Jared's POV

It had been three weeks since I last went to school.  Flu was the excuse I am gonna make for remaining absent.
All set and done,  I made a deliberate attempt to look weak although my body was stronger than usual. I had put on a full sleeved shirt to hide my biceps and so had Paul.

We walked with hands on each other's shoulders. 
I got into the classroom.  And sat on the last bench.  I looked outside the window onto the paved road covered with snow.
So lost was I in daydreaming that I had completely forgotten about the books kept in the locker.
I went out to take my books.  I opened my locked, took my books and just when I turned,  I collided with someone.  She was in a purple top and white checked skirt.  Her hair was kept open and it completely covered her face
The girl was on her knees trying to pick up her fallen things.
For the first time in life, I was on my knees trying to help someone.  I was changing day by day.  Gosh!
I was about to pick up her things when my hands touched hers.
She looked up. I caught a glimpse of her eyes. The world stopped for me then and there. Things were no more the same.  The sound of kids shouting in the school premises was audible but only in the background.  Everything was blurred out.  She also stayed there like an immovable object.
I wanted to sit there my entire life watching her eyes.  I wanted to just watch those eyes.  Hair fell on her eyes and I was not done with my gazing. Although it seemed wrong,  my hands moved to her face gently removing the hair that covered her eyes.  Her eyes widened and she gave a shocked look. I knew it was all wrong but I could not look away. 
She was sitting there stupefied. 
I moved closer.  Her heartbeat was audible.  I had the urge to carry her on my arms to a place far away from people, a world with me just gazing into her eyes and she would just sit like this.  My hands were still on hers.
I was just looking at her.
She gave a slap on my hand and then got up quickly moving away from me.

My eyes followed her body until she was in the class.  I just closed my eyes and sat there in a trance.
Only a jolt on my shoulders brought me back to reality.   It was Paul.
He was confused. " What happened?  Why are you on the floor? "
I was not in a mood to answer.
I just turned and went to the class.  Paul called me from behind.
But I didn't turn.  I got into the class.
She was there. I looked directly into her eyes and she sat in her seat stupefied.
" Mister Jared "
I just felt the world should end in her eyes.
"Mister Jared "
I wanted to be in her lap.
"Mister Jared  are you okay ?"
I looked back.  The teacher was in the class.
"I guess you don't have biology this morning. "
I gave a confused look.
"This is biology class. I think you have calculus in the next period.  That's when you should be here. "
"Oh" was all I said. I nodded and went outside the class Paul was a witness to my raw emotions. 
He impatiently asked " What's up dude? "
I was looking straight and walking 
"We didn't have a biology period today. "
I kept looking straight.

" Come on answer me, Jared. "

I kept moving.

" Why the hell are you so happy?
Again going into the wrong classroom. What's up with you tell me, buddy. "

I looked at him,  smiled and said
" I am in love.  I have imprinted "

I smirked and moved towards the class Paul was still behind.  It took nearly a dozen moments for the message to seep into his head.  Once he understood the fact,  he ran quickly to keep up with my fast pace and punched my shoulders and laughed out loud.  I joined him.
I didn't know how she would react or if she would love me back.
But for me, this was the moment.  My heartfelt complete.  The jigsaw of my life seems to be fitting nicely.
Everything was perfect at the moment and that's all I bothered now.

The boy and girl have met.  Do you think their love will be easy or there will be some melodrama?
