Gray slowly laid the now-sleeping Natsu down on the bed, kissing him on the forehead before he covered him with the blanket. He headed out the door and turn to knock on their neighbour's door.

"Hey, Luc---" he paused as he almost knocked on the door, his fist in contact with the door. That contact pushed the unlocked door to find Lucy showing Erza and Mirajane something on her phone. The three were giggling uncontrollably, sitting on the bed.

"Oh! Gray!" Lucy forced a smile as she quickly stuffed her phone behind her and the two other girls were still giggling.

"What were you all laughing about?" Gray asked, curious as to why Lucy hid her phone so quickly.

"Oh, nothing..." Lucy looked away, a smile on her face as she pretended to whistle.

"Well whatever," Gray brushed it off, sitting on the bed the three girls were on. "I have good news."

"Yes?" Mirajane asked, putting on her regular smile.

He took a deep breathe, and then exhaled, a little shakily.

"N-natsu likes me back, a-and we're now dating!" Gray says with enthusiasm.

"Oh, no!" Lucy exclaimed sarcastically, smirking a little. "What shall thy do with the fair maiden, Juvia?" They all started laughing and chuckling.

"G-gray?"

Gray looked towards the door and saw a sleepy Natsu wondering his way into the girls' room.

"Aw," Lucy mocked as Gray stood up and walked to Natsu, kissing his cheek and holding him up.

"Oh, h-hey Lucy," Natsu paused, kissing Gray's cheek and hugging his boyfriend. "You too, Erza and Mira."

"Hey," the three girls responded, giggling more than ever.

"You told them yet?" Natsu stopped hugging Gray and rubbed both his eyes. Gray nodded and wrapped his arms around Natsu's waist, brought him closer, kissing his forehead. This caused Natsu to blush furiously and look away, from both Gray and the girls that are giggling even more.

"Let's go back," Gray released his grip around Natsu's waist, grabbing his hand and pulling him out the door.

Natsu waved the girls goodbye while Erza calls out a 'Have fun, lovebirds!' as Natsu followed Gray back to their room.

Gray sat down on the bed, Natsu sitting beside him. He placed his arms together between his legs as he hunched foreward. He then sighed with relief, shakily.

"It was hard, wasn't it," Natsu smiled, kissing Gray on the cheek. "It's fine now." He looked out the glass doors leading to the balcony and foumd it to be the late afternoon. The orange colour filled the sky with a warm demeanour.

"Thanks, Natsu," Gray smiled back, kissing Natsu on his cheek. "I really needed that." He then laid on the bed, positioning himself into comfortable spot.

He watched as Natsu walked to the bathroom and the door clicked, signifying it was locked. The sound of water rushed again and Gray stared at the ceiling. A few minutes of staring...

"Is this a dream?" Gray felt his eyes water as a smile emerged on his face. "Natsu? In love with me?"

"Nope," he heard Natsu call from the bathroom. "I'm your boyfriend and you're not dreaming. If anything, it's a dream come true!"

"You heard me?"

"Dragons have great ears, Gray." Natsu paused, presumably cleaning himself. "You should know that. You're one yourself."

"Y-yeah, I forgot. And plus, my ears haven't developed..."

"It will, in due time," Natsu started again, the sound of rush water stopping. The door to the bathroom clicked open and Natsu walked out, a towel around his waist and dry.

"Your magic is very useful," Gray paused, walking over to Natsu and kissed his lips. "Now, it's my turn to bathe. You go and watch TV, alright?"

Natsu nodded and sat down, picking up the remote and pressing the power button and switching the television on, a comedy show on.

The two later spent the evening kissing and cuddling, occasionally uttering a 'I love you', which would have the answer 'I love you too' back, while watching te comedy show. Natsu would also laugh when the comedy show reveals a joke.

◇[And the story unfolds]◇

Gray laid beside Natsu, his hands wrapped around him. Natsu buried his head in Gray's chest, eyes shut and grinning like an idiot while Gray smiled at his boyfriend.

"Love ya," Gray spoke, clearing away the silence while in the dark.

"Love you too."

"I'll buy you a cake when we get back."

"Oh! Thanks! Maybe this time, I'll tell everyone?"

"Yeah, that'd be nice."

And with that, they drift off into sleep.
