"Sidharth, tu?" Shehnaaz asked.

"Yeah. Ab thoda dheere baat kar. Sab log so rahe hai." Sidharth said.

"Lekin tu yaaha kya kar raha hai?" Shehnaaz asked in a slow voice.

"Tujhe kahi le jaane aaya hoon. Follow me." Sidharth said and started moving.

"Main kahi nahi jaa rahi." Shehnaaz said showing some attitude.

Sidharth suddenly stopped and looked behind.

"Tu sach mein nahi jaayegi?"

Shehnaaz nodded in no.

"Fine." Sidharth said and grabbed her hand. He started moving.

"What are you doing? Chhod mujhe." Shehnaaz said. She tried to free her hand but failed.

Sidharth made her sit in his car and he also sat.

"Ab apni bakwaas band kar. Agar sab uth gaye na phir koi naya drama chalu ho jayega." Sidharth said and started driving.

Shehnaaz became silent.

After sometime she said, "At least yeh toh baata sakta hai ki itni raat ko mujhe kaha leke jaa raha hai."

"Tereko kidnap kar ke le jaa raha hoon, koi problem hai?"

"Lag toh yehi raha hai." Shehnaaz mumbled.

"Kya kaha tune?" Sidharth asked.

"Nahi kuch nahi." Shehnaaz said.

The rest of the way they didn't say anything.

After sometime Sidharth stopped his car at the beach side. They both came out of the car. They were on the beach. Just beside them there was the open sea. The whole beach was looking beautiful at night.

"Hum Goa mein aaye hai aur beach mein na ghume, aisa ho sakta hai?" Sidharth said.

"Lekin itni raat ko aana zaroori tha kya?" Shehnaaz asked.

"Kyu? Tujhe raat ka view pasand nahi aaya?"

"No Sidharth it's beautiful. Lekin raat ko aise chup chup ke humko kyu milna padh raha hai? Din mein sabke samne tu mere saath nahi ghum sakta?"

Sidharth didn't say anything.

"Paata tha. Tere paas koi jawab nahi hoga." Shehnaaz said. Inside she was sad. She was glad that Sidharth took her there but why he had to hide it from everyone? It's not a crime. Why he couldn't claim her in front of the whole world? What was his problem?

"Abhi inn sab ke baare mein baat nahi karte hai? Main tujhe yaaha leke aaya hoon taa ki sirf hum dono ek saath time spend kar sake. So forget about everything. Tonight is about you and me." Sidharth said.

Shehnaaz nodded and started walking.

After sometime they stopped near a table. Siddharth arranged it for her.

"Wow. Yeh sab tune arrange kiya hai?" Shehnaaz asked.

Sidharth smiled and nodded.

They both sat on the chair. Sidharth poured champagne into their glasses. Shehnaaz took a sip and looked at the sea.

"Sidharth, tujhse ek baat puchu?" Shehnaaz asked.

"Yeah of course." Sidharth said.

"Main teri kya lagti hoon?"

Sidharth didn't expect the question.

"Kya m...matlab? D...dost hai tu meri." Sidharth stuttered.

"Sirf dost?"

"Yeah."

"Then what are we doing here? Kuch din mein teri shaadi hai. Jo sab tujhe apni fiancee ke liye karna chahiye woh sab tu mere liye kar raha hai. Why?"

"Paata hai Shehnaaz kuch rishton ke naam nahi hote. They are very special. Aur humara rishta bhi kuch aisa hi hai. Tu bas itna jaan le ki tu mere liye bohut special hai. Tere saath time spend karna mujhe pasand hai, sabse zyada. Agar kaal meri shaadi bhi hogayi, main chahta hoon hum dono aise hi rahe. Rahenge na?"

Shehnaaz smiled sadly. "Paata nahi. Tu ek baat baata kya tu Sonia se pyaar karta hai?" She said.

Sidharth thought for a while, then said, "Haan... main karta hoon... Pyaar... Sonia se..."

Shehnaaz again got hurt. "Phir jo abhi ho raha hai woh galat hai. I think we should go back." She said and stood up.

"Shehnaaz please, don't go right now. Thodi der hum aise hi baithe rahe. Chahe toh tu baat mat kar lekin mat jaa." Sidharth requested.

Shehnaaz again sat. They spend almost 1 hour together like this, without talking to each other. But it didn't affect the night as they had soul connection. Without talking they could understand each others' emotions, each others' feelings.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz were returning to the resort through the forest way. It was already late.

"Sidharth thoda tez chala na. Oh God itni der hogayi. Paata nahi sab log kya kar rahe honge? Agar unhe paata chal gaya ki hum dono yaaha aaye the toh?" Shehnaaz said. She was tensed.

