Me, Kamui and Elise went to visit Father.

"all right. Kamui and (n/n). let's go in there together. i'll help as much as possible. this is our Father we're talking about. he has to forgive you both. right?" Elise asked smiling.

'ya the Father that tried to kill you' the dark voice said.

"thanks. Elise. we hope your right" Kamui said looking at Elise.

"ya" I said standing behind Kamui.

"all right. deep breath. and... here we go" Elise said taking a deep breath.

"Father! we have something we need to talk to you about!" Elise shouted at the door.

" gah hah ha!" Father laugh.(?)

"Father?" Me and Kamui asked.

"it sounds like he's with someone... maybe we should come back later." Elise said

"hrmph! who's there?" Father asked annoyed.

"oh! sorry to bother you. Father..." Elise said.

"yes. we apologies" I said.

"if this isn't a good time" Kamui said.

"what do you three want?" Father asked annoyed.

"Father. we're here to apologies. Right Kamui and (n/n)?" Elise asked us.

"yes that's right" I said.

"we're sorry for questioning you" Kamui said next.

"you may enter" Father said.

as we walked in me and Kamui looked around to see who Father was taking to but we saw nothing but Father sitting down in front of us.

" Kamui and (y/n)... you two disobeyed a direct order from me. ordinarily you two would not be alive" Father said coldly.

"we understand..." Me and Kamui said in syc as we lower our heads.

"no! Father. I can explain-" Elise said but was cut of by Father.

"silence! as you both are my children. Kamui and (y/n). I will grant you both some leeway. I have something in mind for you both. a mission.if you both complete this task successfully. I will pardon your crime in full" Father said to us.

"Really?!" Me and Kamui asked lifting our heads.

"what sort of mission?" Kamui asked.

"there is an abandoned fortress perched on the hosidan border. I wish to know if the building there reminds serviceable. you both are to travel to the site and inspect the premises. no battle will be required. do you understand? I wont be tolerate being disappointed twice... " Father told us.

"Yes. Father. it shall be done. right (brother/sister) (y/n)?" Kamui asked.

"yepy depy" I said smiling.

"darlings. are you two sure you're going to be okay out there? I don't like this" Camilla asked worriedly.

"of course!" I said.

"please don't worry. it's just an abandoned fort" Kamui told our older sister.

"ya and if it not abandoned will be fine" I said hugging Kamui.

'ya, your to confidant' the dark voice rang again.

"you both are acting rather casual about all this... it isn't like Father to be forgiving" Leo said and he was right, I hugged Kamui tighter out of fear.

"huh? what do you mean Leo?" Kamui asked.

"that's enough Leo! don't be so worried all the time. sheesh. and don't even try to scare Kamui OR (y/n) before there first mission!" Elise said and then hit Leo on the head making him fall on the ground, Elise is getting bold.

"HA!" I said pointing at Leo.

"Hey! that's not necessary!" Leo said to Elise.

"I suppose i'll just have to come along. that way I know Kamui and (n/n) will be safe" Camilla said then a new voice came along.

"i'm afraid that's not possible." the voice said.

the the person came out of the dark.

"why ever not. lago?" Camilla asked annoyed.

"lady Camilla. king Garon intends this expedition as a test of sorts. as his top advisor. I have been entrusted with coordinating this mission. he would like to whether prince Kamui and (prince/princess)(y/n) is worthy...after all, they ARE part of the royal lineage. therefore. your assistance would simple muddy the results." Lago explained.

'YAY! the worst person in the world!' the dark voice said

"understood. Camilla. we need to do this on our own. and we're not alone, I have (y/n) and (he/she) has me! surly you understand ." Kamui said holding my hand.

"not all by yourselves, Kamui and (y/n)" Father said out of nowhere.

"Father!" I said turning around.

"we didn't see you there" Kamui said.

"rest assured. I don't intend to sent you both out there completely defenseless." Father said then a men bald man came from behind Father.

"milord(s)(and milady)" the bald man said.

"this is Hans. he is a veteran warrior and will ensure no trouble befalls you both" Father told us.

'ya anther a**hole' the dark voice said.

"thank you Father" Me and Kamui said in syc.

"Hmm..." Xander thought about and walked over to us.

"i'd be wary of that man if I were you, Kamui and (y/n)" Xander whisper to us.

"why do you say that?" Kamui asked.

"ya why?" I asked.

"he's a criminal. a murderer. and a scoundrel. I arrested him myself years ago. Father seems to think he's rehabilitated. but i'm not so sure. that said. he is a formidable soldier" Xander said to us.

"I see." Me and Kamui said.

~time skip to the bottomless canyon~

"wow... this is it?" I asked looking around.

