𝓢𝑰𝑿 years ago marinette agreste went missing without a trace, no bags were packed, no money was taken with her. the only thing marinette did before the moments of her disappearance was to set out birthday presents for her kids, hugo agreste was the first to one to reach fifteen, he got her diary which he studied thoroughly, trying to understand why their mother left but uneventfully diary only of her teen years, there was a couple ripped out pages, hugo knew that those pages were the answer to his ma's mysterious disappearance but he never found them despite how hard he looked.

on ema and louis got their fifteenth birthday presents, a set of earrings, a box and the answers to their brother's question.
