JUNGKOOK'S POV

I woke up and felt arms wrapped around my waist. I turned and saw Taehyung sleeping. I smiled at him. He looks so precious when he's sleeping but I noticed that his face looked slightly paler. Is it cold in here? I should turn down the AC.

I pulled off the blanket and attempted to get out of bed. I grabbed onto his hands, but quickly pulled away. They were ice cold.

"Hyung?"

I shook him but he didn't respond.

"Hyung! Wake up! Please! Wake up!"

I shook him harder and put my ear to his chest.

His heart wasn't beating.

"No." I grabbed his face and caressed it. "You can't leave me Tae!"

I attempted CPR on him. I'm desperate! I need to try everything.

But it didn't work.

I held onto his lifeless body and rocked him in my arms while crying.

I sang the song I heard last night.

"If i lay down and tomorrow never comes
Will i live forever in the people that i love?
Will i be always in their hearts and minds?
Will i be the one that they think of all the time?"

I pulled him closer to my chest.

"Taehyung. You will always be in my heart. Always!"

Suddenly Jhope opened the door and walked in with a joyful attitude.

"Wake up! It's time to-" he gasped and ran to my side.

"Jungkook! What happened?! What's wrong?!"

"Hyung!" I cried out. "Taehyung's dead! He's dead! He's dead!"

I burst into thousands of tears. Jhope began crying too and ran outside to tell the other members.

Everyone ran in and sat on the bed, surrounding Taehyung and I.

The members and I were crying our eyes out. This isn't what Taehyung would have want. I looked up at them and smiled.

I began singing the chorus of the song again while rocking V in my arms.

"If i close my eyes and take my last breath
Will you tell them that i love them
Will you hold them tightly in your arms
So that everything will be alright"

They looked up at me, tears in their eyes but a smile on their face.

I sang it again and they soon caught on and sang along.

Taehyung. Come back. Come back to me.

"JUNGKOOK!"

I woke up to Taehyung hovering on top of me. Arms and legs on either side of my body.

"Tae?" I blinked and rubbed my eyes. "Is that really you?"

He laughed and poked my face.

"Of course stupid. Who else would I be?"

I looked at him blankly and he leaned foward.

"Youre not cheating on me already? Are you Kookie?" He smirked.

I grabbed his face and kissed him. Longer and with more passion. 3 years. I've waited. 3 years to kiss those lips... And I'm wasting no time to makeup for those years. We pulled away gasping for air.

I pulled him on top of me and and held him tightly.

"What's wrong with you?" He chuckled.

"I had the worst dream! I thought you were dead!" I cried into his shoulder.

He pulled away and wiped away my tears.I gave him a small smile.

"Let's not think about that. Okay?"

I nodded.

"Good. Now get up! We're going snorkeling!"

He jumped off the bed and pulled me up. I know he's trying to be strong. I should be too. We quickly got dressed and gathered in the hallway.

I grabbed his hand and he smiled gently at me. I could get use to this.

Jimin came out with Jhope and they stood in shock.

"So you guys are together now?" Jimin asked.

"Yup." Taehyung replied and lifted our intertwined fingers.

"Congratulations! Congratulations! Congratulations lations lations lations lations!" Jhope sang while dancing around us.

I giggled and looked at Jimin. He looked disappointed but he gave me a reassuring smile. I'm sorry Jimin.

"Ugh! What is all that noise?" Rap mon asked and walked out of his hotel room, Jin trailing behind.

"Namjoonie! Vkook are dating!!" Jhope hyung yelled, throwing his arms over us.

"Vkook?" Jin repeated.

"Yeah! That's what the army's call them. #Vkook. I have a secret Instagram." Jhope winked. "They're the most shipped OTP couple... I think."

"Okay, well I'm happy for the two of you, honestly. But for now, I think we should keep this relationship a secret." Jin said.

The two of us agreed. We didn't want this to be an issue and we really want to keep our relationship private for the time being. I also told them how I know everything about the issue and they all sighed in relief.

Betrayers, I thought. Lucky I love them.

We told the manager about our relationship too and he agreed to keep it hidden. "Bad publicity" or something like that.

We finally arrived at Hanauma Bay, the most popular place in Hawaii for snorkeling.

We had to watch a video on ocean safety and what not to do. I didn't understand a word they were saying but I understood by watching the video.

When it was done, we walked down to the bay. Our manager bought us snorkels.

Jimin took off his shirt and all the girl tourists around us were checking him out. That hyung. He got darker since we were staying in Hawaii and everyone called him Chocolate Abs.

Snorkeling was fun! Jimin and Jhope were splashing each other and scared away the fishes. I moved away and went by Jin and Suga.

Rap monster swam a little too far out and ended up getting caught in the tide. A lifeguard had to come and bring him back to the safe zone,

Taehyung was sleeping under the lifeguard stand the whole time. I ran out to him and asked if he would join us.

"I can't."

"C'mon hyung! It's fun!" I pulled on his arm but he didn't budge.

"No Jungkook. I really can't."

I looked at him confused. "Why?"

"I-I can't swim." He looked away to his embarrassed face.

