Alex woke up to her friends surrounded by fire, surprised she put the fire out and put them all in a medical bed. After, she wrote a note saying...

"Dear friends and Professor,

I'm sorry I did this to you. I woke up to you surrounded by fire, my fire. I'm running away, I can't risk hurting you any more and I am to much of a danger to this school. I don't want to hurt anyone here, not even Amber. You can come looking for me but I hope you don't find me. I will be far away by time you wake up. I called on the emergency phone for help before running away, I didn't know if any of you were hurt and I didn't know what to do. I know who 'SHE' is but I will only tell you if you find me, if not it's for the better, I promise. You can tell the school about me, it's not like they will find me and I'm probably not coming back. So I guess this is goodbye, I'm going to miss you guys. Thank you for helping me through the first couple of weeks and for everything .
