Breaking news: Pehle hi concert mein Shehnaaz Gill ne jeet liya logo ka dil. Kaal tak jo chehra tha anjaan, ek hi concert mein unhone chua milestone. Sabse badi baat, unhe mila hai Sidharth Shukla ka saath. Sidharth ne media ke samne Shehnaaz ko kaha apni dost. Kya Shehnaaz Gill ban paayengi music industry ka ek chamakta sitara?

Being irritated, Sonia switched off the TV and threw the remote on her bed.

"Har jagah bas Shehnaaz Gill ka naam. Akhir aisa kya hai iss ladki mein? After all hai toh middle class. Chahe kitni bhi acchi gaa le, Sonia ke level par kabhi nahi pohuch paayegi." Sonia uttered and sat on her bed.

"I know Sid yeh sab jaan bujh ke kar raha hai. He wants to take revenge. Isliye iss ladki ko laya hai. But before she becomes my toughest competitor, I have to break her confidence. Usse uski aukat dikhani padegi."

When she was thinking all these, her boyfriend entered the room.

"What happened baby? You're looking tensed." He said and gave a side hug.

"Nothing baby. Tum kaha the? Aaj toh koi recording nahi hai tumhari." Sonia said.

"Have you forgotten? Aaj humare ghar mein party hai for the success of our new music video."

"Oh yeah. I forgot."

"Koi baat nahi. Time se ready ho jaana. Bohut log aane wale hai."

She thought for a while and asked, "Kaun kaun aane wale hai?"

"Humari puri team rahegi. Aur kuch famous producers and singers aayenge." He said.

Sonia hit upon a plan. "Baby kya hum Shehnaaz Gill aur Sidharth ko bula sakte hai?" She said.

"What?" Her boyfriend laughed. "Unn logo ko bula kar kya karogi? They are not our friends."

"I mean sabko bula rahe ho toh unko bhi...."

He became serious. "You know Sidharth aur meri nahi banti. Aur rahi baat uss Shehnaaz ki toh main usse bula kar kya karunga? She is totally a newcomer. Yeh standard logo ki party hai." He said.

Sonia got angry. "Main jab bol rahi hoon phir koi naa koi reason toh hoga. If you don't invite them, I won't attend the party too."

"Have you lost your mind? Tum iss mv ki singer ho. Okay I'll invite them. But only for you. I think abhi bhi woh Sidharth tumhare dil se gaya nahi."

Sonia became happy. She came close and kissed her boyfriend on his cheek.

"Aisa kuch nahi hai Baby. Main sirf tumse pyaar karti hoon. Trust me." She said.

He smiled and hugged her.

"Sidharth se bhi zyada main Shehnaaz ko meet karne ke liye excited hoon. I also want to see, akhir kya hai uss ladki mein jiske liye Sid mujhe bhul gaya."

"Hello, no Shehnaaz Gill is busy. Not possible." Sidharth said and cut the call.

"Sidharth tu ek ke baad ek shows cancel kyu kar raha hai? Accha hi toh hai log mujhse concerts karwana chahte hai. Main bhi karna chahti hoon." Shehnaaz said.

Sidharth looked at her and smiled. He cupped her face and said, "Of course tu karegi. Lekin humein bohut dhyan se shows select karne honge. Aisa nahi hai kuch bhi mil jayega aur tu kar legi. Samne tere itne saare bade bade shows toh hai. Ab chote mote shows karke kya karegi? Always believe in quality more than quantity."

"Tu kitni acchi tarah se samjha deta hai. Jab tak tu mere saath hai, mujhe kisi baat ki tension nahi." Shehnaaz said.

"Aur main tere saath hi rahunga."

Those words suddenly reminded her of Rohit. How he promised her to be with her always. And then suddenly he left.

"Jab tak tu sab kuch sikh nahi jaati." Sidharth added further which helped her to come back to the reality. She realised that she was again thinking stupid things.

Suddenly the doorbell rang. Sidharth went to open the door. Shehnaaz also went after him. Opening the door, Sidharth found a flower bouquet with an invitation card.

"Yeh kisne bheja hoga?" Sidharth asked himself.

"Teri koi female fan hogi sayad." Shehnaaz said. There was a little bit jealousy in her voice.

Sidharth read the invitation card and after sometime he started laughing.

Shehnaaz was confused. "Kya baat hai? Tu has kyu raha hai?" She asked.

"Invitation card bheja hai. Aur usse lagta hai main aaunga? Seriously?" Sidharth said.

"Kya matlab? Kisne bheja."

Sidharth told her everything. After that Shehnaaz said, "Phir toh humein jaana chahiye."

"Tu pagal hai? Uss Sonia aur uske boyfriend ke party mein main jaaunga? Tu soch bhi kaise sakti hai?"

"Lekin woh itne bade music director hai. Uss party mein sayad aur bhi bade bade log honge. Music industry mein thodi jaan pehchaan ho jaayegi meri, yeh toh acchi baat hai na?"

