Ninja. He probably formed a bond with that tricky bird too" Debbi commented as Randy held himself.

"Hey! Cut the Ninja some slack" Howard said as he joined them, "I am sure he and the Spy are coming there to help them right now!"

Randy nodded in agreement as he slowly back away from them. He turned a corner and prepared to tap his bracelet until he felt someone jump on his leg! He looked down to see Howard!

"What the juice are you doing?!" Randy asked as he looked at his friend.

"What am I doing? What are you doing?! Every time something happens with the Heroes and Heroines, you're gone! You were the one who told me the legend of the Ninja! We haven't had a chance to meet him! Now, we do! Let's go!" Howard exclaimed as he grabbed Randy's hand and roughly pulled him out of their building and towards the fight!

Randy gulped. He wasn't sure how he was going to himself out of this situation and hoped Kim was faring better than he was. She wasn't.

"There's another attack!" Ron exclaimed as he turned on the tv to show the situation to her.

Kim and Vanessa gasped at the site of the fight, but they were focused on different parts of it. Kim was focusing on Phantom's state and Star's unconscious form. Vanessa was staring at the pharmacist.

"Why is there a pharmacist among them?" Wade asked confused as Vanessa threw her computer to him, "What? Why?"

"I have to go! Please look at it!" she shouted as she ran out of the room.

Kim decided to follow her out and help her friends. She left her stuff as Ron noticed Kim leaving and followed her out, leaving Wade by himself. He sighed as he picked up everything and made sure everything was in order. Kim ran after Vanessa as she noticed they were closing in on the fight. One robot was coming towards them as Kim tackled Vanessa away! They rolled away from it and avoided the robot. They crashed into some garbage, but they were safe at least.

"Kim! What are you doing?" Vanessa asked as she pushed Kim off her.

"Saving you from doing something so reckless" Kim answered as she glanced at the fight.

She wondered where Randy could be, but she focused on Vanessa first.

"Ok, you are hiding something. I know it is important to you, but that doesn't mean you can throw yourself into a fight so recklessly" Kim advised Vanessa seriously, "But I have something I need to do. After that, we can talk about this. Are you fine with that?"

"Yeah, thank you for that reality check" Vanessa answered in relief as she held her right arm, "Look out!"

She pointed at the incoming robot as Kim turned to see it coming. She didn't have time to react, but someone fired a laser to destroy it! Both blinked at the site of broken robot parts as they saw Ron standing before them, shaking and holding the lipstick!

"Ron!" they shouted as they pulled him over for a hug and Kim said in relief, "Oh, thank you for saving us!"

"I am glad that I did, but why did you two run into a fight?! Will you please tell me what is going on?!" Ron exclaimed to them as they let go of him.

Kim knew he was right and stood up to face the fight before her.

"Uh, Kim, you are walking into a dangerous fight! I did not just run into danger for you to run back into danger!" Ron exclaimed as she turned to smile at him.

"So, not the drama, Ron. I have everything under control" she promised him.

Ron wanted to reach out to her, but Vanessa stopped him and shook her head.

"I believe she does have this. Come on, let's get to safety and reassure everyone that everything will be safe" Vanessa said as she pulled Ron after her.

Kim held a confident expression as her friends left. She took in a breath of fresh air and then held a determined expression. She slapped her bracelet to transform and charge into the fight. As for Randy, he could see the fight getting closer as Howard continued to pull him. Randy couldn't endanger his best friend, so he did the next best thing he could. He pulled Howard to him and jumped into a sewer! Howard was screaming while Randy remained calm and landed on the ground. He caught his best friend and sighed in relief.

"What the juice is wrong with you, Cunningham?!" Howard exclaimed as he grabbed his friend's shirt and shook him.

Randy fell as a result with Howard on top of him. Howard continued to shake him until Randy grabbed his hands and stopped him.

"HOWARD!" Randy shouted to calm his friend down, "You cannot go into that fight!"

"And why not? The heroes and heroines will protect us!" Howard exclaimed as Randy gave him a deadpanned expression.

"Ok one, that's terrible! We have enough to worry about! That's so dangerous! Two, because the Ninja is me" Randy confessed as he showed his bracelet to his best friend and transformed into the Ninja before him.

Howard blinked a couple of times until he shouted, "Oh my gods! Yes! My best friend is the Ninja! I can't wait to tell everyone!"

Randy grabbed his best friend's shoulders and said seriously "You cannot tell anyone about this. Otherwise, I may have to erase your mind. That would be terrible for many reasons"

"I guess so. But wait if you're here, who's going to help the other two?" Howard asked as Randy ran down the sewers with Howard behind him, "And isn't there one more on your team?"

