Welcome back!!!!!!!! So rorypondfoster actually suggested this one, and since you all like Ant and Maddy, let's give this a shot! Also I'm letting you know that number 3 from my list of ideas was the most picked and will be next, followed by number 5. Enjoy ♥♥♥

Explanation: The pirates capture the Nekton children hoping to ransom them back to their parents. Hammerhead doesn't realise he captures Griffin Ant's best friend. When Ant realises that Griffin likes Maddy, he scrambles to keep Maddy from finding out, and in the process figures out his own feelings. (Ant is 15 Maddy 15)

Ant Nekton raced towards the top of the aronnax as his best friend Griffin arrived. Griffins father had been all grumbles when Ant asked him, but eventually agreed and now the boys had a whole week to spend together!

"Oh boy is it good to see you Ant." Griffin smiled giving him a fist pump.

Ant laughed and threw his arm around Griffin's shoulder. "Well we're actually going to an old shipwreck sight this morning, so suit up in a suit like mine and let's go!"

Griffin cheered and followed the youngest Nekton down to the bridge. He greeted Kaiko and Will, but never saw Fontaine.

"Where's your sister?" Griffin asked as Ant helped him raid the cookie jar.

"Oh, probably calling pirate boy. Don't tell my parents, I promised to cover for her." Ant whispered.

Griffin smiled. "I would never say a thing."

The two kept chatting and laughing, watching movies and playing with Jeffery. It seemed all was going well.

A sudden smash and loud alarm brought that idea to an end. Ant grabbed Griffin and they ran to the main controls, where his Mom was trying to steer them away from......The Dark Orca?!

Even though Ant tormented Fontaine constantly for liking Finn, Ant actually had a secret he'd never told anyone, he sorta liked Maddy. Sure she was annoying and short. And she was a terrible pirate. But she was cute and underneath her annoying pirate ways she had a big heart.

"Ant! Look out! I need you to take Griffin and Fontaine and disconnect the grappling hooks the Dark Orca stuck to the aronnax!" Will yelled as they smashed into another rock wall.

"Okay dad." Ant yelled back. He bolted into his sister's room where Fontaine was angrily throwing things at the wall.

"Fontaine get angry after. We need to sever those grappling hooks." Ant ordered.

The team ran off and jumped out of the moon pools in their knights, swimming straight for the lines connecting the Dark Orca to them.

"Haha you stupid Nektons! Don't you know a trap when you see one?" Maddy cackled, throwing a disabler net at the knights.

Ant couldn't pull up, and he glared at the girl as they were pulled into the Dark Orca and captured.

"Har! Look what I've caught me in me little fish net! I'm going to ransom ye back to yer parents see? Madeline, Finn, lock these stupid Nektons into the bridge." Hammerhead cackled.

"Let us go you overgrown sea slug!" Ant yelled trying to wiggle out of the net.

He watched helplessly as Finn took Fontaine away and Maddy forced her and Griffin into the smelly bridge room he'd been still in last time.

"Haha. Your Dad is gonna get a lot of money for you pretty boy." Maddy smirked.

"She called me pretty!" Ant cheered in his head.

"My parents will get us off here, Maddy. It won't end well for you guys." Ant said.

Maddy rolled her eyes and closed the door, while Griffin looked like a lovesick puppy.

"Shes beautiful! Her eyes were so beautiful and her hair? Who is she?" Griffin asked, his face lighting up.

Ant felt his face go red too, though from anger that his friend liked Maddy or from embarrassment because he'd thought that before too he wasn't sure.

"W-what?! N-no she's not beautiful. That's mad Madeline, or Maddy as she's known. She's a idiot, and she's definitely not pretty. She's not even a good pirate!" Ant protested awkwardly.

Griffin spotted the red tinge to Ant's face and decide to tease him a little more. "Cool. I'd love to kiss her. She's fine."

Ant pretend gagged as his eyes went wide. "No! That's not a good idea!"

"Why? She's cute. I like her." Griffin smirked.

On the opposite side of the wall, Finn an Fontaine could hear her little brother getting flustered and laughed. Finn knew Maddy was standing guard outside, she should love this.

"Okay land Lubbers enough chit chat. Your parents were heading to a shipwreck sight, right? So what can you tell us about it?" Maddy demanded.

Ant stood up as did Griffin. "Well there hot stuff I could tell you if you let me out of here." Griffin flirted.

Ant growled and shoved Maddy out of the room, before slamming the door in her face. "We aren't telling you anything. Go away."

"Woah, need I remind you we're on my sub? Tell me what you know." Maddy yelled.

"Go away! I don't want you near him. He's fragile and he's a professional flirt, not to mention he's my friend." Ant hissed, then realised him mistake and slapped a hand on his mouth.

"Are you ok Ant? You're being weird. Weirder than usual." Maddy asked, reaching up and putting a hand on the glass.