"Abe Gadhi, main unn logo ko acchi tarah se jaanta hoon. Humiliate karne ke liye bulaya hai humein. Tujhe bhi aur mujhe bhi. Agar phir bhi tujhe jaana hai toh jaa. Main nahi aa raha." Sidharth said angrily and turned his face.

Both didn't say anything for a few minutes. After that Shehnaaz asked very calmly, "Tu abhi bhi pyaar karta hai na Sonia se?"

Her words hit Sidharth. He didn't expect it. He looked at Shehnaaz with full of amusement.

"Main jaanti thi. Tere kamre mein jis guitar ko maine touch kiya tha, woh Sonia ne tujhe gift kiya tha, right?"

Sidharth nodded. Shehnaaz smiled.

"Tu abhi bhi usse yaad karta hai. Maybe you hate her but you haven't yet forgot her." Shehnaaz said.

"I don't know tum dono ke beech kya hua. Lekin agar tujhe move on karna hai toh tujhe usse face karna hi hoga. Aaj agar tu party mein nahi gaya toh Sonia yehi samjhegi ki tu abhi bhi usse bhul nahi paya. Isliye tu usse face nahi kar paa raha." She added further.

Sidharth stayed quiet for sometime. Shehnaaz came closer and put her hand on his shoulder.

"Sidharth please chal. At least mere liye." Shehnaaz requested him.

Sidharth thought for a while and then said, "Ok. Hum chal rahe hai."

A huge smile came on Shehnaaz's face.

At The Party...

Shehnaaz and Sidharth went to the party together. They walked together holding each others' hands. Sonia saw it and made a face.

Some people came to Shehnaaz and Sidharth. They appreciated Shehnaaz's performance. Shehnaaz never expected that these people themselve would come to meet her. Sidharth felt proud of her.

After sometime Shehnaaz said, "Paata nahi kyu achanak mera sir dard kar raha hai."

"Main tere liye kuch drink le aau? You'll feel better." Sidharth said.

Shehnaaz nodded.

Sidharth went to bring drink. Shehnaaz was standing alone. Sonia took the advantage. She came to Shehnaaz and said, "Shehnaaz Gill, right?"

"Yeah." Shehnaaz said.

"Myself Sonia, Sonia Rathee."

Shehnaaz smiled. "Aapko kaun nahi jaanta? Main toh bohut acchi tarah se jaanti hoon." She said.

"Good. By the way, Sid nahi dikh raha. Saath mein aaye the naa tum dono?"

"Mere liye drink lene gaya hai. Thoda sir dard kar raha hai issi liye."

"Oo. I should have known. You must be feeling uncomfortable. Itni badi party life mein pehli baar dekhi hogi tumne." Sonia said in a sarcastic way.

"Sorry?"

"I mean you're not used to it. Waise tumhe bohut zaldi itna sab kuch mil gaya. Struggle hi nahi karna pada. Upar se Sid tumhare saath hai." Sonia said.

Shehnaaz was understanding where the conversation was going.

"Kaafi kuch kar raha hai woh tumhare liye. Bohut gehra hoga na tum dono ka rishta?" She added further.

"What do you mean?" Shehnaaz shouted.

"Bholi mat bano. Main Sid ko acche se jaanti hoon. Jisse apni career ki koi parwa nahi woh tumhare liye kyu karega? Badle mein kuch toh mil raha hai usse. Aur tum jaisi middle class girl aur kya de sakti hai except...."

"SONIA! Mujhe nahi paata tha tumhari soch itni giri hui hai." Shehnaaz said with teary eyes.

"Sach hi toh bola hai maine. Tumhe itna kyu bura lag raha hai?"

Shehnaaz was feeling so humiliated that she couldn't even take stand for herself. Suddenly a voice came from behind, "Humare rishtein par bolni wali tum hoti kaun ho?"

Shehnaaz turned and saw Sidharth. Sidharth noticed the tears in her eyes and said, "Paata hai Sonia, insaan khud jaisa hota hai, woh sab ko waisa samjhta hai. Lekin Shehnaaz ko tum apne jaisi bilkool mat samajhna. She is far better than you."

"Don't cross your limit Sid. Bhulo mat yeh party meri hai." Sonia said.

"Right. Lekin apni party mein invite karke humein insult karne ka koi haq tumhe nahi hai."

"I can't believe this. Tum iske liye mujhe suna rahe ho?"

"She is my friend but you're no one. Tumhare saath saara rishta ussi din khatam hogaya tha. Phir yeh toh obvious hai ki main apni friend ka stand lunga. Chal Shehnaaz, humein yaaha aur ek minute bhi nahi rukna." Sidharth said. He grabbed her hand and started walking. Sonia was shocked at his behaviour.

Shehnaaz looked at Sidharth. All her insecurities vanished. After Rohit left, she became totally alone. But now she is not alone. She has someone by her side. Someone who will take stand for her. Someone who will protect her from the world. Someone who will hold her hand in every ups and downs of her life. Someone who will always take care of her.
