Everyone loves Foxy right? Almost everyone. People always wonder why foxy has all those cuts and is put out of order. People think it's because he caused the bite of 87', while others believe it's because he did it himself. First of all, Foxy didn't cause the bite of 87'. Well how do you know that? Because Foxy didn't exist in 1987. At least not THIS Foxy. But whoever caused the bite isn't important right now. Here's when it gets juicy. You know the purple guy, wanting to murder people, feel the flesh rot in his hand. (Sound familiar, Jimmy Casket?) He wants the animatronics to go crazy and kill everyone, right? Well he did just that with the help of Fritz, but there was one exception. Foxy. Foxy doesn't eat your face off in the first game, right? Because he's good. Now before you start saying, OH YOURE JUST DEFENDING HIM, Foxy isn't even my favorite and I'm not defending him. The reason Foxy has all those cuts and bruises is because the purple guy tried to tear him apart, due to his kindness and inability to kill. We can see in the 3rd game, in the minigames, that version of purple guy is quite good at tearing up the animatronics, as that's how the toy animatronics passed. This brings me to my next point. The purple guy died in springtrap, because of the springs and wires. Either Fritz is the other purple guy, and he has a hacking device of which he tried to get the animatronics to kill you, so he tore up foxy, Or the other purple guy, Vincent, tore him up ahead of time. That's right. There are two purple dudes. In the minigames in the second game, you can see there are two designs of the purple guy. Mistake? I think not. On the 7th night in the first game, notice you get no calls, and you could change the A.I level. Before I get deep into this, The 7th night comes first then 1-6. In that night you are Fritz. What Fritz probably did was record the message and tear up Foxy. If the owners saw Foxy tore up before you arrived, they probably woulda hid him or fixed him. When Fritz tore him up, he came back into the room to record the call. But when he got to the fourth one, Freddy avenged Foxy, and Fritz dies. But what if you complete the night? Fritz is most likely doing this in his own separate nights like you. What night it is for him is unknown, but my best guess is he recorded the messages before 12:00 am. He most likely tore up Foxy on the 4th night, seeing how he died later in the call, and he seems guilty and unsettled. Now why didn't the purple guy do this? Because he was dead in the SpringTrap suit, remember? Before the 3rd game, people assume he was in jail until now.