"I am going to help them, and yes, there is. I don't know where she is, but she'll come through for us. I am sure of it" Randy reassured him as he found a ladder and climb it.

He peeked and saw Phantom struggling with the fire and Witch still unconscious. He glanced back to Howard and got an idea.

"Stay here, but make sure this is open. I've got to start stopping!" Randy said as he dropped to the floor.

He took a calm breath in, grabbed the ladder, threw himself forward, and then kicked the manhole! Inferno sighed as he approached Janna. She was still holding the book and did not show any sign of turning it over to him.

"Nothing bad is going to happen to them. Well, other than us forcing to reveal their identities to us. Now, please give us the book" Inferno said seriously as he made his claymore disappear in fire.

"As if I am giving you anything!" the mayor replied strongly, "You're threatening our town and people! I will not let you get away with it!"

He rolled his eyes until he heard something break. He turned around to see the manhole in the air as the Ninja cheered and flew out of the sewers!

"The Ninja. Get him!" Inferno ordered as he waved his hand to him and looked at the Phantom, "Time to finish him off anyway"

He threw another fireball, but Spy landed between Phantom and the fireball. She raised the earth to have it latch onto herself and resist the fire ball! Inferno was surprised as Janna took this chance to run, but she couldn't find a place to run.

"Hey! Miss Mayor! In here!" Howard said as he poked his head out of the manhole.

Janna looked down on him as he sighed.

"It wasn't my first choice, but I am just trying to help" he explained as she shrugged and hopped down.

She glanced at the sewers and realized she would need a cleaning crew to make sure it would function in a smoother manner.

"Alright, led the way. We can't let them get this book" she replied as Howard gestured her to follow him.

Meanwhile, Ninja used his scarf to grab the flying manhole and swing to cut off the heads of the robots. He landed before the one holding Witch and caught her.

"You ok?" he asked as he noticed she was starting to wake up.

"Other than my pride being hurt, no" she answered as he gently placed her on the ground.

She summoned her wand and saw Spy withstanding the fire balls Inferno was casting.

"But I will feel better after this!" Witch answered as she rushed after Inferno.

Ninja let her go and turned his attention to the spinning fire holding Phantom. Ninja knew he could control fire, but he hoped he could free his friend from this. He held his hands out and concentrated on the fire before him.

"You're gonna pay for that!" Witch shouted as she jumped and raised her wand above her head!

Inferno was caught off guard and quickly summoned his claymore to block her strike. Spy was even surprised to see Witch back until she realized that the Scientist was still present and had his robots rebuilt itself! Right, she has to find that self-destruct button.

"Can you handle him?" Spy asked seriously.

"Oh, I can!" Witch shouted as lightning burst from her wand and zapped Inferno!

She then grabbed his left wrist and released some of the lightning she stored to zap him again! He yelled in pain as Spy ran to the robots. She searched for the button, but she wasn't sure where it could be. She turned one robot over and didn't find it. Where else could it be on a robot?

"What are you looking for?" the Scientist asked as she held her fists up and then noticed a remote in his hands!

"That!" she said as she swiftly threw a fake punch to catch him off guard.

He yelped and held his right arm to block it, but she stopped and took the remote from him!

"Hey, that's mine!" he exclaimed as she backflipped away.

"Not anymore" Spy answered as she pressed a button to self-destruct the robots.

The robots blew up as the Scientist let out a wail. He grabbed his head as he then glared at Spy.

"Mark my words, Spy. You will regret that! Curse you, Spy!" he vowed before he pulled out another remote.

He pushed a button to make the robot parts disappear and then ran off. Spy held onto the remote and then checked on her teammates. She saw Ninja raising his hands slowly as he calmed himself down. Slowly but surely the fire holding Phantom began to rise!

"Almost got it" Ninja said as he was struggling to control the fire.

He found this fire to be wild and out of control, but he opened his eyes to see Spy standing by.

"Spy, you have to pull him out!" Ninja shouted, "I can't fully control the fire, so pull him out when I cast it to the sky!"

"Got it!" she shouted as she kneeled on the ground and prepared herself.

"Almost there, almost there" Ninja said as he struggled and then raised his hands with all his might to throw the fire to the sky, "NOW!"

Spy lunged, grabbed Phantom, and rolled out of the fire. She covered Phantom and gazed to see the fire disappearing in the sky! Ninja collapsed on his back as he looked at them.

"How is he?" Ninja asked as Phantom was barely holding his powers in check.

"I'll be fine... Need to rest" Phantom replied as Spy picked herself up.

"Can you two look out for each other?" she asked as she looked at Witch fighting Inferno.

Ninja sat up and then went to pick up Phantom by swinging his left arm over his shoulders.

"We'll be fine. Come back safely" Ninja informed her as he then raised a small, black orb in the sky and then slammed it on the ground, "Smoke bomb!"

