we finally arrived at notre sagesse.

we went into a old looking building and saw an old man.

"greetings, travelers! it must have taken you some effort to reach notre sagesse. do you two have business here?" the old man asked me and Kamui.

"we've heard that a man known as the rainbow sage lives here." Kamui explain.

"we REALLY need him--could you please tell us where we might find him?" I asked.

"Hmm... those weapons you two are holding.... those are the yatos, isn't it?" the old man asked.

"Hm? oh yes! they are!" I said clapping.

"we're surprised you recognized them" Kamui said.

"why do you two wish to meet the sage? do you two seek power?" the old man asked.

"no of the no's" I said.

"we want to ask him a question." Kamui said.

'a question huh?' Dark asked.

'I hope he can give me wings' Luna said.

'if he can see you that is...' Dark said.

"ahhh. so you both are after knowledge, then. fascinating...on top of mount sagesse is the sevenfold sanctuary. the sage is said to reside on the highest floor of that place. the mountain itself is quite high. so most people don't even reach the sanctuary." the old man said.

"oh, that's easy for me I can just-" I said but was cut of by the old man.

"you can't teleport, the sage wouldn't aloud it, and...that's all I know, really" the old man said.

'not fair' Luna said.

'life isn't fair' Dark said.

'shut up' Luna said.

"thank you for your help" Kamui said.

"if we learn more about the sage as we go, we'll be sure to share what we learn" I said smiling.

"try your best not to die on the way up!" the old man said.

I wander what he meant.

we were walking on the mountain and may I say it toke FOREVER the even get half way and we're still not there yet.

"the old man wasn't kidding . this is the steepest hike I've ever done..." Takumi said.

"are you doing okay? hey, everyone! if you feel tried or faint, make sure to speak up! we can always rest." Kamui asked everyone.

"how about you, Kamui and (n/n)? your faces looks a bit flushed...if you need me to. I can carry you both on my back like when you two are small!" Camilla said.

"ah...i'll be fine, thanks." Kamui said.

"I think I need to...I might faint" I said.

"oh darling, come here" Camilla said, as she put me on her back.

"thanks big sis" I thanked her.

"it's no problem darling" Camilla said smiling.

"uh-oh...AHHH!!!" Elise yelled, as she fall into Sakura's arms.

"ouf! are...are you all right, Elise?" Sakura asked she catch Elise.

"nice catch, Sakura. nice catch! falling all the way back down this mountain would have hurt a ton!" Elise said , as she left Sakura's arms.

"i don't think you would have fallen all the way back down..." Sakura said, sweatdroping.

after all of us (which you'll still on Camilla's back) walking, we FINALLY we where close to the top on-er almost to the top we saw a large white building.

"look! is that the sevenfold sanctuary in the distance?" Takumi asked, pointing at the large white building.

"it must be..." I said, as I jump off Camilla's back.

"there can't possibly be two of these up here" Kamui said.

"we must be near the summit. YAY!" I said, smiling.

"Hmm...and the sage is waiting at the very top... " Takumi said.

'well duh~ the old man told us' Dark said.

"yes, which means our real trial will start soon." Kamui said.

"big brother Ryoma said that the sage will only meet with the strongest people...." I said.

'i'm strong!' Luna said.

'you sure about that?' Dark asked.

"we don't think this will be an easy task." Kamui said, patting my shoulder.

"yeah... we'd best be ready for anything." Takumi said.

when we came inside the castle there were lots of men there, I guess it's our test...

the battle began.

"you must be tried after such a long clime. however, if you wish to meet the rainbow sage. you must pass the trials ahead. only then can you open the door to the top floor." the illusion said.

I saw Sazio, and some other people from our army went up to second floor on the other side of the room, I turn around and went the other way with Kamui, Aqua, Luna, Elise, Alex, Hana, and Kaze.

when we reach the second floor, I took a quick look around and saw some soldiers.

one soldier came running towered me, and Kamui.

