Y ou're too harsh, are you not?
H ow long before you quit the things you continue to do to yourself?
H ow long will it take you to continue listening to these harsh voices inside of you?
S tanding there and doing nothing only makes it feel worse.
D o you hear the air moving slowly, as if it were moving freely through the clouds?
B ecause there's silence.
A s though the journey doesn't end at a single place, the birds continue to soar and return.
T hey were singing joyfully, as if tomorrow had never come. Have you forgotten what is already deeply rooted in you? Have you forgotten that you deserve to be happy?
Y ou must work hard to live up to the statement that you love yourself.
C ontinued self-loathing is a sign that you do not love yourself.
C ontinuing to talk and act as though you're ill or that anything's wrong with you doesn't really help. Until the very ends, you're pushing yourself.
Y our soul, mind, and heart are all suffering. However, how can you continue to advance?
W hen all these things are being done by you?
W hat will happen if you continue doing this?
T his?
D emonstrating your self-love, should be simple. Only when you practice self-forgiveness.
A nd carry on to the present.
S top torturing yourself for all of this, please. Breathe if that makes it easier.
