"Wait minute," Alex said realizing her sister's eyes are brown, not purple. Meaning she herself was being controlled. Kory was still a little out of it, Alex hit her again, mumbling "Sorry," before Kory passed out.

"Everyone, get up, NOW!" Alex screamed.

"5 more minutes, Mom," Nate said slightly disgruntled.

"I'm not your mom, now get up," Alex replied hastily. "Thank you Andrew for getting up so quick, but can make you sure these two stay out," she said pointing at the unconscious bodies of Kory and Amber.

Andrew walked over to where Amber and Kory lay and kneelt down to make sure they didn't get up for at least 5 hours, "So Alex, can you explain what happened here?"

"Well obviously I was mad, I...well, went after her. But when I was carrying her back up here she was slightly awake and I saw her eyes, I remembered that her eyes have always been brown, they were purple," She said sluggishly, "That is a side effect of being controlled not controlling someone."

--------Alex's P.O.V.--------

T.J was the first to get up after that, then Zach, and when Nate finally remembered that they haven't seen their parents for at least a couple of months, he got up. "Guys Amber still has no idea about my powers," I said after realizing, "Should we tell her, I mean she's kinda part of it now?"

T.J. always puts her input first so she said, "Yeah your right, but how do we get her up without her trying to rip her head off?" She said pointing to my unconscious sister.

"I'll just have to lift my sleeping spell and put up a barrier, simple," Andrew said with his usual smugness.

"Andrew, do us all a favor and shut up and do your magic trick!" Nate said obviously still cranky from being woken up from his nap.

After this we all started laughing, while Andrew slumped over to undo his spell on Amber, lightly blushing when he knelt down beside her. This time we just silently giggled at the fact that he was so obvious about his crush. Amber sat up a little disoriented, but soon realized what was going on. She tried to attack Kory but Andrew's barrier was holding up well, eventually she gave up and sat on the ground, her back against the invisable wall.

She sighed and spoke in a small raspy voice, "I know exactly what happened, but while I was asleep, no clue," she looked down, now playing with her fingernails.

"Well let's start simple, do you know my power yet?" I asked shear curiosity in my voice, she shook her head, "Okay guys, back up Ima try something."

Andrew opens his barrier just enough for them to slide in, it expanded a little more for each person. I activated my powers, Amber, I could tell, was using her small amount of energy to look at me now. I start to form small fire balls in my palms, making them grow larger by the second, once I decided they were a decent size, I threw them at the dirt wall to my left, causing it to crumble and leaving a noticeable dent in the dirt tunnel. My powers deactivated on my account.

Amber looked at me with utter surprise before, in her tired voice," And the teachers don't know about it, do they?"

"Only Professor Sarah," I reply with a smirk. Andrew then dropped his shield and I helped Amber walk out, as Zach carried my sleeping sister.
