Chapter 10

*Kara* (Back in time)

I sat there holding the child. Beautiful she was, dark hair, fair skin, and beautiful round eyes. I held her in my arms, it has been 3 months, she is still young, but healthy, after 3 months. I stared into her big round eyes, she stared at me and touched my arm. She hasn't moved much, but now she has, for the first time.

I smiled at the young girl, happy she was about and moving, but the danger of this, was that if she as so much as made a cry for me, we could be in grave danger. If she made so much as a peep, someone could find us. Yes, we maybe in a super safe place, but still, there is still no way to be 100% safe.

I  smiled as I felt Toby's hand on my shoulder staring at Nichole. I saw Chloe in the distance looking at a device, it was a camera.

"Picture time?" She asked us.

"Yeah, sure." Toby replied. He stood up and wrapped his arm around me and  smiled. I was now standing, holding Nichole.

I saw a flash, and the picture was done. I saw Chloe look and write something on the back, probably just the date. She handed me the picture and I smiled. I sat down as I swayed side to side, holding Nichole. I looked at the back and the words were "You May Not Know, But She'll Need This Place."

It scared me.
