Prologue: The Invitation
Once upon a time, long, long ago… Beast married his beauty and Snow White married her true love, however Beast and Snow had resurrected the villains that had fallen to death's doors with the help of Fairy Godmother's fae magic, and with the help of the other heroes and heroines; they rounded up all the villains and had imprisoned them on a island which was named the Isle of the lost shortly after. Fairy godmother than placed a powerful barrier to keep them there trapped for all times. For all eternity.
After all settled, Beast and Snow united all the kingdoms and proclaimed themselves King and Queen of the United States of Auradon, peace and happy endings continued on with the next generation of their children but none could predict what their future King would do.

Prince Benjamin stared out at the dark island through his castle window with a sympathetic and somewhat dreamy expression. Every time he looked out at the Isle of the Lost he felt so guilty, not for the countless villains contained there but for their children who had done no evil deeds and were completely innocent.
The old tailor turned his head to get more measurement for his coronation tux, the garments he would wear when he was crowned the next great king of Auradon.
Just then his parents walked into the room arm-in-arm with proud smiles on their faces. "How is it you're going to be crowned King next month?" said King Beast as he gestured proudly to his only son and heir. "You're just a baby!" he chuckled making Ben smile for the first time that day.
"He's turning sixteen dear," his mother, Queen Belle, admonished, also smiling at her darling boy.
"Hey pops," Ben greeted his parents, thinking over what he was about to tell them about his first proclamation as a kind and wise ruler.
Beast continued, "Sixteen?! That's far too young to be crowned King! I didn't make a good decision till I was at least forty-two!" he joked.
Belle smirked, "Uh, you decided to marry me at twenty-eight," she scolded.
"Well it was either you or the tea-pot." He threw a wink to his son making Ben stifle a laugh at the look his mom was giving his dad, causing the king to defend himself with a "Kidding."
Ben thought it was now or never to tell them his amazing idea, he stepped off his pedestal, much to the tailor's disdain, and approached his parents. "Mom, Dad," he stepped back onto the pedestal after the tailor scolded him. "I've chosen my first, official proclamation." He said, puffing out his chest and standing tall. Belle and Beast smiled at each other, completely oblivious to the words that were about to come out of their son's mouth. Taking a deep breath Ben continued, "I've decided that the children on the Isle of the Lost be given a chance… to live here in Auradon."
Well no taking it back now. To say his parents looked surprised would be an understatement; Belle was so flabbergasted that she dropped the coat she was holding with a choked squeak.
Decided to continue Ben explained, "Every time I look out to the island I feel like they've been abandoned." Ben looked out to the dark island again with the same guilty face as before, only to be pulled back to the conversation by his angry father.
"The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?" Beast questioned, making sure if his son was serious or just pulling a joke.
But Ben was far from joking, "We only start with a few at first, only the ones that need our help the most. I've already chosen them." Ben tried to be firm with his parents, but it proved to be a challenge with his dad's glare and his mom's worried expression.
"Have you?" Beast said, sarcasm dripping from his voice.
Belle chose this moment to step in, "I gave you a second chance," she told her husband, making him drop his scowl and sigh at the memory of his wife's love curing him of his beastly appearance. Belle turned back to her son, "Who are their parents?" she asked.
Ben took in another deep breath, not knowing how his mom and dad would react but knew it would probably not be happy and cheerful. "Cruella De Vill, Jafar, the Evil Queen, Queen Ravenna..." Ben paused, his parents kept straight faces so far but he knew it would break as he said the last name on his list. "… Maleficent."
"Maleficent!?! Ravenna?!? They are the worse villains in the land" Beast cried out with anger and with remeberence. "Ravenna destroyed your godmother's entire life and has destroyed millions upon millions of kingdoms!"
"Dad just hear me out." Ben raised his voice, slightly pleading with his dad.
"I will not hear it. Their parents are guilty of unspeakable crimes!" Ben's emotions started to bleed through into his voice.
"They are, yes, but what have their children done?" Ben asked firmly at the king, "They were born and raised on that island with magic barrier around it, so they did nothing illegal. If anything, they deserve a chance at having a normal life." Through his eyes, Ben was practically begging his dad to understand, and with his wife looking at him expectantly, he caved in.
"I suppose the children are innocent, but Snow will not be pleased with this proclaimation, it will take alot more to convince her than me, my son." Ben smiled brightly at him as did Belle. Adam started to leave grudgly while Belle stayed behind for a bit to give her opinion to her son. She straightened his color and beamed at him brightly and said,
"Well done." then left with Adam. Ben smiled for a while then turned to stare at the Isle of the Lost, contemplating what would happen now. Would the proclamation have a good ending or a bad ending?

/ISLE OF THE LOST\
While Evie, Carlos, Jay, and Mal were terrorizing the people of the isle, no one noticed Mattheus was following behind them through the streets of the isle, he was known to have a very dark demeanor and a imitating presence whenever he was around, he and the core four never got along especially Mal.