"the bottomless canyon?" Kamui asked.

"yes, it's the natural boundary dividing nohr and hoshido." Gunter explain.

"it can't really be bottomless?" Kamui asked

"can it...?" I said starting to turn pale.

'seriously?' the dark voice asked.

"lets the eternal darkness below ne your answer. those who fall in never return" Gunter said.

'how can you get out of a canyon?' the dark voice asked.

'and you'll be dead if you hit the bottom' I thought agreeing with the dark voice.

"I truly despise this place. something about this land around here isn't right" Gunter said worriedly. I turn a bit more pale until Kamui hold my hand I calmed down.

"the sky here is always dark and foreboding and lightning strikes all who fly across. this is clearly a place us mortals were never meant to enter. normally we'd go around... but the fort that king Garon wants wants surveyed is right over there." Gunter said

"oh it not so bad" I said, still holding Kamui hand.

"or perhaps we're just happy to be outside in the fresh air!" Kamui added, holding my hand tighter.

"compared to the inside of the fortress this is downright exciding" I said smiling.

"ha! that certainly puts things in perspective milord(s)(and milady). come on let's proceed." Gunter said, but before we could move any farther, a hoshidan solder came running to us and a whole hoshidan army up ahead.

"blast! it looks like this fort isn't as abandoned as we thought. why the devil is this place crawling hoshidans?" Gunter asked.

"hold on! do not advance any farther solders of nohr." a hoshidan said.

"crossing that bridge is a violation of our border treaty. turn back at once, or we'll be forced to attack!" the caption treated.

"what should we do?" Felicia asked.

"we're not here to fight" I said.

"we suppose we'll have to turn back and report to Father" Kamui said as he kept his grip on my hand.

"wise decision, lord Kamui and (lord/lady) (y/n)" Gunter said.

"who asked you old man?" Hans asked rudely.

'told ya he will be a a**hole' the dark voice said.

"what?!" Gunter asked offended.

Hans ran past us and push me on the ground making me let go of Kamui hand, Hans killed the hoshidan in front of us.

'rude/rude' me and the dark voice thought.

"gyaah!" Hans roared as he killed the hoshidan, my eyes widen in shock and fear.

"AAAAUGH!!" the hoshidan screamed and he lay dead on the ground.

"ah ha ha! die, scumbags!" Hans yelled.

"you'll... pay for this" the caption said shocked.

"Hans, what are you doing?! we had no reason to engage these troops! are you okay (brother/sister)?" Kamui asked me after scolding Hans, I nodded and got up.

"pfft" Hans didn't really care much.

"we should have tried diplomacy first. we weren't sent here to fight" I said getting a nodded from Kamui.

"speak for yourselves, weaklings." Hans said to us.

"oh you wanna go?!" I said almost punching him in the face.

"what's that supposed to mean?" Kamui asked offended.

"soldiers of hoshido, hear me. don't leave a single nohrian alive!" the captian said.

'get ready to fight!' the dark voice said.

"prepare to attack!" a hoshidan said.

"argh! looks like there's no getting out of this now. get ready to fight, lord Kamui and (lord/lady) (y/n)." Gunter said then the battle begon.

"now then Lord Kamui and (lord/lady)(y/n) there are two kinds of battle formations. you'll need to learn both, and fast! you can take a defensive position by moving to the same space as an ally. your ally will benefit from your support but you wont be able to attack. if you want to unleash the most potent attacks. stand in adjacent positions. from that alignment, allies may be able to attack simultaneously. i'd tell you more, but you're about to receive some practical some practical experience" Gunter explain/said.

Me and Kamui teamed up and Felicia and Gunter teamed up as well, a enemy charged at us and attacked Kamui but he sheld himself and attacked with his dark sword and I finished him off with a ice beam.

'man my dark staff is awesome!' I thought.

Then another enemy came to attack but this time its me, I use protect and used fire blast.

then Hans run in front of us ready to attack.

"i'm afraid the enemy's position across that bridge may be impenetrable. we've got to look for anther way across. lord Kamui, (lord/lady)(y/n)! see if one of you can find dragon vein around here." Gunter said.

Me and Kamui walked over to where we felt dragon vein, then me and Kamui saw it and went over to it then a green light came out of our hand and made a path over the next cliff.

"well done (brother/sister)!" Kamui said to me.

"same goes to you bro" I said high fiving him.

"gods! did you see what just happened to the cliff? who are we dealing with here?" the captian asked.

then we crossed the bridge and attacked more enemies and soon made it to where the caption was.

"do you even realize what you've done here today?! hoshido wont stand for unprovoked attacks like this. revenge will be ours!" the captian said angerly.

