Welcome to Kyōki (Insanity), a fitting name for this Askr given that a bunch of weird stuff happens here on a daily basis.

This looks like the standard Askr, but it's fitted with electricity and wifi. There are many bathhouses, and the library is rather huge - three stories tall!

The summoner is Kiran, real name Kiyoshi Shirogane. There is a librarian as well, who is named Diana Ruíz Inguíez. Her elder brother Jae is the Head Scribe (taking the position from Diana) and Jiao-long is one of the Tacticians.
