Crystal's P.O.V.

The rest of the walk home with Naruto, I was thinking. 'Why does everyone hate him? I mean, sure, he can get a teensy bit annoying, but he's sweet enough to make up for that. Maybe...' I got shocked out of my train of thought when I walked into a phone booth."Why do they still have these? Doesn't everyone have a cell phone?!" I exclaimed in pure frustration. "Umm.. Crystal, I don't," Naruto said wistfully. "Really? Oh... Ummm..." I said, lost for words. "Hey Crystal, where your house?" I hear the blonde ask. I laugh nervously, not knowing where the Hades we were. "I have an even better question for you, where are we?" He continued. "Umm... Well... I may or may not know and I may or may not have left my phone on the kitchen table.." I say quickly. Naruto looks at me in a frightened way. "So we're lost? Like, never see our friends again lost? Like, never get to eat ramen again lost?!" I started to feel bad. I didn't know he was scared of being lost. Smiling, I said, "Don't worry. I'll get us back, because I'm the hero!"   With that, I started to walk a bit faster and began humming I Am German-Made. "What are you humming Crystal? Will you sing it?" He asked. "Uhhh... I'm not sure you'd like it. It's in Japanese and German. You wouldn't understand what I'm saying... singing." I tried to make up excuses. "But I wanna hear you sing!"

"Hah! Now you have to sing it for me!" he exclaimed, smiling like he had just won the lottery. "Fine... I guess..." I reluctantly agreed. 'Why did I have to start humming?!' I thought to myself.

"Well then... That was a weird song, but I kinda liked it. How do you sing like a guy? I thought girls couldn't do that," Naruto said unknowingly. "Well, young one, some people, sometimes referred to as trap singers, can sing in both registers, meaning they can sing like a girl and like a guy," I explained. "So kinda like how a guy can scream at a really high pitch if he is -" I cut him off by slapping my hand over his mouth. "Don't you dare finish your sentence," I threatened. He pried my hand off his mouth. "I was going to say 'like if he is going to be going on a scary roller coaster,' but you cut me off." He looks at me annoyed. "Hehe... Sorry... I thought you were gonna say something else..." I apologized. "That's okay Cryst-" I covered his mouth again. "Look at where we are," I commanded. He looked and hugged me. "We aren't lost anymore!!!" I felt like replying with something sarcastic, but decided against it. I heard rumors that Naruto had a fiery temper, but I didn't feel like testing that. It didn't seem like a very smart thing to do. My stomach grumbled and I realized I didn't have much to eat earlier and now I was really hungry. Either Naruto heard my stomach or was thinking the same thing. "H-hey Crystal, wanna g-get something to eat w-with me?" he stuttered. I replied with a quick sure and followed him to the restaurant. While we were walking there all I could think of was why he stuttered. The most annoying thing was, I couldn't figure out why he was stuttering either.
