Miro's POV

     I nervously walked through the hallways of my new school. This is stressful... I don't know why I agreed to this. Suddenly a guy approached me and I was scared. 

     "Hey, are you new here?" He asked. 

     "Y-Yeah, I transferred here from Finland," I said quietly. 

     "That's so cool! Do you need any help?" He asked.

     "Yes, I'm not sure where my class is..," I said nervously.

     "What grade are you in?" He asked.

     "I'm a senior," I said.

     "Ok, what class is first on your schedule?" He looked over to my schedule which I was holding.

     "Math," I looked down to double check.

     "Ok, I know where that is. I actually have that class first too. By the way. I'm Chase," He said.

     "I'm Miro," I said.

     "Alright, let me grab my friend. He's in the same class," Chase said.

     "Ok," I nodded. I followed him as he walked through the hallway. Suddenly we approached two girls and a guy. 

    "Hey, guys, this is Miro. He transferred here from Finland," Chase said to the three of them. I quietly waved.

    "Hey, I'm Skyler," One of the girls smiled. She was pretty. Her long blonde hair fell down all the way to her hips. Her green eyes shown like pale jades. 

    "I'm Ally," The other girl said. Her hair was a black and she had deep brown eyes.

    "I'm Jace, Skyler's older brother," The guy said. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. 

    "Alright, Jace we need to show Miro to class. He has the same class as us," He said. 

    "Ok, see you guys at lunch," Jace said. They led me through the hallway again and we began talking. 

    "What's your bet today?" Jace looked to Chase.

    "Probably three," Chase said.

    "Huh?" I was confused.

    "Oh, every day Chase and I bet on how many people will come hit on Skyler during lunch," Jace said.

    "You think three?" I asked.

    "Yeah, just wait until prom season. Guys go insane. It's pretty hilarious," Chase chuckled. 

    "Wow," I smiled. 

    "One thing about our school is that we have some of the cutest girls," Chase smiled.

    "Hey! You're talking about my sister!" Jace said. We laughed.

    "I mean, you aren't wrong, Chase," I said. 

    "Heh, here we are," Jace said. We went into our class and sat down.

     I sat down at lunch with Chase, Jace, Ally, and Skyler. Suddenly a group of three guys came up to our table.

     "Hey, Sky," One of them said.

     "Is it gonna be all three at once?" Chase whispered. I smiled.

     "Hey, Jeff," She sighed.

     "You got any plans this weekend," One of the other guys said.

     "Yeah," Another one of the guys said. 

     "Uh, n-no, but I don't need any plans, Noah," Skyler said.

     "Oh, come on," The second guy said.

     "She said no," Jace crossed his arms.

     "Oh, you'll have fun," Noah winked.

     "No," Sky shook her head.

     "Bu-" Jeff started.

     "-She said no," I said.

     "Who's the new guy?" The second guy asked.

     "Well, Liam, this is Miro," Chase stood up.

     "Alright, anyways, Sky, it would be fun," Noah smirked.

     "For the last time. She said no. Go away," Chase said.

     "Fine, for now," Jeff said. They all walked off. I sighed. 

     "I told you three," Chase said.

     "Yep," Jace nodded.

     "You'll get used to it," Ally said.

     "I still haven't," Skyler said looking down.

     "What do you mean?" Jace asked.

     "I'm just tired of this," She sighed.

     "It'll be ok," He said.

     "Will it? I'm so tired of all of this. I don't know what to do. What if I cover up?" She asked.

     "Don't," I said. I blushed after realizing what I said. I saw her smile a bit.

     "I- Um..," She said. We both got quiet.

     "She doesn't normally get embarrassed when guys hit on her so score for you," Chase smirked  as he whispered over to me. I smiled and we went on with our day.
