Shelly and Finn have similar stats, yet you don't need completed Finn mastery to get Shelly

Plus, Twisted Finn causes a slowness III debuff, yet Twisted Vee only causes slowness II

Funny how its 2 mains being used as examples, right? Well, it just help the point further, as most toons would only have one or no out of interaction evidence of being friends or other stuff like that, meanwhile Finn has two unlike most toons

It would only make sense that either he was meant to be a main character, but was replaced by Shelly, or he was meant to be the actual star of the show, yet kept messing up so he was replaced by Dandy
