Mia Yeager was a normal seventeen year old girl with a normal life. Two loving parents and a best friend she considers a sister. Mia had a love for fast cars and engines. In fact she was going to be a mechanic once she graduated high school. Her family is hosting fifteen year old Miko Nakadai from Japan. Who Mia had been pen pals with before she arrived in Jasper, Neveda. They are best friends and see each other as sisters.

Anyway, Mia goes to the same high school as Raf, Jack and Miko. She's in her senior year though. She had no knowledge of the Autobots or Decepticons or Cybertron. Until one day she found a dirty Aston Martin and decided to take it to her future crash repair shop to clean it up. Not knowing the danger she was putting herself into. This story begins after Shockwave's arrival on Earth and takes place during season 3 of Transformers Prime.

Mia's POV

"I can't believe someone would let a car like this get into this kind of condition" I mutter as I polish the red Aston Martin I had found in an alley way. I'd clean it and buffed out any scratches or dents. Once it was polished I'd send an ad to the paper with a photo, so that the owner of the car can come and collect it from my future shop.

Suddenly my phone starts to ring and I curse. I put the polisher down and wipe my hands before answering my phone. "Mia, where are you?" Miko asks.

"At my shop Miko" I tell her. Not knowing that the car was alive and is watching me. "Why the call Miko?" I ask her as I lean on the counter.

"Oh yeah, the parentals say you need to come home for dinner" she tells me. I sigh and look at the car. Guess I'd have to do the ad tomorrow. "Did you hear me?" she asks.

"I heard you Miko, I'm on my way" I assure her. "See you soon" I add and hang up. "Well I gotta go buddy, but I'll be back tomorrow to get a photo of you. I'm sure your driver misses you" I tell the car. Yes, I talk to cars. Deal with it.

I leave the shop and lock up. The I hoped onto my scooter and left. Heading for home.

(Mia's future shop) Third Persons' POV

"Yoo Shockwave" Knockout says over the comm once Mia had left.

"We thought that autobot scout had off lined you Knockout" he states.

"That pitiful scout can't beat me" Knockout tells him. "Anyway, you know that experiment of yours?" he asks Shcokwave.

"Which one would that be?" Shockwave asks. "I have many" he reminds the decepticon medic. He has many experiments and is currently preparing to transfer his lab over from Cybertron. So that he can start the cloning process for more predacons.

"The one of transferring a human's conscious into a cybertronian body" Knockout reminds him.

"Ah yes that one" Shockwave says. Pulling up the file on the monitor. "What about it?" he asks Knockout.

"I believe I've found you the perfect test subject for the experiment" Knockout tells him with a smirk.

"Oh and what makes this human so perfect?" Shockwave asks him bored.

"Not only do I have access to her without the knowledge of the autobots. She also seems to have a connection to Bulkhead's human pet, Miko" Knockout states.

"Hm, so not only would I have a test subject for the experiment. We'd be upsetting one of the autobots pets. In turn upsetting them, how logical" Shockwave states. "Bring her in Knockout and I'll have everything prepared for the experiment" he tells him.

"Understood Shockwave" he states. They end the communication. Now all Knockout has to do is wait for the human femme's return. Then he'd grab her and take her back to the Nemesis.

(Time skip) Mia's POV

"Honestly Miko, don't you have friends to annoy?" I ask as we head for my future  crash repair shop.

"Yeah, but my ride is late. So I thought we could rock out to Slash Monkey" she states.

"I would love to, but I have a car to take a photo of and put in the paper. So that I can find it's driver" I tell her.

"Boring" she whines. "I'm gonna go say hi to Jack, want anything?" she asks me. While pointing at the burger joint across the road.

"A large fries with tomato sauce please" I tell her. Giving her some cash. "Get yourself something also" I add.

"Thanks, you're a great not sister sister" she tells me smiling.

"So are you" I tell her. She runs off to the diner across the road. I enter the shop and head to work room. To see the car right where I left it. "Lets get a photo of you and see if we can find your driver" I state.

Suddenly there's a knock on the front door. I frown and go see a young man with red hair. I must say he is hot, like smoking hot. "Hey, I hear you found a red Aston Martin. And I seem to of misplaced mine" he states with a smirk. While leaning on the door frame.

