Finding Sweetheart (Chapter 14)

"Nothing. I want to introduce you to someone. Meet my friend and colleague Ragini Bansal and Ragini, this is my best friend Riddhima and she is Siya, Riddhima's colleague.", said Kabir.

A girl wearing a black dress came forward. She held fire in eyes. It seemed like she could burn anyone with her glare. Riddhima found Ragini weird. Reluctantly Riddhima brought her hand forward to shake hands with Ragini. "Hello Ragini!" "Hello Riddhima" Ragini shook hands with Riddhima very tightly. Riddhima found this strange. The girl had different anguish in her eyes. Riddhima excused herself and went to the restroom. Siya, Kabir, and Ragini settled on the couch that was in the one corner of the club.

Destiny is a strange thing. When we want something, we don't get it. When we get it, we run away from it. Same thing happened with Riddhima. Little did she know this party was going to change her life. As Kabir, Siya, and Ragini were talking, Vansh entered the club and went to the bar counter. Siya saw this and told "Hey, Kabir! That's my boss, Mr. Vansh Rai Singhania." Kabir looked at him and remembered that Riddhima told him about Vansh. Jealousy ran through his body, making him tense and irritable. So this was Vansh! Riddhima's ex-boyfriend, whom Riddhima left. From Vansh's looks, Kabir could understand that Vansh was richer than him. He was also good-looking and handsome. This made him feel insecure. Kabir was trying hard to win Riddhima's heart. He couldn't let Vansh win her again. After so many difficulties, Riddhima's pain has healed. He couldn't let Vansh resurface them again. On the other hand, Ragini's eyes had a dangerous glint. She kept staring at Vansh.

"Kabir! Kabir! Where are you lost?" Siya jerked Kabir out of his thoughts. Kabir was a bit shaken, but he managed to keep his composure. "Yes! What?" "You didn't hear what I told you? Kabir! What has happened to you?" "I'm so sorry!Siya!" "It's ok. You are forgiven. Afterall, you are the birthday boy." "Now tell me what you're talking about?" "I was telling that he is (pointing towards Vansh) our boss. If you don't mind, can I call him to join us?"

Now this was something that Kabir didn't want but he couldn't even refuse Siya as she was like a sister to him. "Ok!Siya." "You may call him.", said Kabir with so much reluctance in voice. Siya became happy and ran to Vansh. "Good evening sir." Vansh turned back and saw Siya. If Siya was there then there was a high possibility of Riddhima being in the same party. "Hi Siya! What are you doing here?" "Sir, I became for my friend's birthday party. There are my friends.(pointing towards Kabir and Ragini)" "Oh! I see. Your friend Ms. Riddhima isn't being seen. Where is she?" Vansh inwardly wished that Riddhima would come, but he kept his hope hidden. He doesn't know what happens to him whenever he thinks about her. As if her thoughts consume his senses. "Yes! Sir! She's gone to the restroom. Will return soon." "Sir, if you don't mind, may I ask you to join us?" That's the thing Vansh wanted. He smirked inwardly. "Ms. Siya. I'll join you guys though I'm a bit busy. As you've asked so sweetly, I can do the least for you."

Vansh joined them and Siya introduced him to her friends. Kabir and Vansh had a cold encounter with each other as Kabir didn't like Vansh and Vansh once saw Riddhima with Kabir which was enough to make him jealous. Riddhima returned from the restroom and what she saw was enough to unconscious. Vansh was sitting with her friends! Holy shit! Now from where is she going to go and how the hell Vansh came to know about their party! "Riddhu! Look! Who's here!", exclaimed Siya. "I had seen him chilling alone. So I thought of telling him to join us." Siya said innocently. Here Riddhima felt like banging her head somewhere. The more she ignored him, the more destiny brought them closer. "This is ridiculous!", thought Riddhima but sealed her lips with a tight smile and welcomed Vansh. "Hello, sir. How're you doing?" Vansh was enjoying the dilemma of Riddhima. He liked the thing that Riddhima was running away from him but somehow or the other stumbled upon him. "Hello! Ms. Mehta! It's such a nice evening! Look! How destiny keeps making us meet each other in this or that way. Kuch toh saazish hogi sitaaro ki jo hum bar bar yu takra rahe hain" Vansh couldn't but admire the beauty Riddhima was. She was looking ravishing. He felt a sudden pull towards her. Vansh was constantly looking towards Riddhima and every person present there could sense the tension going on between them. Kabir didn't like this thing at all whereas Ragini was enjoying it and Siya was looking at them with a sense of admiration.

Hello! Lovelies! How you doin'? I really miss Immj 2. After the end of this serial, I haven't been so much invested in any other hindi serial. I wish this serial returned with the same cast and a better storyline. Duh! What do you guys think?