'jezz he talks to much' the dark voice said.

Kamui took the first hit but it missed and the caption attacked Kamui but i'd shield him and used flamethrower.

That attack to a lot of his heath and then I used attracted and makes him a easy target to hit, just then Kamui finished him off with his sword.

"damn you! this isn't over..." the captian said as he fall on the ground.

~time skip~

"this wasn't what I had in mind... but at least we've completed Fathers mission" Kamui said but then a man with red hair that looked like a ninja and two other men came running over the the seen.

"you two are the leaders of these troops? pah. your nothing more then children." the red hair man said.

"that was harsh" I said crossing my arms.

"who are you?" Kamui asked.

"my name is Saizo. I've come to claim your lives" Saizo said.

"hey! everyone!" I yelled to get the other attention.

"we're still under attack!" Kamui finished for me.

"destroy them!" Saizo commanded and was about to attack me and Kamui.

"I wont allow it!" a voice said, It was Xander! he came in front of me and kamui blocking the attack.

"what?! this must be their real commander..." Saizo said.

"HEY!! me and Kamui are the commander thank you very much" I said huffing.

"whats going on here. Kamui and (y/n)?" Xander asked.

"Xander! how did you know we were in trouble?" Kamui asked Xander.

"ya big bro who did you know?" I asked and standing next to Kamui and just then Camilla, Leo, and Elise came right behind Xander.

"we've arrived just in time. your luck never runs out does it, Kamui and (y/n)?" Leo asked.

"are you two all right? I was so worried about you both" Camilla said smiling.

"we're all here for you both, Kamui and (n/n)!" Elise said happily.

"thank you everyone" me and Kamui said in syc.

"um. but before we get too carried away... we ARE under attack." Kamui said.

"who dares attack my beloved Kamui and (n/n)? i'll have their heads on a platter!" Camilla said angerly to the point I hide behind Kamui.

"we're not hurt Camilla" Kamui said scared.

"but thanks any whys" I said quickly.

"but darlings... it's the thought that counts!" Camilla said smiling as she flow over to two hoshidan solders and killed them.

"we never knew that Camilla could be so..." I said unfinished

"ruthless" Kamui finished for me.

"heehee! that's right, you two never seen her on the battlefield before" Elise said cheerfully.

"this is not going well..." Saizo said worriedly, soon a women with black hair that also looks like a ninja run up to Saizo.

"Saizo! what's wrong? what's our status?" the black haired women asked.

" I misjudged the situation. we're outnumbered. Kagero. do we have anyone else on the way?" Saizo asked.

"affirmative. lord Ryoma is right behind me" Kagero said.

'the high prince of hoshido' the dark voice said shocked.

'I never thought you'll be scared dark voice' I thought joking.

'...shut up before I give you the worst headache of your life' the dark voice said.

"ahh... then I think this battle is as good as won" Saizo said proudly.

"it looks like more hoshidans reinforcements are on the way." Xander said.

'indeed... what should we do?" Leo asked his older brother.

"well, the twins are safe, and fort's condition has been evaluated. there's no reason to engage hoshido further at this point. Kamui and (y/n), you two take the lead with gunter. we'll follow close behind." Xander aid

"well do, mister sir" I said giving a thumbs up.

"thank you Xander" Kamui said as we left the battlefield with Gunter.

~small skip~

soon we where on the bridge.

"Gunter, Kamui have you seen Felicia?" I asked the two of then.

"she us with us a second ago..." Kamui said.

"i'm sure she's right behind us. now hurry up you two. I cant stand being on this bridge a moment longer." Gunter said, just then Hans came running to us axe in hand.

"don't worry... you wont have to stand there much longer." Hams said creepily.

"Hans!" me and Kamui said in syc.

"what is the meaning of this?" Gunter asked.

"less talk, more death!" Hans said as he hit Gunter with his axe twice making Gunter fall in the bottonless conyon.

"Hans no!" Kamui said as me and Kamui ran to the hole where Gunter fell in.

"by the gods" I gasped

'TOLD YA HE WAS A A***HOLE TWICE!!!' the dark voice roared.

"why are you doing this?" Kamui asked.

"to your own ally?" I asked.

"aww. did I knock your babysitter into the ditch? here-you both can meet him at the bottom!" Hans said, just then mine and Kamui's arms turn into a giant silver drill horn.

"you'll pay for this!" me and Kamui roared in anger.

"what?! what kind of....freaks....are you two?" Hans asked worriedly.

then our head turn into horns but Kamui horns are blue and mine was (f/c) (if your fav color is blue then change it to your other fav color). and we started to attack Hans.

then we turn back to normal.