Ant went impossibly redder and shook his head. Before he had a chance to reply, hammerhead screamed and an alarm went off.

"All crew, we be having a malfunction with the Navigation and sonar! We be sailing blind and those stupid Nektons are dragging me sub down! Get in here now!" Hammerhead yelled.

Maddy rolled her eyes and yelled for Finn, who suggested that they get Ant and Fontaine to help them. While they were distracted, Ant dragged Griffin out of the room and hid him in the cargo bay.

"Listen to me. Stay away from Maddy. Just hide here and I'll come get you in a minute." Ant ordered.

"You want to keep me away from my love?" Griffin pouted.

"She's not your love!" Ant yelled. "She's a pirate. Stay here. Stay hidden. I'll be back."

The boy ran off in an attempt to keep Maddy away from the Crago bay. "Wow I really have a bad crush on her. I yelled at my best friend over a girl? What happened to bros before hoes?"

After running into the main control area and pulling enough faces at hammerhead, Maddy made a dive for him while Finn and Fontaine helped repair the controls.

Ant ran out of the room and bolted down the hallway, trying to lead Maddy astray. "Just to keep Griffin safe." Ant told himself. Deep down he knew it was just because he was jealous but he would not admit that without a fight. His communicator beeped and Fontaine told him his parents were onboard.

"Excellent!" He replied. "Mom and Dad can get Griffin off."

"Why? You jealous he likes Maddy?" Fontaine asked.

"Oh shut up miss I like pirate boy." Ant glared, turning it off.

Maddy finally tackled him and Ant fell over with a loud thud. He looked up at her and the usually very closed off girl blushed and pulled him up. Ant couldn't look her in the eye, and took off running again to stop the inevitable confrontation.

"Ant get ready to leave, their sonar is almost better." His Mom messaged him.

He sighed in relief and paused for a second to reply when Maddy grabbed his arm and spun him around to face her.

"Seriously Ant. Where's your usual fire? And the fun times we have arguing literally every time you see me?" Maddy asked with a smug smirk.

He frowned and gulped as she edged a little closer to him.

"That desperate to keep him away from me?" Maddy queried.

"Y-you heard that?" Ant stuttered.

"I was guarding you from the outside of course I heard that." Maddy replied rolling her eyes.

Ant blushed and looked down, not sure how to reply. Maddy pulled him down by the collar and looked him in the eye.

"Why'd you say he's a professional flirt? And lock him in the cargo bay?" Maddy whispered.

"Y-you knew about that too?" Ant asked confused. "Then why did you follow me here?"

"Isn't it obvious Ant?" Maddy giggled. "You boys honestly. So dopey."

She pulled Ant down by the collar and connected her lips to his, making Ant gasp in shock. He had no experience in kissing what so ever so he let her do what she wanted as she gently nibbled his lip, asking for entrance. Ant willingly compiled and she slipped her tongue in, the two moaning softly before Maddy pulled away.

"I don't understand. Why'd you do that?" Ant blushed, gasping for air.

"I did that because I like you Ant and I know you like me too. I also know you were totally jealous." Maddy teased.

Ant groaned and hugged her tightly. "Don't tease me. And yes I do like you. I like you alot."

"Good. Cause I wasn't gonna take no for an answer once I put my life on the line to kiss you." Maddy smirked.

"Does this mean you'll be my girlfriend?" Ant asked carefully.

"I seriously thought you'd never ask." Maddy smiled.

Ant blushed even more and looked down again. "I can't believe my girlfriend is a pirate."

"I thought you said I wasn't a pirate? You've only been telling me that for what, 3 years?" Maddy grinned.

Ant rolled his eyes and entwined her hand with his. "Do you wanna go on a date with me?"

"I'd love to Ant. When?" Maddy smiled.

"Hmm. Tomorrow at 6. I can't really pick you up, but maybe instead we can meet outside that beach resort that's about half an hour away from here." Ant offered.

Maddy smiled in approval and nodded. Ant's communicator buzzed and his parents told him they'd fixed sonar. He had to go.

"I um. I have to leave." Ant frowned.

Maddy smiled and brushed her hand against his cheek. "Don't tell your parents just yet. Don't wanna get in trouble do you pretty boy?"

Ant chuckled and nodded. He gave her a final parting kiss, gentle and soft before pulling away and waving goodbye.

"Love you Maddy." Ant smiled.

"Love you too Ant." Maddy smiled back.

Ant's parents didn't notice how happy he was, but Ant didn't really try to hide it. He spent the rest of his day and evening blushing and replaying the memory of Maddy kissing him in his head.

SO? HOW WAS THAT? I'm actually really proud of this one, although I feel like the ending could use some work. I wasn't totally sure how to end it but I can fix it later if need be. So yeah thanks for reading everyone!
