After the check-up, Renei went home. She was worried, but not about herself. She was worried about Helia. Was he a hallucination. Renei shouted for Helia to come. She called his name, but he didn't come. Helia never came when Renei called him. He came whenever he felt like it. Renei soon fell asleep while waiting. When she woke up, it was 2 am. Helia was sitting beside her. She immediately hugged him.

Helia: Are you okay?

Renei: Yes.

Helia: Start the treatment tomorrow itself.

Renei: How do you know about the check-up? I thought you said you stayed only in this room because of the mirror.

Helia: I go wherever you go. I stay with you.

Renai: Can I ask you a question.

Helia: Sure.

She felt that she already knew the answer. But she still asked.

Renei: Are you a hallucination?

Helia: I think you know that answer.

Renei: Yes or no?

Helia: Yes.

Renei was totally shocked. She thought Helia would prove her wrong. Tears rolled down Renei's cheeks.

Helia: Don't cry. Please.

Renei: Prove that you are not real.

Helia: Haven't you noticed that I don't come when you call me? I come at times when you feel breathless. When your brain cannot get proper amount of oxygen, you hallucinate. That's when you see me. And as you think I am real, you touch me. If you want, you can put your hand right through me. So, I am a hallucination.

Renei: If I get myself treated, will I still see you?

Helia: No.

Renei: Then I won't get myself treated.

Helia: Renei, don't do this.

Renei: I can die seeing you. But, I can't live a life without you. I love you.

Helia: Is there any way by which I can change your decision?

Renei: No.

Helia: Ok.

Renei: I love you.

Helia: I love you too.