"it cant be..." Hans said.

"we want answers Hans!" Kamui said angerly.

"why are you doing this? why did you provoke the hoshidans?" I asked.

"and why did you killed Gunter?" me and Kamui asked in syc.

"answer us!" Kamui said angerly.

"just following orders. king Garon's orders." Hans answered.

"What?!" I said angerly and shocked.

"your lying!" Kamui said angerly then Hans ran away.

"hey get back here!!" me and Kamui said in syc but then our weapons that Father give us glow purple and stared to throw us into the canon.

"Huh? Nooo!"we said as we began to fall.

'can you fly or teleport?' the dark voice asked.

'I am to weak right now to use my powers!' I thought just then we saw someone following us.

It was Lilith!!

"my kin. my god. my blood... dragons grant me strength! great moro. I beseech you!" Lilith said as she turn into a small dragon with a golden ball, and then catch me and Kamui....somehow.

Now we are flying.

"Lilith is that you?" I asked as I hold my brother's stomach so I wont fall.

"what....ARE you?" Kamui asked as he hold on to Lilith.

"lord Kamui, (lord/lady) (y/n)... I knew this day would come eventually. this may come as a shock but I am not human." Lilith said.

"well we can see that Lilli" I said.

"are you a dragon?" Kamui asked

"yes. this is my true form. you two had seen it before. do you both remember? the strange bird you both rescued in the barn..." Lilith asked.

"that...was you?" me and Kamui asked in syc.

"it was. once I recovered. I was able to take a human form. you both were so kind to me that I decided to remain a human that I might serve you both. but now I have used a power that goes beyond the capacity of a human body. I will not be able to return to that form. I don't mind though. the most important thing to me is that you both are safe.." Lilith said but then lightning hit us and we began to fall.

"eek!" Lilith gasped.

"Lilith! be carful!" I said

"drop me if you must and tack my (brother/sister). I wont have you sacrifice yourself or me!" Kamui said to Lilith.

"no take my idiot brother" I said, earning a glare from my twin.

"HEY!" Kamui said, offended at that comment.

"sorry bro but your mort important" I said.

"first dragons, I call on you. grant us access to the astral plane!" Lilith said as we teleported some where... somewhere nice and calm.

"what just happened?" me and Kamui asked.

'wow' the dark voice said

"where...are we?" I asked Lilith.

"this is a world parallel to the one in which you two live, lord Kamui and (lord/lady) (y/n). it is know as the astral plane" Lilith answered.

"how were you able to get us here?" Kamui asked

"tell us please lilli?" I plead.

"the first dragons have granted us the power to inhabit this dimension. under their protection, we are safe here. oh! allow me to prepare a place for you two to rest..." Lilith said as she used dragon vein to make a tree house.

"did.....did you used dragon vein?" I asked Lilith

"yes. the power of the first dragons flows freely in this realm. you two should know that space and time operate differently here as well..." Lilith said.

"we have so much to learn" Kamui said looking at me.

"AND WE NEED TO LEARN IT ALL!!!!!" I said spinning around.

"is there anyone else here?" Kamui asked as I stop spinning like a spinner.

"no, we are alone. there is no one left here..." Lilith said sadly.

"i'm sorry. I didn't mean to invoke any bad memories" Kamui said.

"you okay Lilith?" I asked.

"it's okay, Kamui and (y/n). i'm not lonely as long as I have you two in my life. now you two should get some rest." Lilith said.

"how are you both feeling? I know this is a lot to take in" Lilith asked us.

"yes it is" Kamui said.

"but we feel much more better now" I said giving a thumbs up.

"our wounds seem to heeled already" Kamui said.

"and our minds are racing! we have so many new questions about this new world..." I said.

"all in good time. for now, some business remains in the other world" Lilith said.

"yes, you're right, we cant relax until we know everyone made it safely home" Kamui said bowing a bit.

"yes, they must ne worried about us" I added.

'ya and might be going crazy. Well not crazy crazy, but crazy' the dark voice said.

"of course, there is just one thing you should know before you two go back" Lilith said.

'now i wounder' the dark voice said

"when I open the portal, you will return to the same location you both came from. that means you both arrive at the hoshidan border. there may be soldiers lying in wait for you both..." Lilith said.

"we understand" I said.

"we'll be ready for them" Kamui said proudly.

"vary well. then I will open the gate." Lilith said as a blue light formed at the ground teleport me and Kamui to our last location.

"ah, we're back" I said happily.

"but... where is everyone?" Kamui asked

"you're mine nohrians!" a female voice said from behind us.

"hmm?" me and Kamui looked around then someone hit the back of our head and the last thing I remember everything went black.