Mattheus could care less of what the others thought of him, it never really bothered him what mal thought of him, he had other things on his mind as of recent.
He walked past people, as the crowd ran amok and scurried away from Mattheus as they all knew his heritage and demeanor, he searched for a shop until he saw the shop he was looking for; Dr. Faciliar's Voodoo shop. He smirked widely before entering the shop, and saw the one person he was hoping to see at the counter of the voodoo shop; the eldest son of Dr. Faciliar and Marie Laveau. Adonis.
"Well, i'd be damned, if it isn't Prince Mattheus entering my father's shop, and walking amongst us commoners in daylight. I must either dead or dreaming." Adonis sarcasticly remarked with a smirk and a chuckle, as he placed his tarot cards down on the front counter and looked to Mattheus.
"Ouch, here i thought we were friends of all else above. But... it would seem i was wrong about us, on so many levels." Mattheus murmered as he sarcastically placed a hand above his chest dramatically and looked away from Adonis, who simply rolled his eyes and chuckled.
"Yeah, yeah, you are a master of dramatics and acting, you're missing your big call of acting, Mattheus." Adonis remarked, Mattheus shooked his head and rolled his eyes at his friend. "Now tell me why you have blessed my humble abode with your 'lovingly' presence."
"You're a flatterer, darling, this warms my cold dead heart." Mattheus spoke dejectedly, as he looked to Adonis before going into his inside pocket of his jacket before pulling out a letter and was about to hand it to Adonis as Mal and her friends bursted into the shop which Carlos and Jay fell down to the floor due to the door being opened by their weight and eavesdropping.
"Always one to ruin a moment by inserting yourselves in things, where you do not belong in." Mattheus spoke with boredom and rolled his eyes at Maleficent's daughter and her friends, Mal scoffed before walking around Faciliar's voodoo shop before eventually turning to face Adonis and Mattheus.
Carlos gulped nervously and fearfully around Mattheus and Adonis grinned widely as he leaned his hand against his chin and his eyes wandered over Carlos's body. "Well, this got interesting so fast in so little time." Adonis grinned at Carlos, and winked at him which made Carlos blush before looking away from Adonis's glaze on him.
Mattheus gave him a sharp look and cleared his throat, which caught Adonis's attention as he than grumbled and pouted before leaning off the counter and walked around the counter as he stood next to Mattheus. "You're no fun, Matty, like always. Never allowing me to have fun with pretty boy over there, but of course you have all the fun while i'm stuck dreadfully in my daddy's pawnshop."
"Patience is a virtued, darling. Don't worry, you'll get your fun soon enough." Mattheus spoke soothingly and seductively as he gripped Adonis's chin softly and looked at him before handing him the letter in his hand. Mal scoffed and crossed her arms over her chest before clearing her throat as it got the attention of the two boys and Mattheus let go of Adonis's chin and turned his attention onto mal.
"Are you gonna face fuck each other or something, cause the tension is very high between you two. And if you do start fucking, go to the back room instead rather than doing it on the counter like rabbits in fucking heat." Mal spat with an eye roll, Mattheus chuckled and clenched his fists behind his back.
"Now, now, such words can get you into a whole of trouble and your mouth will get you killed but of course," mattheus tsked at mal with a shake of his head as he walked towards her and jay stepped forth, mattheus's eyes looked to jay before his eyes went back onto mal, "you think you're untouchable because you have your mummy dearest and your lapdog around to protect you but when they are gone from this mortal plane, she nor anyone will help you when they gut you like a fish."
"Keep up the sweet talk, Theus and you'll make me blush. But that's not why i'm here." Mal said as she stepped forth and looked at Mattheus, Evie looked around the pawnshop and her eyes wandered the store's items on the shelves.
Mattheus chuckled and smirked at mal, while his hands were clasped behind his back rather tightly, he was never really fond of mal and her friends as they were all weak to a point of being evil. "If you're here because of the invitation to Auradon, i already got mine in my pocket and i was gonna show it to Adonis when you four rudely interrupted our conservation."
Mal and her friends's eyes went widen as plates, Mattheus and Adonis enjoyed the sight infront of them and they looked rather much amused. "Then why did-?" Mal questioned confused as to why Maleficent would bring her here if she knew that Mattheus got his letter.
"She duped you, luv, she thought we were 'friends' with one another and she had to be sure that you were her good little minion, doing her orders whenever she commands it, and look here you are." Adonis murmered.
"Tell Maleficent, i'll be there but i have my own plans for the wand that doesn't include anyone of you, now be a good little girl and run along." Mattheus shooed Mal and her friends away with a gesture of his hand, he stared down Mal and smirked wickedly as Mal stormed out of the pawnshop angerily and her friends shortly after.
