Miko's POV 

I sighed, today was the day Natsu was leaving. Even though I have only known him for a short amount of time, I still felt sadden by his departure. So me, and everyone else are heading over to his house to bid our goodbyes to him, wishing him luck on his flight over to France for his new life. I stopped suddenly, looking at my mirror, more at my hair, should I cut it? Or just trim it a little? I pondered over this decision, then realized that I probably shouldn't cut it by myself right now, I would probably end up looking like a 2 years who got hold of a pair of scissors. Instead, I grabbed a hair tie and put it up my hair in pony tail, leaving my bangs out since they are too short to keep hold of. I grabbed my new headphones that Dad picked up for me since I broke the other ones by dropping them on concrete yesterday, which was an accident due to bicyclists.

I headed out, waving bye to Dad who was on a call with his employer, looking for a new job. I walked along the streets, listening to Guns N' Roses 'Welcome To The Jungle' since Dad has been giving me new bands to listen too since I'm kinda losing interest in other bands that I liked, mostly because they haven't made any new music lately. I rubbed my hands together, feeling cold because I forgot to put gloves on earlier. I naturally have cold hands so it isn't a big deal but it annoys me since I kinda want them to be warm. I shoved them into my jacket's pockets, trying to get them warm somewhat. I walked a few more blocks before hearing a 'beep' behind me. I turned around, seeing a Soul Blue Hamster Car driving up to me. I stopped walking, curious to who this is. The passenger window rolled down to reveal Levy and Lucy, Levy is the one driving

"Need a ride Miko?" Levy asked me, smiling at me

"No, I'm fine." I told her, politely declining her offer

"Come on now~! We aren't just gonna let you walk out in the cold to the airport like that! Get in!" Lucy ordered me. I sighed

"Fine." I opened the back door, revealing Erza sitting in the back with Wendy in the middle who was playing a game on her phone on her phone, seeming to be texting somebody. I slid into the seat, shutting the door behind me before Levy began driving again, lightly cranking up the stereo to a pop song that I didn't recognize since it isn't really my genre

"Hello Miss Miko, what's that you're holding?" Erza asked me, setting her phone down on her lap and looked over at me. I looked down at the little box I had, a tiny present for Natsu

"Just a tiny present for Natsu, so he won't be as bored on his flight." I informed her

"Awww, that's so cute! I ship you guys so much!" Levy and Lucy gushed, my cheeks now flaming red

"Hey, I just noticed your have your hair up!" Lucy stated, turning around in her seat as much as she could with her seatbelt restricting her

"Yeah... I'm actually thinking about getting it cut..." I stated

"Don't you dare! You have really nice hair, it makes me so jealous!" Lucy pouted having Levy laugh at her friend

"Luce, it's her hair she can do whatever she wants with it, except bleach it, that never ends well from videos I have seen on the Internet." Levy stated

"That's because they don't have it done professionally!" Lucy told her, her eyebrows scrunched together. They began to nicpic, thinking that they were both right about whether or not bleach should be done on hair, I heard a ding next to me coming from Erza's phone

"Levy, the guys are almost there." Erza announced

"How?! They better not be speeding!"

"Or you're just a snail." Lucy pointed out, her eyes looking at the gauge of how fast she was going

"What?!"

"Sorry but Lucy's right Levy, you're going 25 in a 35 zone." I pointed out to her

"Ehhh?? Seriously Miko, you're taking her side in all of this?!" Levy asked me, puffing out her cheeks

"Levy-Chan, you can go a little faster!" Wendy spoke up for the first time since I got in the car

"Ugh! Fine, but if I get a ticket I'm going to kill all of you!" Levy argued but nonetheless sped up her driving to a 33 which was so much better by the way

"Also, I forgot to tell you Miko. If you want to get your haircut, I have a friend who is a hairdresser, he can do it for you." Lucy suddenly piped up after a moment of silence

"Weren't you just against me cutting my hair?" I asked her curiously

"I was, but then I realized then it's true, that it's your own hair and I have no say in it whatsoever." Lucy admitted, a little bummed out at that fact

"Thanks." I thanked her before letting my eyes drift towards the window, watching houses and cars pass by.

(Time Skip)

We arrived at the airport, getting out of the car, we instantly spotted the guys at the entrance

"Finally, they are here." Gajeel grumbled grumpily, his arms crossed tightly over his chest in dismay

"What took you guys so long?" Gray asked us

"Oh, well Levy was being a slow driver." Lucy quickly explained, Levy glaring at her playfully

"When does Natsu-San's flight go off?" Wendy asked them

"He told me through a text in about thirty minutes or so." Gray informed us and we nodded

"Let's all head inside." Jellal said, walking through the doors and security. I was about ready to walk through when a security guard noticed the bow I was holding

"Hey, you there. What is in there?!" The Security Guard asked me, stalking towards me. The others stopped, noticing of how I wasn't with them

"A gift for my friend sir." I stated in a monotone voice

"Open it young lady or I will-"

"Or you will what Jones?" A shiver went down the Security Guard's Back and turned towards the voice. A tall man, a little taller than Gajeel was standing there, wearing a fancy suit, his hair swooped back making a quiff. The man glared at Jones

"You're messing with the wrong girl Jones." The man stated, glancing at me for a second

"What sir? She is just-"

"Her name is Miko Austral, daughter of Evelayne Austral." Jones froze in his place at the mention of my mother's name, making me confused. What was so scary about my mother?

"Y-Yes sir.. S-Sorry..." Jones hurriedly scurried off, looking scared as hell. I turned my attention the man who knew me and my mother

"Who are you?"

"Just a simple businessman, have a good day Miss Austral." He told me before leaving me stunned

"Miko, what was all of that about?" Erza asked me, confused as the others were also

"I don't know..." I stated, confused and curious as to who that man was and why my mother's name was fearful to that man

"Come on, we better meet up with Natsu before he boards the plane." Loke suddenly stated, hurriedly walking towards the place that Natsu wants us to meet up at. I was chilled to the bone, afraid of what I may find out.

OMG I ACTUALLY GOT A CHAPTER DONE HALLELUJAH!

Soooo, I woke up early in the morning and had nothing better to do so I decided to do a chapter for you guys, which was actually really long, over 1,000 words, nice. Knowing me, I probably won't update for another month because I'm booked the weekend, my sister's 16Th Birthday party on Saturday, Pom Recital on Sunday where I'm going to do my Baton Solo to the song From Shadows by Jeff Williams Feat. Casey Lee Williams. Then on Monday a friend's birthday party of when she is turning 17 then also Pom practice then it goes on and on. So you're lucky that I found time to update this :D.