"Ah yes, I did find one. But how do I know it's yours?" I ask him.

"Maybe this will answer that question" he says holding up a set of keys. He presses a button the car unlocks behind.

"Guess that answers that" I say with a shrug. Makes sense, hot car hot driver. "Come on in" I tell him and lead him to it. "I'm Mia, by the way" I tell him.

"My friends call me KO" he tells me.

"An unusual name, but it suits you" I tell him with a small smile. "Anyway I cleaned up your car and got rid of the scratches & dents" I explain.

"Thanks for that" he says. "I hate seeing him messed up" he tells me.

"So would I, a car like this deserves to be taken care of" I state. "By the way, you don't owe me anything for the work" I tell him.

"How about a ride as a thank you?" he asks me.

"A ride would be nice, I just have to message my sister" I tell him. He smirks opening the passenger side door.

"You can message her during our drive" he tells me. I nod my head. I get in and take out my phone. I send Miko a message saying I was going for a drive with a new friend.

(Across the road) Third Persons POV

"Thanks for helping me carry this stuff" Miko says to Jack as they left the diner.

"Is that Knockout?" Jack asks shocked. Miko looks to see a red Aston Martin leave her sister's future crash repair shop.

"That's him alright" she states taking her phone out which binged with a message.

"Who's the girl in the car?" Jack asks.

"Oh no, Mia!" Miko shouts dropping the food. Racing after Knockout, Jack not far behind her calling Arcee for back up.

"This is a sweet ride" Mia tells Knockout. He smirks at the humans racing after them. He rounds the bend and speeds up.

"Soundwave, send a ground bridge" he says. Mia frowns in confusion. She goes to ask him who he was talking too. When her phone starts to ring. She goes to answer it when suddenly she's fully restrained by her seat belt.

"Hey, what the hell is going on?!" Mia demands. Suddenly Knockout's holoform disappears. "KO!" she shouts.

"Time to sleep" Knockout states as an electric rod appears and zaps Mia into unconsciousness. As the ground bridge appears. He goes through it just as Arcee and Bulkhead appeared behind him. They curse as the ground bridge closed behind Knockout and Mia.

"Oh man, how am I going to tell Miko?" Bulkhead asks Arcee.

"We'll get her back Bulkhead" Arcee assures him.

"Do you think they saved her?" Miko asks Jack as they waited for their guardians.

"I'm sure they did" he assures her.

"This is all my fault" Miko states.

"No it's not" Jack tells her.

"Yes it is, your mum was kidnapped because your connection to the bots. And now the cons have kidnapped my host sister. Do you really think that was a coincidence?" she asks him. "I'm sorry, I'm just worried about Mia" she tells him. He places an arm around her shoulders in comfort as they wait for their guardians.

Bulkhead and Arcee arrive without Mia. "I'm sorry Miko, Knockout ground bridge before we could get to him. But I promise we will get Mia back" he assures her when she got in. Her eyes well up as they head to base to report what happened.

(Meanwhile on the Nemesis) Mia's POV

I open my eyes feeling croggy. What had happened to me? Wait, who am I? "Transfer was a success" someone says and I turn my head to see two giant robots. I scream in shock and roll off the metal table I was on.

"Whoa easy beautiful, you are recovering from a major operation" the red robot told me.

"Who am I? Who are you both? Where are we?" I ask them and they share a look. The red one approaches me slowly with his hands up showing they are empty.

"I am Knockout and I am a doctor, this is Shockwave chief science officer" he tells me. "You are Ruby Phoenix and you are a member of our team. The decepticons" he states.

"Decepticons" I say and blink confused. "My head hurts, why don't I remember anything?" I ask them confused.

"You were badly injured in battle with our enemy the autobots. It must have damaged your memory banks" he states.

"Which is logical as you had a bad head wound" Shockwave states.

"Will I ever remember?" I ask.

"Who knows? But don't worry you back with the winning team and we'll take care of you" Knockout assures me placing his hand on my shoulder. "How about I give you a tour?" he suggests. "While Shockwave reports your status to Lord Megatron" he adds.

"I'd like that" I tell him with a smile. He leads me out of the room into a dark hall way. I have no idea where I am, but neither Knockout or Shockwave have hurt me. So I can trust them, right?