He and Phantom disappeared in red smoke and reappeared on the roof of Randy's townhome. He jumped to the back and made sure no one was looking. He transformed back and helped Phantom transform back to himself too. Randy then unlocked the back door and carried Danny to his couch. He felt his phone buzz and checked to see it was from Howard!

"Hey! So, is everyone ok?!" he exclaimed as Randy glanced to Danny.

"Hopefully. I didn't see the book on my teammates nor the enemy, but if you can come here and help look after Danny, I can look for it" Randy explained as he ran a hand through his purple hair.

"I actually have the book" Janna said as Randy fell in relief and Howard added, "We are coming to your place! We can help!"

"Thanks, guys" Randy said in relief as he then glanced at Danny.

He was exhausted, so Randy went to get Danny a blanket, pillow, and helped him take off his shirt to relieve some heat. He got a wet towel to help cool Danny off. Janna followed Howard out of the sewers and found Tucker.

"Where's Danny?" he asked with worry.

"He's with Randy. Come on! We've got to get to them!" Howard shouted as he grabbed Tucker's wrist and pulled him along with Janna laughing.

Meanwhile, Witch and Spy were tag teaming against Inferno. Inferno held his claymore as Spy tried to kick him. Then, Witch let out a yell as she dived towards him with her wand in hand. He gasped as she slammed it against the claymore while Spy jumped back. Inferno pushed her back, but Witch spun in the air with her wand. She threw herself against the claymore again. Inferno kept blocking her strikes and pushing her back. She landed before Spy as Spy cracked her knuckles.

"We need another approach. Attacking him like this isn't going to work" Witch asked as Spy pondered on this.

Spy thought about how he fought and realized something. He was always on the ground. He never once jumped in the air. So, they just have to knock him into the air!

"You can attack in the air and deliver a spike" Spy answered as she ran forward.

Inferno prepared to block her strike. She punched the claymore, but she then grabbed his arm. He was surprised as she threw him in the air! Witch then jumped, raised her wand, and then slammed it to knock him into the ground. He gasped as he picked himself up among the rubble. Witch then held her wand above her head as she fell towards him! He quickly summoned his claymore and held it in front of him as her wand clashed against it! As he was distracted, Witch grabbed his wrist, catching him off guard and having her smirk at him. Witch then let out a yell as she unleashed a powerful bolt of lightning onto him! He screamed as he dropped to his knees and glared at her. She landed before the Spy and held her wand down. She had a serious expression as he looked at himself. He saw his clothes were ruined and felt exhausted. Well, he had to confess, she was a good fighter and could even think too.

"Had enough?" she asked seriously.

He picked himself up, dusted his clothes, adjusted the cuffs of his sleeves, and answered with a bow, "I believe I had enough. Not bad, Witch. Though, next time, I will not let you win. I look forward to our next duel"

He then raised his head as he vanished in fire. Spy rolled her eyes as Witch held a surprised expression.

"Dramatic much? Well, that takes care of that, ready to go, Witch?" Spy asked as she noticed Ron and Vanessa waiting for her.

"Yeah, but I think the others are at the townhome" Witch answered as she turned to Spy.

They rushed to hide and transform back to themselves. Then, they walked to find Ron and Vanessa waiting for them.

"Hey, are you ok? And again, what is going on?!" Ron exclaimed as Kim placed a finger to his lips to quiet him.

"I promise I will explain everything to you" she reassured him before turning her attention to Vanessa, "I know we have to talk about this, but please let me help my friends first. We can meet up later"

"Sure thing. I understand. I've got friends too, and they are the reason I am here, actually. So, yeah. Text when and where" Vanessa said with a nod of her head, "Good luck and thank you"

She walked away as Kim grinned. Star ran on ahead with a concerned expression. Kim took Ron's hand and followed her. They arrived at Randy's townhouse and were surprised to see Janna opening the door!

"Sup" she greeted with a wave as Star rushed to hug her while Kim and Ron stepped in.

"How's Danny? Where Sitch?" Kim asked as Ron asked her, "You call the book Sitch?"

She shrugged with a nervous smile as Janna reassured, "Both are fine. Randy and Tucker are helping Danny. As for the book, Howard is trying to get it open"

They stepped into the flat and found Randy, Tucker, and Danny on the couch as Howard was on the floor and wrestling with the book. Star knocked Howard away from the book and held it close to herself as Kim and Ron looked at Danny.

"How are you feeling?" Kim asked as she was relieved to see Danny awake and alive.

"Fine, but exhausted. Hope you don't mind, but I need a break" Danny said as he glanced to Randy.

"Sure thing" Randy replied as Ron stood in the center of the room.