"psybeam!" I said as a purple, blue, and yellow beam shot out of my Yato(somehow) and tock a lot of the solders HP, and Kamui came in for the kill.

then a archer cam running to Aqua.

she used her water powers to make a water twister and wash away, the Luna shot purple fire balls at him, and killed him.

just then, I saw a man with spiky white and black hair with a bow and arrow ran in.

"phew..jeez. I have to be getting close to the top by now, right? the rainbow sage definitely didn't make this easy...I have to keep going, thought. I can't give up now. I need to make it. I know he can give me the strength to rebuild kohga. i'll do whatever it takes to earn that strength-killing, stealing...it's not like I haven't had to do such things already..." the spiky haired man said.

Kamui run up to me and pointed at the man, I nodded and grabbed his hand.

i was about to teleport us but a young lady with long dark purple hair came out of nowhere.

"why are there so many guards here? so annoying...i just want to avoid the war, but there are soldiers everywhere...i'll just wait patiently until no ones looking, and then escape. all i want is to live my life in solitude..." the dark purple haired girl said.

me and Kamui walked up to her.

"hey" I said waving.

"what are you doing here?" Kamui asked.

"this place is dangerous. you'd better come with us and take refuge with our reserves" I said.

"I don't need your help, you two. i'm capable of protecting myself."  the dark purple haired girl said, glaring at us.

"But..." Kamui said.

"Listen, child. have you got cotton in your ears? I said I don't need your help, you two." the dark purple haired girl said.

"child?! we could very well be older then you!" Kamui said, I hit him on the head.

"dude, i'm Elise's size and people can tell we're twins!" I said, huffing, the dark purple haired rolled her eyes.

"I don't have time to fight about this. just leave me alone. I just want to get away from civilization and be left alone..." the dark haired girl said.

"Alone...you're by yourself? do you not have family?" I asked, tilting my head.

"...I lost anything that would qualify as a family long, long time ago. they all found me repulsive and forced me away. so i'm alone, but i'm happy that way." the dark purple haired girl said.

'sounds like me...' Dark said.

'...i'm so sorry... after this war...I promise we'll fix everything together...' I thought.

'thank you' Dark said.

"Hmm... well, you could always join us instead of traveling alone." Kamui said.

"are you insane? only a fool would ask a total stranger to join their party, you both don't know my past..." the dark purple girl said.

"true. but what's in your past is just that: in the past" I said.

"everyone has a secret or two they don't-" Kamui said but was cut of by me.

"or can't!" I said, then Kamui cover my mouth.

"to talk about" Kamui ended.

"there's no reason we can't be friends in the present" I said as I removed Kamui's hand from my mouth.

"Hmm... you two are pretty convincing for such young souls. determined too." the dark purple girl said.

"that's because we have a BIG secret that's driving us" I said.

"we can't tell anyone about it..." Kamui said, sighing.

"but that doesn't mean we can't have friends who trust us, regardless" I said smiling.

"and we know what it's like to be alone. we don't wish that feeling on anyone" Kamui said.

"well, I can't say I hate your offer. you two might actually be able to understand me. all right i'll go with you. you two can use my power as you see fit."  the dark purple girl said.

"oh, and by the way? what's your name?" I asked the girl.

"Nyx" Nyx, the dark purple haired girl said, then she rushed into battle.

I looked at Kamui, then I grabbed his hand and teleport near the stares to the white and black haired archer.

I clapped my hand and used stone edge on all the enemies around us.

we walked up to the archer.

"wait a minute... you don't look like one of the sanctuary guards." Kamui said.

"don't compare me to those freaks" the white and black haired man said, angerly.

"all right sorry!" Kamui said annoyed.

"but now, that we've got a better look...you seem like a thief." I said, looking at the man.

"are you here to steal treasure from the sanctuary?" Kamui asked, getting ready to attacked.

"pfft, like I care about treasure. i'm here for the sage's strength. I need to gain as much strength and power as he can give me. I need it to defend that self-proclaimed daimyo of Mokushu. that scum destroyed my homeland- I have to defeat him and rebuild." the black and white haired man said.

'oh we killed him like 5 days ago' Dark said.

