~One and a half years later~

Third POV

It was just a normal day in the orphanage that Dazai, (Y/n), and Ranpo was living in, since the three of them already done that Erica asked them to do, they were now just laying on their bed doing nothing, Dazai and Ranpo also now know how to read and speak English language, while (Y/n)'s pronunciation is back to when she was in her older self.

"I'm bored~" Ranpo whined.

"Let's play a game then!" (Y/n) exclaimed.

"Oh! I know! Let's play spin the bottle!" Dazai suggested and the two of them agreed, as they were about to play, they heard Erica's voice calling for them making them sigh.

"We're coming!" (Y/n) responded.

Ranpo, (Y/n), and Dazai went to where Erica is and found her with a kind looking old lady beside her.

"(Y/n), Osamu, Ranpo. This will be your new mother Diana." Erica said to them, as the old lady Diana smiled kindly at them.

"Hello! Nice to meet you Mama Diana!" (Y/n) greeted in her, as Dazai and Ranpo and bowed in greetings including (Y/n).

"Nice to also meet you kids. I hope we can get along." Daina the old lady greeted kindly at them making the three smiled at her.

"Why don't you three siblings go pack your stuff, while lady Diana here will sign up the papers." Erica said.

"So mama Diana... Do you live alone?" (Y/n) asked excitedly, they are now riding a taxi.

"Yeah, I live alone, that's why I wanted to adopt you three to help have some company, and please stop with the Mama Diana." Diana stated, as she chuckled at the end. "Then how about Gran Gran?" Asked Ranpo.

"Yeah, I like that very much." Diana said, but then the taxi stopped and they got out of the taxi after paying.

"Here we are, this will be the three of you are staying including myself." Diana stated as the three of them gawked at how big the house is.

"Now! What are you standing there for? Come on in children!" Diana called, as the four of them started walking in the mansion while looking around.

"This is like a dream come true." Says (Y/n) while Dazai look at the chandelier with sparkling eyes and (Y/n) and Ranpo knows what it means.

So Ranpo bonked his head while (Y/n) scolded him. "Don't even think about it 'samu-kun! I don't want Gran Gran to be angry at us!" She exclaimed while crossing her arms at her chest.

Dazai pouted "But it's soo tempting~" he whined.

"Dazai. Don't." Ranpo said in a scolding manner.

"Dazai. Yes!" He exclaimed as he run up stairs with a rope while Ranpo is chasing him.

(Y/n) was about to call them but she heard Diana chuckled in amusement, making her surprise, she thought that Diana will be mad at them.

"You three siblings certainly are lively and unique ones." Diana said still chuckling, (Y/n)'s eyes widened in surprise. "Y-your not mad?" (Y/n) asked Diana.

"Of course not. Why would I be mad?" Diana stated as she sat on the couch and patted the space beside her. "Come here sit beside me, dear." She said as (Y/n) obeyed and sat down.

"So... Tell me why would I be mad?" Diana asked softly.

"I... I don't know... But my stepmother always beat me up when I'll be running around the house without manners." (Y/n) explained making Diana frown.

(Y/n) didn't know why but she felt like she needs to tell Diana about it, even though they just meet.

"Dear, what else did she do?" Diana questioned her. "She... She killed my parents, my friend, and my step sister." Answered (Y/n).

"Oh dear... Where is she now?" Diana asked. "I think she is died but I'm not so sure." (Y/n) responded.

"If you don't mind, Gran Gran... Why did you adopted us?" (Y/n) asked this time, making Diana smile sincerely at her. "Well, you see Dear, this home felt kinda lonely because I don't have any family, so I thought, why not adopt someone so my life won't be lonely anymore." Diana explained.

"Oh... Sorry for asking." (Y/n) apologized.

"No, it's fine." Diana said, just then suddenly a thud was heard upstairs.

The two of them immediately stood up and run towards the noise. What they found is quite a sight, Ranpo was tied up in a rope and couldn't escape, but he still chased Dazai while moving like a worm, as Dazai laughed at the sight.

"Come back here! You bandage wasting machine!" Ranpo yelled, as Dazai animatedly cried. "Nooo~ Ranpo has turned into Kunikida!" He cried dramatically.

Just then, they heard giggling, as they turned around they find a giggling (Y/n), while Diana was chuckling in amusement.

"(N/n)!" Dazai run and hugged (Y/n). "You won't believe what I just found out! Ranpo was slowly turning into Kunikida!" Dazai exclaimed.

"I'm not!" Shouted Ranpo, Diana helped Ranpo get out of the rope. "Why don't you three children find your rooms and unpack, while I'll cook for dinner." Diana stated as the three nodded. "Okay!" They run back down stairs to get their things. "And don't forget to take a shower!" Yelled Diana.
