                     The beauty of the setting sun brought with it a valuable lesson; the setting sun will rise again, daybreak follows the deadly night. It is only when we see the darkness can we thoroughly enjoy the beauty of life.

Sam turned to look at me, his eyes gleaming with power and charisma. We gave out a deep sigh.
I was trained by Sam.
We tied our shorts to our legs and shifted into our wolf- forms. Shifting now happened more effortlessly. This was my fifth time  I had shifted and only the first two were really painful.

By the time I reached home, it was very dark. I spoke to mom for quite a long time. After having dinner ,I gave a peck on her cheeks and went upstairs . Just when I got to pull my curtains apart, I looked towards the house in front of me , it was completely dark . My heart was beating like a drum. 

Was this fear? Probably not; it could  not be  fear, some unknown feeling . A strange sense of emptiness dominated my mind.

Its been almost two weeks since I first shifted, ever since then I felt like a free bird. It seems as if the happiness within me was set free. Sam was like a big brother to me. He was a perfect leader ; strength and wisdom  were blended in a perfect ratio to make Sam what he is. He was the first to shift in the Quileute tribe and I was the second.

Mom was also aware of the tribe history. She was proud of me, as usual. 
As soon as I climbed  my bed, my phone vibrated.
It  was Sam.  He had texted :
    '  a wolf like something was sighted in the western woods,  near the outskirts.  Come fast!
Shift and we will mind link.'

I got on my knees  leaving the bed sheets on the floor.
I ran down the stairs and found mom sitting on the couch.
I told her about the message.
I took off my shirt,  tied my shorts to my knees and shifted.
Soon I could hear Sam in my head.
I was new to all this,  shifting and wolf senses. But somehow I was getting used to all this.  I was able to locate Sam.

I was near the outskirts when
Sam's wolf form joined me.
We ran to the place where the wolf was sighted.
And then we found a whining wolf with brown coat on the grass.
We went close to find out more about this wolf.He was unconscious.
Sam passed a concerned look .
Who was this?

There was some movement, he was waking up. Sam straightend his position. It seemed that he would pounce on the stranger.  But then we could hear a sound in our minds.
We could mindlink with him. 
But who was this new guy?

All those who don't know about wolves,  wolves or warewolfs can mind link with each other just like telepathy; usually with their pack members.
