After everyone split up, you followed Freddy and Golden into a door to the basement, which had no light switch near, so Golden found a flashlight and led the way. You nervously followed close behind Freddy, who was following his brother.

You felt the ground become even, meaning that you were at the bottom of the staircase.

The basement reeked of the familiar smell of metal and rotten flesh. You and Freddy grimaced at the smell, while Golden shined the flashlight's emitted light around the room.

"Doesn't feel like this place was always empty." Freddy muttered.

"Exactly what I was thinking." Golden responded, pointing the flashlight at deep claw marks in the concrete wall.

You shrieked and hid behind Freddy, "Wh-what the hell could do that?!" You stammered frightfully.

Golden ran his free hand against the markings, "I don't know, but something tells me that Nightmare is a candidate." He responded.

"Let's keep looking." Freddy suggested, gently pushing you ahead to follow Golden.

You felt so afraid at this moment, it reminded you of playing a horror game and walking in a dark room. You know that the jumpscare is coming, but it appears when you least expect it, scaring the shit out of you!

Though trembling, you trudged on, following behind Golden and Freddy behind you.

Foxy shone the light emitting from the flashlight in the kitchen.

"This place be giving me the creeps." He muttered.

"L-let's just hope that no one else is here, c-cause there's nothing to be afraid of!" Bonnie nervously and fearfully stammered.

*CRREEEEAAAKKK*

Bonnie and Foxy jumped and shrieked at the sudden noise, only when to shine the light on the place where the sound came from, was Chuca digging in the fridge.

"What?" Chica asked obliviously.

"Chica!" Foxy yelled angrily.

"You can't just scare us like!" Bonnie growled.

"Aw muffin, did I scare you?" Chica joked.

"Shut up Chica!" Foxy hissed at her.

Chica giggled in response and shut the fridge, "It was empty anyways." She shrugged and jumped onto the counter, "So what are we looking for?" She asked.

Bonnie glared at her, "For the Purple Guy." He stated.

Her expression dropped, "Right..." She muttered.

"I wonder if Hailey found anything yet." Bonnie murmured.

"Aw you do still care about her!" Chica gushed, which made Bonnie blush in embarrassment.

*CRASH*

*THUNK*

*DARK AND GLITCHED ANIMATRONIC SCREAM*

The trio's heads turned to the staircase, where they knew that the noises had occurred upstairs. Where Hailey chose to investigate.

"Do you think that was Nightmare?" Chica asked, jumping from the counter and hid behind Foxy.

"Something tells me that he ain't be alone." Foxy muttered, shining the light at the staircase.

You looked back at the staircase, the noises startling you and the brothers.

"Wh-what the hell was that?!" You stammered, trembling in fear.

"It came from the top floor." Golden stated, looking at the roof.

"Do you think it was Nightmare?" Freddy asked.

"It could have been him or Hailey, but there's other possible reasons." Golden replied.

That meant that Hailey was fighting him, all by herself!

"I'm going to go help her!" You declared and ran off before hearing Freddy and Golden's cries of protest.

"You don't know what's up there!"

"What happened to sticking together?!"

It didn't matter, your friend needed you, whether it was safe or not!

You felt determined.

And nothing could stop you!
