As Renei had decided, she did not get herself treated. She kept living that life with Helia. A year after that, Mrs. Skylark passed away. Another year went by. But Renei hadn't even gone to get the check-up done again. She didn't know that her cancer was in the final stage. Although, she understood that her condition was getting worse. Now, she couldn't dance for many hours. She felt dizzy.

2 months after that, Just like any other day, Renei and Helia were dancing to a slow tune. Renei felt dizzy. She sat on the bed.

Helia: Are you okay?

Renei: I am fine. Just a little dizzy.

Helia: You should sleep now. It's 4 am.

Renei: I want to dance with you.

Helia: But you are tired.

Renei: Please.....

Helia:Ok...

They started dancing again. After like 20 minutes, Renei collapsed. Blood came out of her mouth, nose and ears. Helia was beside her, both of them ont he floor.

Helia: Renei!

Renei: I am f-f-fine. I want to ask-k--k you a question-n-n.

Helia: Sure.

Renei: W...wi..will you al...al..ways be with mmmmeeee?

Helia: Yes. Wherever you go. Always.

Renei: I l-l-love you...

Helia: I love you too.

Renei pulled Helia towards her and kissed him. It was their first kiss. Renei felt so alive. It felt like her heart was beating for the first time. It was like her 'First Heartbeat'. First, Helia was surprised at the kiss. Then, he was kissing her back. Renei felt warm. Then, everything became cold.
