Containment Procedures: The area containing SCP 10654 has been blocked off by several concrete walls and around the clock surveillance. No citizen is allowed within thirty feet of the area and if spotted termination is allowed. 

Description: SCP 10654 looks like an ordinary patch of the Japanese Red Spider Lily, but has shown several properties that have differentiates it from the flower. Anyone who gets in contact will start transforming five hours after exposure with a majority of which dying before it's over. Only one known instance known as SCP 10654-1 has managed to live. Observations of the infected have shown that their skin has become green with their hair becoming a bright shade of red.

Note-Was a Safe Class, but due to the O5 council's fears and recent accounts of previous Safe Classes being found to be Keter. The council forced the Euclid Class onto SCP 10654-1

Containment Procedures: Although SCP 10654-1 has expressed any signs of trying to escape containment, we have decided to do the following procedure to make sure that he wouldn't be able to. Only two personal are allowed to interview SCP 10654-1 with two guards outside in cause anything goes wrong. He also has a specially designed collar that has been outfitted to make sure that his powers don't go out of control. Despite this, the collar has no effect on his powers which has baffled multiple scientists. He is allowed to travel to different sites, but will be on constant observation due to fear of breaking several SCP's out of containment. He is to be kept in a 10 by 10 feet room with limited plantlife allowed. He has requested video games from the outside world and a computer...both have been granted with restrictions.

Description: SCP 10654-1 has green skin and red hair. He used to have white hair and white skin, but due to exposure to SCP 10654 has changed this to it's current state. He is believed to be eighteen years old and has a very polite attitude towards staff. SCP 10654-1 has been observed to try to help the staff with various problems which may stem from his previous life. Below is a list of the powers that he has gained through SCP 10564: 

Spread plant/animal toxins making his touch deadly, but is able to control it if close to loved ones/friends

Immunity to toxins, viruses, bacteria, fungi 

Control plants and mutate them into anything that he thinks of

Able to seduce women and men alike, but only does so when authorized to do so

 Generate spores from body and plants along with having a link to them

Can take control of humans, but doesn't do so unless authorized

Can negate the effects of other SCPs and became friends with many of them 

Due to these powers, he is also designated as a world ending class SCP along side the Scarlet King. Fears of this has been dissolved though since he has no desire to do so. When asked about his previous life, SCP 10654-1 will express great anger which shows that he doesn't want to remember it. 

Additional Information:

Managed to seduce multiple female SCPs despite not using his abilities. Some are either Euclid or Keter which has been the subject of a large number of studies. 

Managed to befriend several of the other SCPs which includes SCP 096 and SCP 682. It is unknown how he managed to befriend though several researchers have theorized that it is due to his pheromones. 

Is allowed to roam free as long as he is closely observed by personal to make sure that he wouldn't break any other SCPs out of containment. 

Is the only one who SCP 173 doesn't kill when no eye contact is made between them. A feat that has puzzled the foundation and has been the focus of an ongoing study.