"Relax yaar. Hum jab resort se nikle the tabhi sab log so rahe the. Abhi bhi so hi rahe honge." Sidharth said.

"Aur agar sab jag gaye toh? Teri drama queen Sonia ko agar paata chal gaya na, toh koi naya drama khada kar degi. Tu bas zaldi kar."

"Abey tu thoda chup karegi toh hi thik se chala paaunga nah. Dimaag kharab kar diya hai."

"Thik hai. Agar kuch gadbad hua phir dekhna."

Suddenly the car was stopped.

"Kya hua?" Shehnaaz asked.

Sidharth checked the car and said, "I think car kharab hogayi hai."

"Kya matlab car kharab hogayi hai? Aise kaise car kharab ho sakti hai?"

"Teri bakbak ki wajah se car kharab hogayi hai. Meri tarah car ka bhi dimaag kharab kar diya tune."

"Meri wajah se? Yeh sab teri wajah se ho raha hai. Kis ne kaha tha itni raat ko mujhe yaaha lane ke liye? Aur upar se teri yeh khatara gadi. Zaldi se mechanic ko phone kar. Mujhe resort pe wapas jaana hai bas."

"Wahi karne ki koshis kar raha hoon. Tu please thodi der chup baith ja meri Maa."

Sidharth tried to call the mechanic. Suddenly it started raining heavily.

"Bas issi ki kami thi. Waise hi network nahi aa raha upar se baarish. Mujhe nahi lagta ab humein koi mechanic milne wala hai." Sidharth said looking outside.

"Toh kya hum puri raat yaaha bitane wale hai?" Shehnaaz asked.

"Aur koi chara bhi toh nahi hai. Aas paas koi ghar bhi toh nahi dikh raha. Ek kaam kar tu backseat pe jaake so jaa."

"Aur tu kaha soyega?"

"Main yehi baarish rukne ka wait karta hoon. Baarish rukte hi mechanic ko bula lunga. Tu jaa ke rest kar le."

"Waheguru Ji kaha phasa diya? Agar subah tak baarish nahi ruki toh? Ghar mein naye siyappe ho jaane hai. Aur iss Sidharth ko dekho, kuch tension hi nahi hai. Please mujhe bacha lena Waheguru Ji." Shehnaaz said in her mind.

After that Shehnaaz went to the backseat. Soon she fell asleep. Sidharth looked behind and smiled.

"Kitne aram se so rahi hai meri Baby. Aaj ka night mere liye best tha. I hope tere liye bhi. Paata hai, aaj kaal tu mere saath uncomfortable feel karti hai kyu ki meri aur Sonia ki shaadi fixed hogayi hai. Lekin main sab thik kar dunga. Bas ekbaar mujhe yakeen ho jaaye ki tu bhi mujhse utna hi pyaar karti hai jitna ki main tujhse karta hoon, phir sab sach sach baata dunga aur uss Sonia se shaadi bhi tod dunga. Kyu ki tera Sidharth sirf aur sirf tera hai, apne Shehnaaz ka." Sidharth said in his mind.

It started raining more heavily.

Next Morning...

Shehnaaz woke up by the knocking at the car's window. She yawned, stretched her arms and opened the window.

"Good Morning. Your tea." Sidharth said and gave her a cup of tea.

"Thank you." Shehnaaz said and took the cup.

"Yaaha chaaye kaha se mili?" Shehnaaz asked.

"Paas mein hi thi. Kaal raat baarish ki wajah se dikhi nahi." Sidharth said while sitting on his seat.

"Baarish toh ruk gayi. Car thik hogayi?"

"Haan. Jab tu so rahi thi tabhi mechanic aake thik kar gaya. Hum bas nikal ne hi wale hai. Tu apni chaye khatam kar le."

Shehnaaz drank the tea. After that Sidharth started driving. 

"Tujhe kya lagta hai? Waha sab kuch thik toh hoga na? Hum puri raat baahar the. Sab log chinta kar rahe honge." Shehnaaz said. She was afraid.

"Tu tension mat kar. Abhi sirf 6 baje hai. Itni zaldi koi nahi uthega. Hum chup chap apne apne room mein chale jayenge." Sidharth said.

Shehnaaz nodded. After sometime she said, "Sidharth main tujhe thank you kehna chahti hoon."

"Kis liye?" Sidharth asked smilingly.

"Kaal ka time mera bohut accha bita. Except these troubles, beach par humne jo time humne saath mein spend kiya, that was really nice. Thank you for it." Shehnaaz said.

Sidharth didn't say anything. Inside he was glad that Shehnaaz liked his small surprise.

Soon they reached the resort. After coming out of the car, they both noticed their family standing in front of them. Some of the family members were glaring at them angrily while some were really tensed.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz looked at each other and understood that more troubles were coming.