"What?"

"Remember when we went to LA and you guys were dragging me into the pool. I didn't go in because I don't know how to swim."

"What do you mean you can't swim? I mean... You swam with the dolphins right?"

"They gave us life jackets. Remember?"

"But what about when you volunteered to go up with the dolphin during the show?" I questioned.

"I wasn't thinking. I thought they were going to ask me to teach the dolphins tricks. Not swim with them." Taehyung burried his face with his hands. "I held onto that dolphin like my life depended on it. I was so scared I was going to drown."

I sat beside him and leaned his head on my shoulder.

"Don't worry hyung. I can teach you to swim."

He looked at me and smiled. I took his hand and led him to the shore.

It took about 30 minutes to actually get him to float.

"Okay hyung. Now hold onto my shoulders and start kicking."

He grabbed onto me and I led him farther into the deep. He was kicking and finally got the hang of it.

"Good! Now you're going to let go and-"

"No! Don't let me go!"

Taehyung gripped onto my shoulders tightly and started putting all of his body weight on me. I could barely touch the bottom of the sea floor as I could feel myself sinking.

"Hyung! Calm down! I'm - I'm drowning." I gargled as water entered my mouth.

I suddenly felt the weight being lifted from my shoulders. When I looked up, I saw Taehyung swimming on his own.

"I'm doing it! I'm doing it!" He cheered.

I laughed at him and led him to where I can comfortably touch the bottom.

He swam to me and wrapped his legs around my waist.

"I told you that you could do it." I cheered.

"I'm sorry I almost drowned you. I didn't want to hurt you. I was just scared."

I chuckled. "It's okay Taetae. You learned, didn't you?"

He nodded. "Thank you Kookie." He pecked my lips.

"Okay love birds." Suga interrupted. "Are we going to snorkel or what?"

Taehyung and I swam around the bay looking at the fishes while holding hands. I could feel him tense when we got deeper but I reassured him everything I going to be okay.

There was a loud pitch scream that caused us to look up.

"Aish! I'm going to get you!" Suga threatened.

We looked to see Suga chasing Jimin. Those two are like Tom and Jerry, the cat and the mouse.

"It was an accident! I didn't know you were scared!" Jimin yelled while trying to swim away from Suga.

I looked to Jin who was snorkeling near by us.

"Hyung. What happened?"

Jin laughed. "Jimin was chasing a school of fish and it swam towards Suga. Suga freaked out and screamed like a little girl. Everyone heard and laughed at him."

We started cracking up. "So that's what that sound was!"

I accidentally lowered my foot onto the coral and there was a sharp pinch in my foot.

I screeched and floated on my back. When I lifted my foot, I saw a pocky sea urchin stuck to the bottom of my foot.

It was a wana. (A/N: Most wanas, or sea urchins, have needle-like spines that are venomous. All sea urchins, however, can injure your feet if you step on them.)

Taehyung swam me to shore and a lifeguard helped me treat it. He pulled it out and soaked a cloth with vinegar.

When he was done, the lifeguard wrapped it and informed to stay off my foot for at least two days.

"This sucks." I murmured.

"It's okay Kookie. I'll take care of you." Taehyung comforted. "Besides... Manager hyung says it's time to go."

Since I couldn't walk, Taehyung piggybacked me into the shuttle that drove us back to the entrance.

TAEHYUNGS POV

Our manager drove us to Costcos, not to far from Hanauma Bay. I ordered Jungkook and I our meals and handed it to him.

I'm glad Jungkook is okay. He has to sit out from the rest of the activities we are doing tomorrow and Friday. I asked if he wanted me to sit on the side with him during those days, but he rejected.

"You should have fun Tae. Don't let me stop you."

I ruffled his hair. "Thanks babe."

He blushed at the word babe. I leaned towards him and whispered in his ear. "Babe."

"Ya! Quit it!" He scolded me. I chuckled at his response and went back to eating. He held my hand under the table. I looked at him and he smiled.

"Shhhh."

I laughed at his actions.

We enjoyed the rest of our lunch. Rapmonster kept saying how embarrassed he was when he swam out to far.

"Ya! We were wondering where you went." Jin laughed. "All I saw was this little yellow head far out in the distance."

"We had to warn the lifeguard about you." Suga giggled. "We told him that you break everything. You might even break the board."

"Hey! I don't break everything!" Rapmon scolded. "What about you Suga? You got in trouble by the lifeguard because you were peeking at women's bikinis."

Suga laughed. "No regrets."

Jhope started laughing. "We gave that lifeguard a hard time. Didn't we?"

Jungkook joined in. "We give everyone a hard time. Especially our staff."

"Yes you do!" We heard the staff yell towards us from the other table. We all started laughing and discussing more.

"Taehyung? Can I talk to you?"

I looked up to see Jimin sitting across from me. "Sure. What's up?"

"In private."

I nodded and got up from my seat. I released my hand from Jungkook's under the table. He continued talking with the other members while Jimin and I moved to the side of the building.

"Taehyung." Jimin stared at me with a blank expression.

"Yes? Are you okay?"

"Give Jungkook to me."