"Ok, I am grateful you're ok, but can we now get an explanation?!" Ron exclaimed as he gestured to Kim and the others.

"Oh, come on, dull boy. You do know. You're just afraid to admit it" Janna said as she gave him some water and ate some of Randy's snacks, "These are the heroes and heroines. They were trying to search for a seal using the book. However, their enemies found that out that the book was out and went to take it back"

"I know, but I would just like verbal confirmation is all!" Ron exclaimed as Kim placed a hand on his shoulder, "Because this is dangerous and how long are you going to do this for?"

"Just until we find the seal and make sure it is safe. After that, we should be fine" Danny answered as he leaned against Tucker, "But I am pretty sure we should not take that book out of the townhome"

"But then how are we going to find the seal?" Randy asked.

The book leapt from Star's hands to open and take the heroes and heroines into it. Ron caught Kim, Randy fell forward and hit the table before falling to the ground, Danny fell against the couch, and Star collapsed on the ground. Their friends took a step back from the book and checked on their unconscious forms of their friends. As for the heroes and heroines, they were falling into the book and landed on the ground with a thud.

Randy recovered, grinned, and greeted his sensei warmly, "Hey, sensei Yamato"

Of course, his sensei grabbed Randy, shook him, and shouted, "What did you do?!"

"We are sorry! It was our fault!" Star and Danny shouted as Sensei Yamato stopped shaking his student.

"We were trying to find the seal" Star explained defeated as Jay glanced at her nervous form.

"So, we took the book and used its energy signature to build a tracker. Someone found us with the book and attacked us. This wasn't Kim nor Randy's fault. It was ours" Danny explained as he faced Jack Frost.

There was a moment of silence until Rose suggested, "Well, you had the right intentions, so it is fine"

"Are you serious?!" Sensei Yamato asked as he dropped his student, "This book could've been in the hands of the enemies! You should be strict!"

"But it isn't" Jack Frost pointed out with a shake of his head, "They've learned their lesson and won't do it again either. So, everything is fine"

Sensei Yamato sighed as Jay stepped up and said, "Well, you already have a tracker. Why didn't you use your bracelets?"

There was silence until Star and Randy jumped on Jay and shouted, "OUR BRACELETS ARE TRACKERS?!"

"Why didn't you tell us sooner?!" Danny added as Jay let himself be shaken.

"We thought it was obvious" Jay answered as Star turned away and let her mentor fall.

"But all of you have to be together to find the seal together" Rose advised them.

They were relieved until Sensei Yamato said, "Well, now that we have that solved, let's deal with another issue. You told them your identities"

He snapped his fingers to have a scroll appear displaying their close friends.

"And before you say anything, ninja boy, you have no room to talk" Jack Frost pointed out, "What was your best friend's name? Plop plop? Yeah, this is fine. Just don't tell anyone else about this. If anyone else finds out, we should mind wipe them. Ok?"

Sensei Yamato was about strangle the frost boy until Jay shook his head at them.

"So, is that everything?" Kim asked as she faced her teacher.

"Yes, but please be careful. The more people you tell, the more danger you'll be in. I am sure you will have everything under control, but I felt the need to say it" Rose advised them, "Now, it is rude to keep your friends waiting. See you later"

She clapped her hands to open the ground below them. The heroes and heroines woke up and found themselves surrounded by their friends.

"Is everything ok?" Howard asked as he looked at Randy.

"Yeah, everything's ok" Randy reassured him.

"But all of you have to keep our secret. Can we trust you?" Kim asked as she gained the attention on the room.

"Totally, you've got nothing to worry about KP!" Ron reassured her as they heard a knock at the door.

The heroes and heroines were surprised as Janna waved her hand and reassured, "Nothing to worry about. I ordered food and drinks for all of you. This place is empty on food and stuff. My treat too. I gotta go. Been out of the office for too long, but hey, I've got ideas for the city. Text me if you need anything! Bye!"

Janna left as Howard, Tucker, and Ron rushed to get the pizzas and drinks. They placed the food and drinks on the table and shared it together. Of course, the peace didn't last long. Danny got a text from his parents. He let out a scream as he dropped his phone.

"What is it now?" Randy asked as Tucker took the phone and read the text, "I didn't know you had a sister! Is she single?"

Howard smacked Tucker's head for that comment as Star tried her best to reassure him that everything was going to be ok. Meanwhile, Vanessa was in her room. She got off the phone with her boyfriend and friends to then standing in front of a board. The board held much information about the robots and their manufacture. She was holding a picture of a younger version of herself with her father.

"I know it is you, dad. Please let me find a way to help you" she whispered as she pinned the picture in the center of the board.

She stepped back and held a worried expression. She hoped she could save her father with or without Kim's help too. For now, she decided to turn in for the night and wait for Kim to text her.