"Mokushujin daimyo..." I said.

"do you mean..." kamui said, looking in thought.

"what? you two know him? you both aren't his friends, are you?" the black and white haired man asked ready to attack.

"we know him" Kamui said.

"we actually kick his butt on the way here..." I said putting my hand on my hips, smiling.

"he's not the daimyo of anything anymore" Kamui said.

"WHAT?! Hmm... I suppose I owe you two my thanks. you both got my revenge for me. my name is Shura. i'm am a ninja from Kohga, a land that was devastated by mokushu. who are you two?" Shura, the black and white haired man asked..

"i'm Kamui" Kamui said.

"i'm (y/n), Kamui's twin (brother/sister)" I said, smiling.

"wait- Kamui? (y/n)? I can't believe i'm gonna ask this... are you two royals? were you two kidnapped from hoshido as kids?" Shura asked.

"how do you know that?" I asked shocked.

'creep' Dark said.

'weirdo' Luna said.

"have we met before?" Kamui asked.

"haha. never underestimate a ninja's intelligence network. rumor's fly around you two. I heard you two ran off with legendary swords and you two are fighting nohr and hoshido." Shura said.

"well, we wouldn't say we ran off with them like crazy people would..." I said.

"you got the meat of things, we guess." Kamui said.

"although we wouldn't say we're fighting both kingdoms." I said scratching the back of my head.

"we just aren't allied to either" Kamui said.

"we're working to defeat a greater threat to our world. that why we've came here" I said.

"we want to meet the sage and ask him how we can accomplish our mission" Kamui said.

"Hmmm. all right, I think I understand your story. I guess i'll help you two." Shura said.

"Really?! YAY!!" I shouted.

"thank you" Kamui said calmly...something I never do.

"yeah, you two defeated that mokushujin scum, after all. if I go with you two, you both may accomplish my other goals for me too! and a bigger army is better for you two, right?" Shura asked.

"yes, we'd be glad to have you" Kamui said.

"thank you Shura" I said.

"from now on. I pledge my services to you two. let's help each other, lord Kamui and (lord/lady)(y/n)." Shura said.

then he just rushed into battle.

me and Kamui looked at each other, then looked at the top floor.

I grabbed his hand and teleport to the last floor.

we ran up to the illusion.

"Greeting to you two. this is the highest floor. your trial is nearly finished. I am the guardian of this place. defeat me, and you both may proceed to the sage." the illusion said.

Kamui ran up to him and slash him with his yato.

the illusion cast a spell at us but I used flamethrower to counter it.

then I jump up and used energy ball.

then Kamui toke the last blow and finished the illusion off.

"well done...you both have proven yourselves worthy of moving forward " the illusion said.

we've won the battle.

all of us were standing in front of the door to the rainbow sage.

"wow. we've finally reached the top floor. the sage must be just behind that door!" Elise said, cheering.

"go team!" I cheered.

"Hang on- let's not let our guard down just yet. there's something strange about the door. I can't quite tell what, thought..." Takumi said.

"s-strange? then... we should proceed with caution." Sakura said shyly.

"who knows what traps might be on the other side, be careful, Kamui and (n/n)." Camilla said.

me and Kamui nodded, and went in the room.

we looked around and saw it was the same room, that we were in early today.

"what the?!" I asked shocked.

"but this is-" Kamui said, but was cut of by old man we talk to earlier today!

"hoo hoo! welcome back." the old man said.

"huh?! but... you're the old man from before!" I said shocked.

"you were at the base of the mountain." Kamui said.

"how did you get up the highest floor? MAGIC?!" I asked.

'don't be dumb' Dark said.

'oh shut up little Darky' Luna said.

'why you-!' Dark said.

"ah! so close- this room is actually licked to the highest floor. quite convenient for me. I commend you two have overcoming the trials. I put forth, you two or should I say four are worthy of meeting me." the old man said.

'wait he can see us/you two?' me, Luna and Dark asked/thought in syc shocked.

