Third POV

(Y/n) stood up from her seat and was about to go out but Ranpo and Dazai asked where she was going.

"I'm going to the bathroom, don't worry!" (Y/n) replied and went out to the bathroom.

A few moments later, (Y/n) was about to went back to where Dazai and Ranpo is but, when she did, it was also the time that they are about to leave the train causing her to bump into someone.

"I'm so so sorry! I really am, are you okay?" She stated as she offered the person that she bumped a helping hand to stand, but before the person could put their hand on (Y/n)'s, (Y/n) was shoved outside because of the crowd.

(Y/n) look around for Ranpo and Dazai when she was outside the train, after awhile she finally found them looking around, she guessed that they are also looking for her, and she's right when their eyes lit up when they saw her.

"(Y/n)!" They waved for her to come over, as she waved back and run towards them. "Let me guess, you got pushed by the crowd?" Ranpo guessed and (Y/n) nodded.

"Yeah, I was about to help the one that I accidentally bumped but the crowd pushed me outside." (Y/n) replied with a pout, making them chuckled.

They then went and ride on a boat. "I would like a boat like this when we're back in our universe and a pen that will write anything what you command, so Kunikida won't scold me for not doing my paperwork." Dazai said making (Y/n) and Ranpo laugh as they seat down on one of the boats.

They gasp in amazement at the wonderful view of the huge castle which is known as Hogwarts, school for witch craft and wizardy.

"I wonder what kind of adventure we will face?" Ranpo said as Dazai and (Y/n) shrugged. "Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be exciting!" (Y/n) exclaimed as she looks at the water and dipped her hand in it, feeling the cold but relaxing water.

"Whatever's in that mind of yours (Y/n), just don't jump." Dazai stated making (Y/n) look at him with a pout.

"I'm not! Who says I'm going to jump?" She said still pouting and sat properly on her seat as she watched Dazai and Ranpo chuckled at her making her huff in annoyance.

"It was just a joke (Y/n), don't take it seriously." Ranpo stated making (Y/n) smile.

After a flight of stairs and chattering, the group of first years found themselves in front of professor McGonagall. The assistant headmaster of Hogwarts.

"Gather around. Now, before you pass through these door to meet your housemates where you could be in Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. You will remained to the house that you are assigned until you graduate. You will earn your points in your awards and for rule breaking, you will lose points.

By the end of the year, the house that has the highest points will win the house cu-" McGonagall was cut off by Longbottom when he set his eyes at the frog beside the professor.

"Triever!" He exclaimed and grabbed the toad, but then he blushed in embarrassment. "Oh, sorry." He said as he when back from the crowd of students.

"We'll begin in a moment early."

And with that Professor McGonagall left, as Malfoy took it as an opportunity to approach the boy-who-lived who is also known as Harry Potter.

"So it's true then..." he began as it catches everyone's attention. "The huge man by the train. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts." He stated and mostly everyone started gossiping except (Y/n), Dazai, and Ranpo, as they only watched the scene.

"This is Grabbe and Goyle" He said as he introduced his minions to Harry.
"And I'm Malfoy. Draco Malfoy." He stated as he towered over the Potter boy.

The ginger head which is known as Ronald Weasley, snickered when hearing Malfoy's name.

"You think my name is funny do you? I could as yours, ginger hair and a handmade robe? You must be a Weasley." Malfoy spat, and of course Harry didn't like him insulting his friend.

"You don't want to be friends with the wrong sword, I can help you then." Malfoy offered a handshake but Harry rejected it. "I think I could tell the wrong sword for myself, thanks." Harry respond.

"Man, that gotta hurt." Ranpo stated as Dazai snickered while (Y/n) giggles quietly, they then stopped when they saw McGonagall had arrived and dismissed Malfoy.

"We're ready for you now, follow me." She said as she lead the way, and when the door opened, it revealed the wonderful Great Hall or Dinning room with a night sky and a floating candles making Ranpo, (Y/n), and Dazai's eyes twinkle a bit in amazement. "Oh, how I wish our agency has a great dinning hall just like this." Mumbled Dazai making the two agreed to him.

"But we all know that it will not happen." Ranpo pouted making (Y/n) giggled. "Yeah, not in a million years! At least we have the mansion as the remembrance of Gran Gran though!" (Y/n) exclaimed as they went back to listening to McGonagall.

"Now before we begin the housing, Professor Dumbledore have a few words to say." She said as Dumbledore started his speech.

"Welcome back to Hogwarts. Now, before we begin, I'd like to make an announcement that the dark forest is strictly forbidden to all the students and teachers, our care taker mr Filch and also the third floor corridor is also forbidden to the students and to those who don't want to die in a painful death. That's all." Dumbledore finished.

"Why does it have to be a painful death." Dazai said as he pouted while (Y/n) slapped his head, making Ranpo snickered at him as Dazai glared at Ranpo.

"Thank you professor Dumbledore, now when I call your names, I will place this hat on your head to sort you to your houses."

(Y/n), Ranpo, and Dazai watched the sorting and as expected, the trio who is known as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger was placed in the Gryffindor house.

They continue watched it, until it was now their turn.

"Osamu Tokubetsu!"

Dazai sat on the chair, as everyone watched and waited to which house he will be placed into.

"Hmm... A suicidal child eh... Oh! What's this? A genius and brave one just like in Gryffindor but also has some mischief... You can use wandless magic very well... I will be putting you in... Slytherin!" The elder hat announced making the Slytherin cheer, as McGonagall removed the hat, Dazai went to the Slytherin table and sat down.

"Ranpo Tokubetsu!"

Just like Dazai, Ranpo also sat on the chair that Dazai formerly sat on, as McGonagall placed the elder hat on his head.

"Oh! You two are siblings? I wonder if that one is a Tokubetsu as well... Hmm... Also a genius... Brave but also had mischief just like the first one... Oh?! What's this?... You are also pretty good at using wandless magic... I'll be putting you in... Slytherin!" The elder hat announced making the Slytherin irrupted to cheers again.

"(Y/n) Tokubetsu!"

Everyone hoped that she well not go in Slytherin because of her kind and gentle look, and to top at that, she is also beautiful, so they watched and listened carefully.

McGonagall placed the elder hat on (Y/n)'s head, as (Y/n) was waiting for the result while listening carefully.

"Oh? Another one... Oh! What's this?! A half mermaid and half human? This is interesting... And your quite a genius one as well and can also use wandless magic pretty well... Are those two your brothers?" The elder hat questioned.

'Yes' (Y/n) respond in her head. "Hm... Your also a brave one and had some mischief just like them... Oh? What's this? It's very interesting, I'll be putting you in... Slytherin!" As the elder hat announced it, the other houses groaned, as the Slytherin irrupted into another cheers and look at the other houses with a smug faces.

(Y/n) sat between Dazai and Ranpo as they're eyes lit up when they saw the food, but nobody noticed their reaction because, the students are busy chatting with each other.

While (Y/n), Ranpo, and Dazai happily eat some food and look at the professors table and saw Dumbledore winked at them making them smile.
