Third POV

"Yule ball..." (Y/n) shivered, she hadn't thought of who she'd ask, she was hesitant. Everyone seemed to already have a date, curse her and her late update!

"(Y/n)!"

She stopped and looked back seeing Hermione running in her direction with a huge smile. "Hmm... What's up Hermione?" The said girl slowed into pace.

"Krum asked me to be his date!" She whispered at (Y/n) as she pretended to be shock, though (Y/n) was confused as to why Hermione suddenly ran up to her.

"That's awesome Hermione! Though... Aren't you gryffindor have a you know, conflict with us Slytherin?" (Y/n) asked but Hermione shrugged. "I mean yeah, but I guess I can give you a chance." (Y/n) smiled.

"Soo, who's your date?" Hermione wiggled her brows. "None yet..." She frowned. "How come? Everyone seemed to adore you so much, I can see it in their eyes you know."

(Y/n) shook her head. "It's just probably your imagination Hermione." The said girl pouted. "Then what abou-" Hermione was cut off in her sentence by Draco.

"(Y/n)! Would you go to the Yule ball with me?!" Draco bluntly asked, he seemed tense as his minions was nowhere in sight.

"Uh..."

She was hesitating, though... 'Everyone probably already have a date by now because they all seemed to avoid me every now and then, plus Osamu and Ranpo is out of the list because they are my supposed siblings here...' Internally sighing, (Y/n) accepted. "Alright Draco, just this once..." She blushed in embarrassment and drag Hermione away.

"Hehehe~ to think I get to witness that~" Hermione teased as (Y/n) rolled her eyes. "Oh shut up... I don't even have a dress for the ball."

"I've got that covered! Let's go shopping together at hogsmead!" Hermione excitedly exclaimed so (Y/n) nodded. "Alright, see you there!" She waved.

But what (Y/n) haven't realized, everyone was avoiding her because they couldn't express how to ask her out but it seemed that the news of (Y/n) already have a date in the Yule ball reached the guys who are planned to ask her, and it made them devastated.
