"Kaal raat ko tum dono kaha the? Jab main tumhare room mein gayi, you were not there. Where were you?" Sonia asked after going towards Sidharth.

Sidharth didn't reply.

"Come on Sid. Answer me. Tum puri raat ghar se bahar the woh bhi iss ladki ke saath. Batao kaha gaye the tum dono?"

"Sonia don't create a scene here. Hum dono bas ghumne gaye the. Aate waqt gadi kharab hogayi thi aur baarish bhi ho rahi thi isliye der hogayi. That's it." Sidharth said.

Sonia started laughing. "What an excuse! Chalo maan liya jo bhi tumne kaha. Lekin mera sawal yeh hai itni raat ko tum iske saath ghumne kyu gaye the jab ki tumhari fiancee main hoon? Aur Shehnaaz tum, how shameless you are! Sharam nahi aayi uske saath night spend karne mein jiski kuch din baad mujhse shaadi hone wali hai? Waise tum jaisi ladkiyon se main aur expect bhi kya kar sakti hoon? Ladkon ko seduce karna toh tumhe bohut acche tarike se aata hai...."

"That's enough!" Sidharth shouted which scared Sonia. He was fuming in anger. Tears started rolling down from Shehnaaz's eyes.

"Humein jo kehna tha humne keh diya. Tum trust karo yaa na karo that's totally your choice. Lekin Shehnaaz ke character ke upar agar kuch bhi kaha na, then I'll not leave you." Sidharth said angrily.

"Galti aapki hai aur aap Sonia Di ke upar chilla rahe ho?" Neeti said.

"Stop it Neeti. Har matter par tera bolna zaroori hai?" Rita Ji said which made Neeti quiet.

"Neeti nahi. Ab jo bolna hoga main bolunga. Sid, come to my room right now." Ashok Ji said and went to his room. Sidharth went after him.

Neeti, Sonia and her father looked at Shehnaaz with disgust. Shehnaaz was feeling insulted. It was not her fault. She didn't want to go. Still everyone was putting blame on her. Shehnaaz's parents took her to her room. Going to her room, she started crying.

"Mummy, Papa, aap mera yakeen karo. Meri koi galti nahi hai. Main nahi jaana chahti thi uske saath." Shehnaaz tried to explain.

Pammi Ji patted her back and said, "Humein paata hai. Hum apni beti ko acchi tarah se jaante hai. Mujhe Rita ki baat hi nahi maan ni chahiye thi. Humein laga yaaha aake sayad tum dono ke bich sab kuch thik ho jayega. Lekin agar pehle paata hota ki humari Shehnaaz ki aise insult hone wali hai, hum yaaha kabhi bhi nahi aate."

"Jo hua so hua. Lekin ab main yaaha ek minute bhi nahi rukunga. Humari bhi koi izzat hai yaa nahi. Hum aaj hi Mumbai wapas jaa rahe hai." Santosh Ji said.

"Please aisa mat ki jiye." Rita Ji said while entering the room. Everyone looked at her. Preeti also came with her.

"I know jo hua bohut galat hua lekin aap log aise chale jayenge toh mujhe bohut bura lagega. I promise ab se aisa kuch nahi hoga." Rita Ji said.

"Tere kehne par hi hum yaaha aaye hai. Aur tere kehne par ruk bhi jaate hai. Lekin Shehnaaz ko phir se koi dukh nahi pohuchna chahiye." Pammi Ji said.

Rita Ji nodded and said, "Main waada karti hoon."

Preeti went near Shehnaaz. Shehnaaz immediately wiped her tears and smiled at Preeti.

"Tumse kuch baat karni thi, privately." Preeti said. Shehnaaz nodded and they both went to the balcony.

"Sana I know ki tum Bhaiya se pyaar karti ho." Preeti said.

Shehnaaz was shocked after hearing it from Preeti's mouth. She took off her eyes.

"Aur jaaha tak mujhe paata hai, Bhaiya bhi tumse bohut pyaar karte hai. Isliye aap dono ne jo kiya uss mein kuch galat nahi tha. Sonia ki toh aadat hai scene create karne ki." Preeti added further.

Shehnaaz smiled sadly and said, "Pyaar woh mujhse karta hai lekin shaadi Sonia se kar raha hai. Pyaar woh mujhse karta hai lekin duniya ke samne mujhe accept nahi kar paata. Aisa kyu?"

"Wahi toh samajh nahi aa raha. Koi toh majboori hai jis wajah se woh yeh sab kar rahe hai."

"Kaisi majboori? Sonia se shaadi karne ka decision bhi usne khud hi liya tha. Isliye kaal usne jo kiya woh galat tha. Main hi bewakoof hoon jo baar baar uski baaton mein aa jaati hoon. Lekin ab aur nahi. Kyu ki ab baat mere self respect ki hai. Isliye Sidharth se door rehna hi mere liye best hoga."