"what do you mean four?- wait your the rainbow sage?" Kamui asked.

then a white light shined bright and when it faded we say a slightly tail old man with a long white beard.

"indeed I am. when you two set out up the mountain in order to ask me something, did you two not? well lets hear it." the rainbow sage said.

"we're looking for... a dragon" I said.

"we've been told that we needed to meet one" Kamui said.

"that the dragon will help us stop this endless and pointless and crazy psycho conflict between nohr and hoshido" I said.

"we have to do whatever it takes to stop the fighting!!" Kamui said.

"hoo... so you two want to end the war, huh? fascinating, and admirable. all right. i'll tell you both where to find the dragon. but first, let me see those yato's of yours." the rainbow sage said.

"really?" I asked, as I hand him my yato.

"ok. here you go" Kamui said, handing him, his yato.

the rainbow sage grabbed our yatos, and hold them high.

"... I. who forged the sacred blades... I. who committed the great sins... I. who wove the divine colors... I call you now. seal of flames!" the rainbow sage said.

just then our yatos flouted up and glowed a bright white and change its form!

me and Kamui grabbed our yatos.

and now we have the alpha yatos.

'whoo!' Luna said, I turned to see her and she had black and purple wings!

'awesome' I thought.

'I feel kinda weird' Dark said

'maybe new skill' I thought.

'maybe' Luna and dark said.

"your blades... they should be a little stronger now...and your two unseeing friends." the rainbow sage said.

"thank you so much" me and Kamui said in syc.

"is this... the seal of flames that Fuge mentioned?" kamui asked.

"no. not quite. to complete the seal of flames. you both need the other four divine weapons." the rainbow sage said.

"say what now?!" I asked.

"once you two have them. the seal of flames will become the fire emblem." the rainbow sage said.

"the fire emblem..." me and Kamui said in syc.

"yes...without that. you two have no chance of succeeding your quest....don't lose heart. continue down the path you both chosen. it should lead... you two to each of the weapons you two need..." the rainbow sage said, then begin to cough.

then he fall on the floor.

"sage?!" I said running to his side.

"something's wrong!" Kamui said.

'you think!' Dark said.

'gods...' Luna said.

Kamui went to get Sakura and Elise.

and by the time they got here the sage is looking really pale.

"Sakura, do you have your rod?!" Kamui asked scared.

'Luna can you heel him?!' I thought.

'yepy' Luna said and her turn purple.

"y-yes!" Sakura said.

"Elise, you too. heal him! quickly!" I said.

"i'll do my best!" Elise said.

"don't waste your energy...I have lived well beyond my time already..." the rainbow sage said.

"what?" me and Kamui asked.

"anyways. human magic...or any magic...won't work on me...." the rainbow sage said weakly.

"human magic?" I asked tilting my head.

"why won't it?" Kamui asked.

"you don't mean you're-?!" I was about to ask but was cut of by the rainbow sage.

"yes. I am the dragon you two been looking for. long, long ago... twelve dragons were filled with desire... they fought over who would control the world...for my part, I created the yatos and the divine weapons. doing so pulled humanity into our war. I wasn't able to die... until I had atoned for those sins..." the rainbow sage said.

"but...that was so long ago..." I said, tearing up a bit.

"I've given you two your yatos... the last of my power...Kamui... (y/n)... use... the yatos... make your own destiny... together.." the rainbow sage said weakly, then he stop breathing.

"sage..." I said shaking him a bit.

'my magic isn't working...' Luna said sadly.

I sighed and stand up.

"... thank you sage" me and Kamui said.

"we mean... thank you great dragon" Kamui said.

"we will make sure your sacrifice is not in vain." I said.

"let's head to the bottomless canyon." Kamui said as we turn to the others.

"the skies will soon change above nohr and hoshido." I said.

then Elise and Sakura left the room.

"I wonder what he meant by four of us..." Kamui said, confused and oblivious to the two god like beings that only i can see.

"you'll know soon...." me, Dark, and Luna said, but he only heard my voice.

then we walked off.

Me: YAY!!! FINALLY DONE!!!!!!!!
