(Shadow's pov)

Finally it was lunch. I was sitting at my lunch table with the gang when I noticed Amy. I couldn't help but look at her.
"Dude why are starting at Amy?" Silver asked me
"I'm not staring at Amy. I'm was just glancing at her." I say while looking in another direction
"Mhmm. Sure you are. Than why are you blushing?" He asked
"I don't blush Silver!" I said angrily
"Than why are your cheeks red?"
"That's how they always look."
"Sure they do." Silver said as rolled his eyes
"You know what silver, I'm going outside!" I said angrily as walked away from the lunch table

(Amy's pov)

I saw shadow walk out cafeteria.
"Where is he going?" I mumbled
"Where is who going?" Rouge asked me
"N-no one." I said nervously
"Mhmm, sure. I know you Rose, you always do that lip thing when you're around or see someone you like." Rough said "Let me guess, Sonic?"
"No! It was someone else." I say blushing
"Than who?" Rough asked
"Is it Shadow?" Cream asked, all in our business
I blushed harder than ever before. My blush answered their question. It was Shadow.
"Aww, Amy! You like Shadow!" Rough said smirking
"You guys! Stop!" I say
They laughed.
"Okay. Okay. We'll stop." Cream said
"Good." I say "Now Rough, what did you need me to redecorate?"

(Shadow's pov)

Finally it was time for my party.
Everybody was here. Except for Rose.
"Where is she?" I asked myself
I started to walk around and look for her.
I looked everywhere. The living room, kitchen, the bedrooms, even the bathroom! But I still couldn't find her. I was about to give up when I got a text message. It was from Rose. I couldn't help but grin.

(Amy's pov)

I could believe Rouge stood me up. Now I have no way to get home because I forgot my bus tokens. "Wait! I can ask shadow to pick me up." I thought to myself I text him and waited for his reply. After 15 minutes shadow came to pick me up in a red and black motorcycle.
"Hey Ames." Shadow grinned
"Hey Shads." I say
"Hop on. The party is waiting for us."
"Where?"
"Sit behind me and hold on tight to my waist."
I walked over and got on the motorcycle and held on tightly on his waist. 
"Hang on!" Shadow said as drove faster the light. Well at least that's what it felt like.

The party ended and I drove Amy home.
"Thanks for inviting me to your party Shadow." Amy said looking at the stars
I will admit, the sky did look beautiful.
"No problem." I say
"Shadow did you wan-" Amy got rudely interrupted by phone ringing
She answered it.
"Hello?........sonic look I.........you're with Sally?......but I thought.......but.....sonic you're such a cheater!....fine!" Amy hung up.
I looked her in her eye and saw sadness, hatred, betrayal, anger.
"Amy are you ok?" I asked
She didn't even answer, she just put her head in my chest and cried really hard. I stroke her hair.
"Rose, Sonic is a pure butt cheek. He doesn't deserve a girl like you." I say
"Do you really mean that?" She mumbled through tears
"Yes. I do."
