The 5 slowly woke up only to find themselves staring at each other wondering whether to tell the Dean about Alex or not. They shook their heads at each other deciding not to.

It was hard to come up with an explanation, but eventually Nate said something to try to explain what the heck happened," Well... umm... the Professor was trying to study the way people with powers adapt to different habitats by manipulating dreams and the machine must of glitched and exploded leading to a fire that eventually put itself out."

" That is very odd, my calculations were wrong," the Professor played along.

" Well ok but who called the emergency phone," Asked the Dean.

" Alex was here she refused to go in so she watched us instead, she probably did, then she most likely left." answered T.J.

"Well you 5 should get out of here, I'll send a clean-up crew to make sure this mess is dealt with." said the Dean.

"I wonder where Alex really is," said Zach worried.

" Professor, what's in your pocket?" asked Andrew after not speaking for a while, as if trying to sense Alex's presence.

" I don't know. I'll check," she answered.

The Professor took out the note and read it out loud. Surprised the others instantly spread into panic, but soon regaining themselves.

Nate asked," What are we going to do?"

" We are going to find her!" answered Zach
