Mira took a deep breath and released her arrow,hitting the target in a perfect bullseye. She was smiling as she examined it so she could add it to her point total. Takumi was looking at their score sheets and comparing scores when he heard a snap of a branch.
"Mira,did you hear that?" Takumi asked.
"Hear what?" she replied as an arrow shot past her. "I think we're under attack."
Several Vallite snipers,swordmasters and master ninjas started to attack them.
"We're going to have to fight them off." Takumi said as he grabbed his Fujin Yumi and fired an arrow at one of the Master Ninjas,killing it. Mira grabbed her bow and fired it off at a sniper in a tree,killing it and making the tree branch smash other soldiers. As the enemies got closer and closer,the duo didn't think that they'd make it until....
"Lord Takumi!" Hinata shouted as he killed several swordsmasters,with Oboro close behind destroying the Master Ninjas.
"Finally you two." Takumi sarcastically said,not amused with his retainers coming in this late.
"Incoming Faceless!" Mira shouted as she moved Takumi out of the way by his hair,him barely missing the attack.
"Thanks."
Soon,the enemies were killed by the four of them and Takumi still had another arrow in hand. He shot it into the air,and instead of it saying "Nohrian Scum" it said, "Mira,will you be my wife for the rest of time." Mira was crying tears of joy,and Oboro was punching a tree in anger.
"I will Takumi." Mira said,hugging him.
"I'm glad.
The two walked off,Hinata running so that he didn't have to deal with his angry partner.
"How the hell did a girl we barely knew,get Takumi instead of me!? This is bullshit!" Oboro said as she stormed back into camp. And the last thing everyone heard was a young boy's scream of Dammit. Maybe that was Hayato,but we're not sure.
