Third POV

~time skip~

"Come on" Harry whispered as they moved Fluffy's paw from the trap door before jumping inside.

When they are inside, they are meet a room full of devil's snare as it's started to wrap around their body causing Ron and Harry to panic.

"Stop moving." Hermione calmly said "what's this?!" Ron exclaimed in panic.

"It's a devil snare so stop moving. It will only kill you faster." She replied

"Kill us faster?! Oh now I can relax!" Ron said sarcastically as he continued to struggle to get free.

'perhaps I used the wrong word.' thought Hermione as the devil's snare dragged her under.

"Ahh!! Hermione!!!" The two boys shouted in horror as they saw the devil's snare drag her down.

"Just relax!" Hermione shouted from the under.

"Hermione! Where are you?!" Harry called "just listen to me and relax! Do what I told you!" Hermione responded.

Harry stayed still, obeyed to what Hermione told them to do, as the devil's snare wrapped around him and dropped him under.

"Ahh!!!! Harry!!!!" Ron screamed in panic and struggled more to get free as the devil's snare started wrapping at him tightly.

"His not relaxing, isn't he?!" Hermione said growling in frustration.

Just then, suddenly a fire pass right above their head and burned the devil's snare causing it to drop Ron harshly.

A figure finally showed up and revealed (Y/n), who kneeled down and offer Ron a helping hand to stand up.

"Are you okay? That was a pretty harsh landing." (Y/n) stated as Ron slapped her hand away, making (Y/n) frown and retreat her hand.

"What's a Slytherin like you doing here?!" He exclaimed and stood up for himself, as (Y/n) frown went deeper.

"Ron! That's rude!" Hermione scolded but Ron ignored her.

"I thought you wanted some help because I heard screaming, but I guess not." (Y/n) said sadly as she was about to leave but Harry stopped her.

"Wait (Y/n)!" He called while grabbing her arm, making her turn towards him.

"What is it? I don't think that your friend wanted me to stay longer." (Y/n) said as Hermione frowned at the back and elbowed Ron.

"You and your siblings knows that we are searching for something right? And you seem to know a lot, so can you please help us get there?" Harry stated making (Y/n) smile.

"Okay! Why didn't you say so? Follow me! I'll lead you the way!" (Y/n) replied as she started to lead them the way.

"Lumos maxima" the tip of (Y/n) wand glowed, lighting up the dark place.

"(Y/n)?" Hermione called making (Y/n) hum, indicating that she is listening.

"Why are you willing to help us?" She asked (Y/n).

"Because it the right thing to do!" (Y/n) answered her with a smile as she glanced back.

"But your a Slytherin!" Ron exclaimed making Harry and Hermione glare at him.

"Not all of the Slytherin are bad people you know, me and my brothers for example, we didn't care about what is going on with between the Slytherin and Gryffindor.

We only think that all of us are equals, but we do fight back if we didn't like the person's personality very much, so all in all, we're in good terms." (Y/n) replied making them sigh in relief that there are still Slytherin that they can tolerate.

"Do you know that Snape is trying to steal the stone?" Ron asked making (Y/n) stop but continued afterwards.

"No I don't. But, I do know that he isn't the one that wants to steal it." (Y/n) answered honestly taking them by surprise.

"How do we know that you aren't lying?" Harry questioned as (Y/n) only shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know, it's your choice if you believe me or not." She replied as she stopped in her tracks. "Here we are..." She stated.

"A bridge!" Ron exclaimed but (Y/n) put a hand on his shoulder and shook her head. "The bridge won't last long if you took a step on it." She informed.

"How can we get across then?" Ron asked, as (Y/n) started to think.

"Do any of you had a handkerchief?" (Y/n) asked them as Hermione handed (Y/n) her's. "Here"

(Y/n) grabbed it and throwed it in the air and used her magic to make it bigger. "Get on the handkerchief!" Exclaimed (Y/n), while the golden trio obeyed and got on the handkerchief but they are standing.

"No! No! No! You did it all wrong! You should sit down if you don't want to fall!" (Y/n) stated as the three sat down. "Okay! Good! Hold on tight!" She told them.

"Wingardium leviosa!"

(Y/n) levitated them to the other side and gently put them down. "Good luck! And be careful!" (Y/n) waved at them.

"We will! Thank you!" The three said and leave.

(Y/n) stared to where the three have disappeared, deep in thought but then snapped out of her thoughts when her cat rubbed it's head on her leg.

"You shouldn't be here Shi, let's get you back to the dorm." (Y/n) carried her cat and teleported away and appeared to her dorm.

(Y/n)'s POV

I put she on my bed and grabbed my cloak and animal mask, I make sure that everyone is asleep and put the cloak and mask on, I then petted Shi making Shi purr in delight.

"Stay here Shi, I'll be back." I said, I know Shi was an intelligent cat and I know that Shi will listen to me because I can understand all of the animals.

"Okay." Shi said and I teleported towards where Hermione and Ron are currently in.

As I arrived, Hermione had some injuries but not too serious along with Ron but they still need to be treated to the infirmary.

"Oh, dear..." I mumbled making Hermione to look at me in alert, thanks to my mask, she wouldn't recognize that it is me because my voice is muffled and my face is covered.

"I know you! Your the one that saved me from the troll!" Hermione exclaimed in surprise.

I kneeled down. "It's my job to protect Hogwarts and the students here along with my other friends." I replied as I carried the unconscious Ron.

"There are more of you?" She asked and I look at her. "It's only the three of us." I said and gestures her to follow me.

"So you three are basically Hogwarts guardians?" Hermione questioned.

"Sort of, but we weren't be always here to save you all so you should learn to defend for yourself." I answered making Hermione nod. "I see..." She whispered but I still heard her.

"We're here." I knocked on the infirmary door and put Ron down.

"Until we meet again Hermione Granger." I stated and disappeared and appeared in Dumbledore-ojiisan's office.

"How did it go?" Ojiisan asked as I removed my cloak and mask and sat down on the couch and then make a tea appeared.

"It was doing pretty well" I answered "all we have to do is wait for them to finish." I added and took a sip of my tea.
