Evangeliya Sofiya Dimitrova was Stefan's destined love for 1864. But Katherine meet him first and stole Evangeliya's life. Stefan was supposed to save Evangeliya from being sexually assaulted. But he was to in love with Katherine to go on his weekly night ride. Evangeliya became pregnant and gave birth to a son, who was taken from her. As she had him out of wedlock. She became very depressed afterwards, suicidal even.

That's when she was found by Alexia Branson. Who saved her from drowning. They became good friends and Alexia introduced her to Stefan. Who thought she Katherine and attacked her. She would of died had Lexi not been having her drink her blood since they meet. She woke up in transition and Lexi helped her through the beginning.

But knew Stefan needed her more and wouldn't trust Evangeliya. So she sent her away to a witch friend of hers. Who helped Evangeliya with her depression and vampirism. She even made her a day light anklet. Before she died.

Many years later, Evangeliya changed her name to Evangeline and ended up in Chicago. Where she was nearly killed by Klaus who believe she was Katherine. But she managed to convince him that she wasn't. He compelled her to tell him everything about her life. He in turned told his sister and they agreed to helped Evangeline find her family. But before then they meet Stefan.

Evangeline was wary of him. But grew jealous as he hooked up with Rebekah. So she meet up with him in secret. They started to have an affair behind Rebekah's back. But nothing lasts forever. And on the night they were going to tell Klaus & Rebekah. Mikael appeared. Klaus made Stefan forget him, Rebekah and Evangeline. Then daggered his sister and kidnapped Evangeline.

Now it's 2010. Evangeline is wearing her golden blonde wig over her short brunette hair. Dressed up for the Masquerade ball. Wearing white. She had been in Mystic Falls for a few days. She saw Katherine and their latest doppelganger.

Evangeliya's POV

"She's real, I've found her" I tell Klaus on the phone.

"Excellent you know what to do Evangeliya" he states.

"Keep her here and human so that you can kill her" I sneer.

"No need for that tone" he tells me.

"You want to kill the last three members of my family. I'm allowed to be unhappy about it. You only compelled me to protect her and keep her human until you arrive" I state.

"You're right" he says. "Anyway I'm going to be meeting Isobel soon, do keep Elena safe" he tells me.

"Of course, she's family. Though I am not happy with her stealing Stefan" I state.

"Ah yes, your one true love. Once my curse is broken, you'll have your chance with him" he states.

"You promised to return his memories of me" I remind him.

"And I shall" he assures me. "See you soon" he tells me and hangs up. I sigh as the driver pulls outside Lockwood manor. I put on my white mask. I thanked him and got out of the car.

"Hello" a woman greets me.

"Good evening" I say plenty. "I am Evangeline, a pen pal of the Salvatores" I tell her.

"Any friend of the Salvatores is a friend of mine" she tells me. "Come in" she tells me. "You look lovely" she adds.

"So do you" I tell her.

"Enjoy your evening" she tells me and I go join the party. I spot Katherine and glare at her. I bump into someone.

"I'm so sorry" I say with a guy. I look into Stefan's eyes. "Stefan" I say.

"I'm sorry, do we know each other?" he asks me confused.

"We knew each other once" I tell him. "I hope she's worth it Stefan, Elena" I state. He looks at me confused. The band starts and he looked away and I left him.

I mingled until I smelt fresh blood. I went outside and saw Elena bleeding. Wounds appearing from nowhere and curse. I ran back inside and threw the Salvatores off of Katherine as they went to kill her. "Stop, you're hurting Elena you idiots!" I shout.

"She's right" a boy says behind me. Katherine smirks as she got to her feet.

"You think you two are the only ones with a witch on your side? Wrong and something tells me that my witch is better than your witch" she tells the Salvatores. "Now who are you?" she asks me.

"The person whose life you stole" I sneer.

"I know you, we meet earlier" Stefan states. "You're a vampire?" he asks surprised.

"You should know, you killed me" I tell him.

"I've never turned anyone" he states.

"Your blood didn't turn me, but you did kill me" I tell him. "You must be Damon, heard a lot about you" I state looking at his brother. "I take it we're stuck in this room?" I ask and they nod. "Wonderful, you go check on Elena" I tell the boy.

"Do it" Stefan agrees and the boy left.

"Let's all make sure poor Elena is okay. Just a little bit more pressure" Katherine says cutting her hand with a stake. Stefan hits Katherine's hand and throws the stake on the floor. And she grabs another aiming it at her stomach. "This is really gonna hurt" she tells us.

"Wait!" Damon and I shout. She sits on the couch with a smirk.

"Okay. So, how about that moonstone?" she asks the Salvatores.

"Wait, you guys have the moonstone?" I ask them. Klaus will want it along with Elena.

"What's it to you blondie?" Damon asks me.

"I know a few people who'd pay me a pretty penny for it" I say with a smirk. "Now forgive me if I am wrong, but I take it Katherine toyed with you both in the past?" I ask them.

"So?" Damon asks.

"She has a habit of pitting brothers against each. Put in the end they make up and want her to suffer" I state. "Seems you bring the worst out in people Katerina" I tell her.

"Oh please, one brother loved me to much and the other not enough" she states.

"I guess you loved the one who didn't love you enough" I say smirking. "You know I have a friend, an old friend of yours who is just dying to meet you again. After all five hundred years is a long time" I say with a false sweet smile. She tenses. "I take it you know of whom I speak, he not happy with you" I tell her.

Just then a witch appears. "Katherine, the spell on this room has been broken, you're free to leave" she states. I run out to check on Elena and see another witch with her.

"The spell has been lifted, you'll be sore for a day or two. But will live" the witch tells her. I sigh in relief. I keep an eye on Elena, wanting to make sure she got home safely. I saw her talk with Stefan and smiled. They were broken up. Once Klaus has killed her, I can be with Stefan again.

Except while I took a break to relieve myself. She gets herself kidnapped. I cursed and followed the care. But didn't stop it and risk hurting her more. I watch as she was handed off to a vampire, who couldn't be in the sun. I then followed his car to an abandoned house and he took Elena inside. Knowing my luck, he'd be Katherine's age if not older. No way I can take him head on, I need to be smart about this. How to get Elena out undetected and back to Mystic Falls alive?