Shehnaaz didn't let Preeti finish and said, "Sidharth se keh dena aage se woh mujhse baat karne ki koshis na kare. At least yeh shaadi hone tak."

Meanwhile Sonia was faking her tears.

"I'm really sorry Mr. Rathee." Ashok Ji said to Sonia's father. Then he looked at Sidharth and said, "Bachpan se aaj tak tune sirf apni mann mani ki hai. Aur uske liye aaj tak maine tujhe kuch nahi kaha. Sonia se shaadi karne ki baat tune khud humse kahi thi. Phir yeh sab kyu ho raha hai? Jab tujhe Sonia ke saath time spend karna chahiye tu uss ladki ke saath time spend karke aa raha hai?"

Ashok Ji didn't let Sidharth complete and said, "I don't want any excuses. Sid we trust you but we don't want any unnecessary drama. Isliye jab tak tumhari shaadi nahi hoti, stay away from that girl."

"Main aur Sonia ke father kuch dino ke liye Mumbai wapas jaa rahe hai. Ek important business deal hai. Most probably we will return on the day of the wedding. I hope tab tak tu sahi se rahega." Ashok Ji added further.

Sidharth just nodded.

"Aur Sonia beta, aaj jo bhi hua uske liye I'm really sorry." Ashok Ji said to Sonia.

"Aap kyu sorry bol rahe hai Uncle? It's not your fault. And I believe Sid bhi aage se aisa kuch nahi karega. Kyu Sid?" Sonia said looking at Sidharth.

"Kya? Tu Goa aayi hai?" Shehnaaz asked very excitedly on phone.

"Yeah. Office ke kaam se aayi hoon kaal." Shefali replied.

"Tujhe paata nahi tune mujhe kitna khush kar diya. Main toh bohut bore ho rahi thi yaaha."

"Wait wait. Itni badi wedding function mein tu bore ho rahi hai?"

"Aur kya karu? Yaaha ke log mujhe apna thodi samajhte hai? Except kuch logo ke." Shehnaaz said sadly.

Shefali understood the situation and asked, "Tu thik toh hai nah? I know it's difficult for you."

"Nahi nahi main bilkool thik hoon. Sirf kuch hi dino ki toh baat hai. Phir woh apni married life mein busy ho jayega aur main apne career mein. Accha woh chhod, tu aaj mil sakti hai?"

"Haan ek meeting hai. Uske baad mil sakti hoon. 1 pm. Baata kaha milna hai?"

"Shopping pe chale? Pre wedding ceremonies mein pehen ne ke liye mere paas acche dresses nahi hai."

"Yeh toh teri humesha ki problem hai. Aham waqt pad tere paas dresses nahi hote. Chal thik hai, shopping mall pad milti hoon 1 baje. Mall ka naam aur location mujhe text kar dena. Bye."

"Bye"

Shehnaaz cut the call.

At 1 pm she was about to leave from the resort, suddenly Kushal saw her and asked, "Arrey Shehnaaz, kaha jaa rahi ho?"

"Woh meri ek friend aayi hai, uske saath shopping mall pe jaa rahi hoon." Shehnaaz replied.

"Akele jaaogi? Agar problem naa ho toh main chhod deta hoon."

"Please don't bother. Main cab book kar lungi."

"As far I know, tum Goa pehli baar aayi ho. Iss jagah ko zyada janti nahi. That's why I'm saying I'll drop you."

"Okay." Shehnaaz said.

They both were leaving when Sidharth noticed them.

"Kahi jaa rahe ho tum dono?" Sidharth asked.

Shehnaaz immediately took off her eyes from Sidharth.

"Shehnaaz ko shopping mall tak drop karke aata hoon." Kushal said

"Main drop kar deta hoon. Waise bhi main bahar jaa hi raha tha." Sidharth said.

"Phir toh accha hi hua. Tu chala jaa." Kushal said. Inside he was happy.

Suddenly Shehnaaz looked at Kushal angrily and said, "Kushal agar tumhe nahi jaana toh saaf saaf bol do. Waise bhi maine tumhe maana kiya tha. Anyway main cab book kar lungi. Kisi aur ko mujhe drop karne ke liye bolne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai."

Sidharth got hurt by her words. He felt extreme pain. "It's ok Kushal. Tu hi isse drop kar de. I have some other work." He said sadly.

Kushal nodded and went near his car. Shehnaaz followed him. Before going she looked at Sidharth.

"I'm sorry Sidharth. Lekin main logo ko mere character ke upar kuch bolne ka aur mauka nahi de sakti. Kyu ki mere liye meri self respect se badh kar aur kuch bhi nahi hai." Shehnaaz said in her mind and left.
