My new school is located on a small hill, looks pretty and cute. As soon as I walked in, my eyes were met by Layla, my best friend since childhood that I haven't seen since he moved a few months ago. She has blue eyes and jet-black hair that is always left loose and well-groomed.

Seeing me, Layla's eyes widened. Standing still for a while, we ran to hug each other after months of separation: 

- God, I miss you so much, Layla! 

- I thought you forgot about me, Luna! 

- Cmon, I mean how??? We've known each other since we were little! 

- Uh-huh! Hey, do you remember Macy's? 

Macy is Layla's beautiful twin sister. Except for her short hair, which is often swept to the side, she looks just like her older sister. She's also another of my best friend! Layla led me to Macy's:

- Macy? 

Macy replied, eyes still glued to the phone: 

- Hmmm? 

- Guess who's here! 

- hmmm...

- Hey Macy, look here! 

- Ughhhh! Remember, you're only 16 minutes older than me, stop acting so powerful! 

- Macyyyyy!!! 

- Fine, wha-?.......LUNA???????? 

- Hello Ma-

- AAAAAhhhhhh! LUNA!!! I miss you so much!!! Thought we would never meet again! Not a day goes by that I don't stop thinking about you! 

Macy rushed to me and hugged me so tightly that I almost suffocated to death =))) Even though she didn't kill me, she still made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt! 

But suddenly, I realized, Layla is nowhere to be seen! Looking at the lockers' place, I saw a group of boys surrounding my dear friend with flirty eyes. Needless to say, everyone knows they're trying to flirt with her. There's a guy holding a gift, someone holding a flower, blowing air kisses... Macy said to me in a bored voice, sighing: 

- You see, ever since we moved here, Layla became the popular girl, the prom queen, the whole school doesn't know about. Mainly because she dances well and has a...ummm... pretty outstanding beauty. But since then, she has changed a lot... 

- That's good for her! 

I replied, not really paying attention to Macy's last sentence. That's a big mistake. 

But I noticed, after waving to everyone, Layla just asked the "fans" to get out of the way nicely and go to another guy. She said a few words to him and then walked over to where Macy and I were standing. Layla's friend also followed him. As they approached us, I could see his face clearly. OMG, my heart melts. Why is there such a handsome guy in the world? 

Seeing him, before I could say hello, Layla said: 

- Hey, this is Luna, my best friend! As for Luna, this is William, our parents are business partners, so we've known each other since we moved here, we've been really close ever since, we've been doing everything together!" 

William greeted me with a small, but warm smile. I'm sure he doesn't know that the smile he gave made me swoon up to the ninth cloud. In the process of trying to suppress my infatuation, I suddenly heard the bell ringing for class. 

It's science time! Turns out things aren't that bad after all!
