Sarabi is the daughter of a former Jedi master. Her mother left the order when she fell in love with a Senate Guard. He to left his post. They returned to Shili, her mother's home world and married. A year later, Sarabi was born. Her mother knew she was force sensitive from the moment she was born. But was apprehensive of telling the Jedi order. Sarabi was her first born and did not want to send her away to train. So trained her personally.

Sarabi became best friends with Ahsoka Tano, who was also force sensitive. Ahsoka was two years younger then Sarabi. They were both playing in their home town. When Jedi Master Plo Koon sensed them. He'd heard of them. He approached the pair. After some trouble with an imposter and talking to both their parents. He brought both Sarabi and Ahsoka to the Jedi temple on Coruscant.

Eleven years later they were assigned to a master each. Ahsoka to Anakin Skywalker and Sarabi to Obi-wan Kenobi. They've been with their respective masters for a year now. Ahsoka is fifteen and Sarabi is now seventeen. Right now all four Jedi are back on Coruscant. While a decision is made whether or not to de-regulate the banks. In order to get more money to make more Clone Troopers for the war.

Sarabi's POV

Ahsoka and I are with her master as he speaks to Senator Amidala. Who asked us to call her Padme. Ahsoka recently acquired a second light-saber. So I've been helping Master Yoda teach her Dual Wielding. As I to have two light-sabers. I've had them since our gathering, where I was lead to two Kyber crystals. When I built my light sabers I so two joined together, that could be separated into two separate sabers. Both blades are purple.

Anyway Padme has asked Master Skywalker to talk to the Jedi high council about speaking to the chancellor. Who I don't like or trust. "Don't involve me in this" he tells her. I share a look with Ahsoka. We don't know much about politics. As we've had to focus on learning to defend ourselves and lead others into battle.

"A peaceful solution is the only way out of this war" she tells him.

"That's not my role Padme" he tells her.

"Why not?" Ahsoka asks him as we walk up along side them. "Why isn't your role?" she asks him.

"Weren't we peace keepers before this war? Should we not find a peaceful solution to end it?" I ask him.

"Besides, aren't we Jedi Knights. Isn't it our duty to speak our mind to advice the chancellor?" Ahsoka asks. Master Skywalker clears his throat.

"I suggest you teach mine and Obi-wan's padawan a bit about politics" he tells Padme.

"After todays debate, I'd hope they learned a great deal" Padme states. We had watched the debate about de-regulating the banks. To fund the war effort.

"Truthfully, I don't understand any of it" Ahsoka tells her.

"Me neither" I admit.

"I know the Separatists are evil. But all they argued about was bank de-reulation, interest rates and well almost nothing about why we're fighting in the first place" Ahsoka states.

"Why did we start fighting?" I ask curious.

"War is complicated Ahsoka, Sarabi" Master Skywalker tells us. "Let me simplify it. The Separatists believe the Republic is corrupt. But they're wrong, and we have to restore order" he explains.

"Maybe talking to the council is not your role. Thanks for your help" Padme tells him. "Come along Ahsoka, Sarabi" she tells us and starts to lead us away from Master Skywalker.

"Hey!" he says.

"You told me to teach them about politics. So I'm going too" she tells him.

"Do you believe the Republic is corrupt senator?" I ask her curious.

"I don't know, I believe some of the senators are. But not all of them. Most want what is best for the Republic and their people. And want this war to end peacefully. But that won't happen unless we reach out to the Separatists or vice versa" she states. She leads us to her office.

She looks out the window as I stand beside her. Ahsoka is leaning on the table looking at her nails bored. I guess politics is a little boring. But it'll be essential once the war ends and the Jedi go back to being peace keepers and not soldiers. "If only I could speak to Senator Bonteri" Padme says.

"Senator Bonteri? Who's he?" Ahsoka asks.

"He is a she, and she is a senator in the Confederacy of Independent Systems" Padme tells us.

"Your friend is a separatist?" Ahsoka asks.

"One of Dooku's pawns?" I ask.

"The Separatists were once apart of the Republic, I was close with many of the senators who left. I may not agree with them, but they are more then pawns" she tells us.

"If you think negotiating is the right thing to do? Lets talk to her" Ahsoka tells her.

"I agree, you said yourself Padme we had to reach out to the Separatists or have them reach out to us" I remind her.

"The senate has made it illegal" she tells us.

"Illegal?" we ask.

"They say official meetings will only legitimize the Separatists" she states.

"Well Master Skywalker and I hold what we call aggressive negotiations all the time" Ahsoka tells her.

"True, it's a shame you can't hold more peaceful talks when you want" I add.

"You both just gave me an idea" Padme tells us. "You both are Jedi, which gives you special clearance" she states.

"Right" Ahsoka says.

"And Jedi can travel to neutral worlds like Mandalore. Where we could then board a cargo ship to a Separatist system" she states.

"Are you suggesting we use our Jedi status, to smuggle you behind enemy lines?" I ask her.

"It's just you both could get us through to talk with her. And I haven't seen her or her family in so long" Padme says longingly.

"Relax, we'll help you" Ahsoka assures her. "Besides Master Skywalker told you to teach us about politics" she reminds her.

"You're right" Padme says smiling.

"You know you two have more in common then you think. It's no wonder you get along so well" Ahsoka states.

"Of course" Padme says.

"So where are we heading?" I ask her curious.

"Raxus" she answers. We left the office to prepare for our journey. Ahsoka and I go permission from our masters to go off world to Mandalore. Where they believed we'd be staying with Duchess Satine to learn more about politics. But she had organized us transport to Raxus. Agreeing to keep our mission a secret.

We disguised ourselves as refugees. Ahsoka and I wore hooded cloaks to hide our identities. Padme wore a hood also. Ahsoka and I had our light-sabers encase we needed them anyway. We arrived on Raxus safely and were lead over to Senator Bonteri. While someone distracted the battle droids. We were lead to a shuttle and taken to her home. Wile on the shuttle Ahsoka and I removed our hooded cloaks.
